My experience with this community and it's staff has been nothing but positive. Under the new management the building feels clean, and the staff appear genuinely happy and engaged with the tenants. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a healthcare professional, I visit communities around the valley, and have made many visits to the Wentworth over the years. The building is beautiful, and has gone through extensive renovations recently. I've known and worked with their Executive Director, Trina, for many years and have always been impressed with her dedication and care for her residents and staff. She has the highest standards of care, and her residents always seem happy and very well cared for. The team has done a great job during the pandemic to go above and beyond in keeping their residents safe!

My profession takes me in and out of many assisted livings facilities and this is one of my FAVORITE places to visit. The Wentworth is a beautiful five-star community that provides outstanding care. I am one of the providers that have patients at the facility. I am very satisfied with the care my patients receive at Wenthworth. The place is clean, organized and currently with the pandemic, the facility had taken all necessary CDC guidelines/precautions to keep the residents, staff and essential workers safe . The Director of Health and Wellness and the techs work well as a team addressing issues that comes up regarding my patients. Family of patient tells me that they are routinely updated with status of their patient's health. The family are engaged by the staff to be part of the patient care. The My patients have been receiving quality care from the staff which impacts my patients outcomes.

This is a very nice building. I have know the administrator Trina Anderson for the past three years. I met her when I was a nurse case manager at a skilled nursing facility here in Vegas. I had one of her residents who were ready to discharge and return back to the assisted living. We started talking, she knew the medications the patient was taking, her sleep patterns, likes and dislikes. I was extremely impressed when she told me she was the admistrator of her building. She is involved with all aspects of her building and expects nothing but quality care for her residents. I trust her 100% with my patients and continue to refer patients and families to her facility.

My father has been living at the Wentworth for more than a year. I am VERY protective of my father and would never have him live anywhere that did not take care of him in a kind and responsive manner. Armando, the health and wellness director, is especially great. He keeps me informed of everything that is happening, visited my dad when he had to go into the hospital overnight and although my father cannot speak (due to a stroke), he always take the time to visit with him and communicate with him as much as possible. Armando is one of the main reasons that we keep dad at Wentworth.

I am responding directly to the “UNWARRANTED ATTACK” upon the integrity of Armando Rodriguez, Director of Health and Wellness. During the past 7-months, I have had the pleasure of getting to know Armando. From the moment that my wife and I meet with Armando, we knew we were at the right care facility for my mother-in-law. Armando’s attention to my mother-in –laws needs are beyond reproach, as is his integrity. Armando at “NO” time has tried to persuade us with regards to which care plan or any other services that we should takeout for my mother-in-law. In fact, when I ask Armando directly which care plan would he recommended for my mother-in-law. Armando quickly responded by saying “I CANNOT RECOMMEND ANY” I can only tell you about the various options available. This personal attack upon Armando’s integrity is truly unwarranted and vicious. My wife and I visit the Wentworth several times during ant given week; I have observed Armando as well as many other members of the staff on many occasions. I have always been impressed by the level of care they give to the residents and their families. I would proudly recommend Armando Rodriguez to anyone looking for someone with integrity that is beyond reproach, and who is a very caring and attentive to the needs of the resident’s.

My wife and I travelled a long distance not knowing we could not visit my sister at Wentworth due to COVID 19. After explaining our situation the to the Executive Director Trina Anderson, she was able to make a special accommodation for our visit. We had to follow all the COVID 19 protocols which was fine with us. My sister was very happy to see us and although not very happy not being able to receive guests under the COVID 19 rules, she was glad we were able to visit with her under the circumstances. She said the living conditions were nice and the food was very good. We were pleased with the cleanliness of Wentworth and the staff was very kind in all respects. We considered this to be a safe place for her and pleased she is receiving excellent care.

Well ran facility with great staff and residents. I recently moved my mother here, and she has liked it very much so far. When I come to visit her, the staff remember me by name, everything looks and smells clean, and my mom is in a much better mood overall compared to other places she's lived.

Anna the Med Tech at swing shift usually text me if my husband vitamins , allergy med ,pull-ups, wipes are kind a low. She is very attentive of Harvey's needs. And also Robert the swing shift caregiver also cut Harvey's hair. Actually all of the caregivers in the dementia care are very attentive to my husband needs. In fact I know all the caregivers name, and they work so hard and very dedicated. : AJ; Sina; Nicole; Lem; Jasmin; Martha; Menen; Linda; Sondra; Anna; Robert; & TD. They treated my husband Harvey with dignity and respect and they should be all rewarded equally.

Armando review - I was getting ready to write a positive post on Armando when I saw the slandering post by Dan Piggins so now I feel I must focus on that. I was disgusted by it and felt a retort is in order. My mother is currently living at Wentworth. Armando is a gracious and kind individual who wants nothing but the best for my mother. He routinely goes way out of his way to make sure my mother is comfortable, engaged and happy. When she was transmitted to the hospital as a long term patient, Armando routinely went and visited her off the clock at all hours of the day. He didn’t get paid for it, he went because he had genuine concern about her well being. When my mother has a health set back (which is often) he is always the first one and the only one to make sure the family is updated. He virtually lives at his job at the expense of his own family. In terms of health care in Las Vegas, it is admittedly difficult to find care that is of quality. The profession is paid way too little making it difficult to find people willing to take the monetary sacrifice to make the elderly’s lives more comfortable. Armando is one of the very few gems in this this industry. If he were to leave wentworth, we would be leaving right behind him. Shame on Dan Piggins for smearing one of the good guys in this industry. This disgusts me. Rant over.

I have lived here since Jan 2015. I moved here from my home of 10 years in a neighborhood close by. I love their all day dining and how accessible it is. They are all very kind and very friendly to me.They are extremely responsive and accommodating. I feel very included. I am not one to go to activities but they have something going on all day long if I wanted to. They recently have updated the building and decorations and I am IN LOVE with it. It makes me feel like I am living in a very high class community. The location is INCREDIBLE. Close to 215. Safe. Transportation is very good and the area is very beautiful. I am very happy with my choice of living here. No place is perfect but it's home to me.

Cena the Med Tec takes excellent care of my sister in the Memory Care section. She deserves all the accolades she can get. She knows my sister like a book and is very respectful of her needs. I can't say enough about her, she's always available if I need her, and she is a wonderful and beautiful person.

I am an entertainer and have worked many assisted living facilities for the past 30 years. While almost all of the Activity Directors are good at their jobs, occasionally one will stand out as being extra-special. Misti Nation is one of them. I watch her with her residents and it always amazes me to see her connection with them. She loves her people and it is easily conveyed to them. They LOVE this young lady and she returns the affection. While AD's are usually good with the residents, I have not seen too many exhibiting the kind of connection that she has with them. Her upbeat personality and sense of humor endears her to her residents. She is a rare find in an AD. I just wanted to convey my experience and endorse this young woman!
