The Avenir staff takes great care of my grandfather. They go above and beyond to make sure the needs of their residents are fulfilled, whether that be providing great meals, putting on special events and activities, and being attentive to health concerns/medical needs. Thank you Avenir for all that you do!

The entire Avenir staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family in one day over a major holiday week (when everyone is usually unavailable) to transition my mom from sub acute care to their facility. Rudy was literally a lifesaver. Professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He immediately put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable. Additionally, when we met with Jessie and Lady Ann to discuss my moms health needs I was a nervous wreck and they were so calm and reassuring. Debra also followed up with me regularly to ensure my mom had what she needed. I really can’t say enough about their genuine care of the residents and keeping families up to date with texts and calls. There are a lot of people to thank and I don’t know all of their names: day and evening aides, med techs, front desk staff, etc. it is a definitely a team effort. My mom even went to the salon her first week there and Florence made her feel so special and good about herself. Even though my mom didn’t wind up staying long, we would highly recommend Avenir memory care. We are grateful for your compassion and guidance during a difficult time.

My dad is new to Avenir but he is already happier than I have seen him in a while. He said he really likes it there and that it's homey and feels like everyone is friendly and almost family. He laughs at how busy they keep everyone with activities etc. As much as I hate for my dad to need memory care, I am glad we found Avenir.

First of all, I would like to thank the leadership of Amby and the rest of the Team Avenir Memory Care At Summerlin. You guys Rock! The Acitivity for the residents are just amazing! The live entertainment is just awesome! I have never seen a memory care so lively and every residents are just having fun! The staff are very warm and polite. Concierge Lilly is very hospitable. 5 ⭐️ is not enough to describe this place.

After an agonizing decision to place our mom into someone else’s care, we could not be happier that we have chosen Avenir. A super caring and personable staff, professional care and she feels so incredibly safe and happy. With all of the activities, the TLC from the caregivers, wonderful food and a clean and beautiful facility, I do not worry about her when I can’t be there with her. We love our family and Avenir and could not recommend them more!

Rudy at this memory care has gone out of his way to assist me with moms memory care. Turns out mom went right to hospice. The way I was treated in the process was exceptional and the place is an immaculate museum that the residents look very cared for. I recommend this place above all others

Highly recommend AVENIR MEMORY CARE to truly care for your loved ones, if, you want quality people to watch over them. They have a great staff of qualified people, who actually CARE about elderly people. Both my mother and father passed away at this place but they were both cared for exceptionally well!! Shout out too my favorite people who work at AVENIR: BRANDI; MARIA; ALDO; HECTOR; RICO; REBECCA; KATRINA; MICHAEL; JOHN and JOE JO.... THANK YOU, TO ALL OF YOU: For taking EXTRA Special Care of, and, more importantly, for taking your TIME when caring for my mother, Sharon, and my father, Pat. Also, for caring about me. Thank you for EVERYTHING especially for supporting me, taking timeout to stop whatever you were doing and helping me, feel better, when I was melting down. For talking to me, which helped me get through some extremely emotional times of greif and sorrow throughout my entire ultimate life changing experiences before, during, and after, losing two of the most important people ever to lose in my entire life. After my brother's and I decided to hsve our parents removed out of Pacifica San Martin, on Durango and Warm Springs for giving horrible care too the both of them.. Do NOT place anyone at PACIFICA your loved ones will fail and decline fast. All they do is put them back into bed, after eating each meal, so they don't have to care for, or pay attention to them.
