Desert Springs Senior Living is a quality organization that truly cares about both it's employees and residents. I recently had the opportunity to tour the community and was impressed by the fun atmosphere and friendly team. There was live entertainment in the dining room, front desk was helpful and kind, and the community has recently had renovation work completed. It looks great! The team at Desert Springs was awesome. They clearly have passion for what they do and are striving to get better every day. I can confidently recommend this community as a great place in Las Vegas for any senior looking for an awesome community or a family looking for a safe and caring home for a loved one. Thanks Desert Springs Team!

The staff at Desert Springs Senior Living really go out of their way to make potential/current residents feel at home. I was exploring senior living options for my grandparents and was referred to Cristina. She did an amazing job informing us of our different options and making my grandparents feel like they would be welcomed here. I know exploring senior living facilities is not exactly something individuals or families love to do. It's great to have a place that makes the process as painless and convenient as possible.

My mother has been living at the desert springs senior living for 4 years now and has enjoyed everyday there. The staff is very nice and professional and all of them from the chef to housekeepers have been there from day one i admitted my mother which makes me feel good The facility even though older than most it is very clean and well maintained.The welcoming staff is always friendly when i come to visit and my mother is enjoying all the activities they have to offer. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having to make that dificult decision in life.

I have visited my grandpa several times and cannot say enough good things about the Desert Springs community. The staff is friendly, inviting and attentive to my grandpas needs. He seems to really enjoy living there, he has an upbeat attitude, more energy and has friends he gets to see and dine with everyday. It makes our family happy to see him happy, it takes a lot of stress away knowing he’s genuinely cared for. I’d like to thank all the employees for doing such a great job, keep up the good work!!

The staff at Desert Springs is phenomenal! They are so very attentive and always personable. Lunch always looks great, and the salon is adorable. They regularly have fun activities and outings for the residents to enjoy. You cannot beat all of the arrangements for their price point!

My grandmother has lived at Desert Springs for four years. I wouldn’t put her anywhere else! The caregivers take really good care of her. The building is kept up nicely and And everybody is very nice and welcoming every time I visit

This is my 2 nd post because my first one never posted. I took my parents to this facility for an 11:00 am appointment. I noticed a bunch of people in the TV room sitting there not interacting. No smiles, no conversations. My husband and I asked several residents how the food and the care was. Their replies were, “it’s ok.” My parents had lunch. Their receptionist showed us 1 room prior to lunch. We entered dining room before 11:30. As we waited, there was almost a fight between 2 residents. The staff didn’t notice so I told them. It wasn’t until after 1:30 that I went out for the 2nd time to remind them we were waiting. The director showed us several other apartments. The hallways were way too long for two 92 year old people with walkers. The elevator took so long to arrive. Another resident complained that his A/C wasn’t working and it was 85 degrees in his room. We finally had our 11:00 appt at 2:00. Not impressed at all. Felt more like a nursing home to me. Also, I felt they were too busy to address us on time and residents concerns. Not a good match for my parents.

The quality of service here deserves a 5star 10-Diamond rating. The staff is always pleasant, and they go above and beyond to make sure the guest are satisfied. When you walk through the doors there's a sense of Peace that over whelms you, it's very calming and feels like home.
