There is nothing negative I can say about this place. I thank them for the excellent care they provided to my mother. I would recommend them without a doubt for there love for the residents is clearly seen. Ms. Lucy (owner) is the most caring , loving, and kind person and goes out of her way to make sure the residents are being spoiled. I never smelt an odor in the home, I say home because they really try to make the residents feel it is there home. I went to the house at various times of the day and always found my mother clean and odorless. The house is kept very clean and during COVID 19 they were so protective and on top of measures being in place to protect the residents. During the two and half years my mother resided there it was quite a few staffing turn overs,( which is common in this field) but her care was not interrupted. My mother is 96 years old and very cognitive so she could tell us if there was any mistreatment, which I never ever suspected. The only reason my mother was moved from there is because she moved out of the state unless, she would still be there. I just want to let anyone thinking about placing a loved one here it is a great home. Mr. Juan & Mrs. Lucy (owners) thank you for your compassion and loving hearts to my mother, staff - Dina, Maria, Hampie, past staff reading this, your care and patience went beyond your job duties thank you from my heart and may the Lord bless each of you and your families. Duncan Manor is AWESOME! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a loving, caring, clean, supportive place for their loved-one. Juan & Lucy are the absolute best.

Entrusted the care of our mom. Checked out more the 10 facilities before this one. Walked in and loved the place and staff. They have had an uphill battle having bought out the previous owner who did not upkeep the place and had numerous violations. The place was remodeled and is kept clean and bright. I show up randomly day or evening including at meal times and mom would be nice and clean and her room spotless.

My best friend has been staying there for therapy and care for a few months now. The facility is always very clean. Owners are very nice and patient, and ready to help. I’m glad she’s there. They treat her right. Everyone there looks happy. ❤️

My Mom has been in this facility for two years. It started out a little rough at first but once Juan and Lucy took over from the old management I could see the changes taking place. It was a little bumpy at first but only because of the up grades in help and fixing all the violations that no one was aware of from the other owners. They are very informative in letting me know what is happening with my Mom. My Mother is incompacitated and needs help. They are very good to her and do alot for her. I like the family feeling there and not so sterile like other facilities. I would recommend Duncan Manor to other families. I thank them for taking good care of my Mom.

I’ve come across many group homes in this area and this happens to be one of the cleanest and most asthetically pleasing group homes I’ve seen. The care here is exceptional!

My father was a resident here and I can't tell you how much he loved living here. He was very fond of all of the staff, and residents... he was especially fond of Lucy. She takes her role as care taker above and far beyond. He would tell me how she would spoil him by making him ethnic food (he was always a big fan of ethnic food). He spoke of her as if she were his best friend. He spoke of all of the staff with high regard, and loved how personal the care was. With a small amount of residents, the staff is afforded the opportunity to really get to know the residents and that adds a personal touch that is very rare and you're lucky if you can find it. That's what your loved one will get from this home. And home is what it is, in every sense of the word. Thank you to all of the staff, and Lucy... thank you for everything.
