My father was in the Advance Health Care of Paradise in room 118. The nurse Grace, the CNA Caroline, and the physical therapist Josh and Chris were extremely pleasant and very helpful to my father. They took great care of him. The facility is extremely pleasant to be in. Feels like you are in a five star hotel rather than in a rehab facility. If he has to go to rehab again, I am defiantly going to have him go to Advanced Health Care.

The building is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are beautifully appointed and make you feel like home and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is awesome and cares about your needs. Walter and the kitchen staff are fantastic. No one likes everything but most of his meals are so good I eat everything! I have to give a shout out to Jenessa in housekeeping who always has a wonderful pleasant attitude and does a great job keeping thing clean. All the CNA’s and nurses are great and pay attention to your needs, but I have to single out Emily. She gets to know you and does things for you before you can ask. She is my favorite person. Then I have to mention Melissa, the case worker. She works so hard to make sure that everyone one is treated with courtesy care even when there are a problem. She truly looks for the humanity in people. Most of all Is Yvette. I met her when I toured the facility before my knee replacement. I was looking for the best place for my rehab since I was in a horrible place the first time. I was so impressed with everything about the facility and formed an immediate friendship with her. When we had to postpone the surgery she said don’t worry, just let me know when you reschedule and I will have a bed for you. When I found out I had colon cancer and they scheduled surgery I called her and she said if you want to come back here I will make sure I have a bed for you! I felt like I was coming home to people that really cared about me!!!!!

My 94 year old mother was at Advanced Healthcare of Paradise for 3 weeks. The care there was very good. The facility was nice and clean. One person I would really like to thank is Melissa Maguire. I frequently stopped by her office, without an appointment. She always made the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions.

I was in Advanced Health Care of Paradise for the month of September 2022. I received excellent care from the staff. Erin and Josh were my main therapist. I credit them for helping me get my strength back after breaking my ankle. My favorite nurse was Roland. Favorite CNA was Sophia. The food was excellent with lots to choose for each meal. My room was like a fancy hotel with a microwave, fridge, sink and table and chairs along with a bed, reclining chair and a good sized tv. There were activities to participate in if I wished. (Bingo,Movies, Games etc. There were oil paintings throughout including one in my room. , fridge

Very nice staff- excellent food. I only wish they had more help..especially on weekend. Josh the LPN is fantastic and Sophia the CNA are so incredible. They should be making 6 figures.

Facility, staff and patient rooms very lovely! My wish was that my mother would have been more mentally and physically motivated to comply with PT/OT staff recommendations to improve her mobility and life!! She had previous issues that AHC couldn’t solve! If I was incapacitated, I would choose this facility for my care.

What impressed me most are the CNAs, their teamwork and camaraderie. I could see how they helped each other, how pleasant and attentive they were to the needs of my husband who is a Vietnam Vet, Natosha in the morning, Kimberly and Girlie in the afternoon. Kimberly is a natural caring person, who made my husband smile, laugh and relaxed. Girlie was very helpful, attentive and encouraged my husband to get better. Irene, Devina, Jay and Russel attended to my husband, too, completing the team with efficiency. I thank Joe for the ice cream on Fridays. To Elvie, Rolly and Marcie, thank you for the complimentary dinners. Melissa, the Case Manager was very pleasant and helpful; although I think she needs an assistant. To all of the therapists, although you told me that my husband was not cooperating, I thank you for giving your time.

Advanced Healthcare is a Five star facility. All rooms are private deluxe suite with a kitchen bar, dinning room table for guest , flat screen TV, over sized leather recliner chair with USB port for all electronic devices, and walk- in bathrooms and showers. Advanced have a gourmet chef so all meals are restaurant quality. No Hospital food and no cafeteria food. Advanced Healthcare of Paradise is open 24/7 for all visitors. Advanced is able provide compassionate care to all patients. I refer all my friends and family to Advanced healthcare of Paradise knowing that each patient is well care for. We work as a team to meet the patient goals to have a successful outcome. They provide great communication to families. There is no better place I would want my mom and dad or family member to be at for Rehab. Advanced Healthcare is always my first choice!

Awesome, excellent, superb, I found the staff to be more than competent. Courteous and friendly.went above and beyond. Food was excellent. The accommodations were awesome. It was more like staying in a five-star resort then a hospital. Making unpleasant situation tolerable. I will be recommending it to anybody who has a small stay ahead of them in a hospital. Way to go everybody!!!

My 75 year old father has been in and out of hospitals and rehab facilities for almost five years. His journey to recovery has felt like an endless battle through convoluted healthcare protocols and misinformation. I have learned that patient advocacy is one of the most powerful tools we have in helping the ones we love. However, that means nothing without caring and supportive healthcare professionals to pick up the ball and get us to the finish line. With that said, If you are contemplating where to send the people who matter most to you, I highly recommend Advanced Health Care Paradise. If you're anything like me, you don't trust anyone to truly understand what you or your loved ones are going through, but this facility and team are a cut above the rest. They listen, they're patient, their diligence to diagnose problems and get ahead of them is steadfast and most of all they treat every one of their patients and family members with dignity and respect. My father has been under their care for just shy of five weeks and I haven't seen him look this good in three years. He feels safe - and we feel safe. I cannot tell you how important that feeling is when we go to sleep at night. - Caroline, Ari, Keith, Craig, Yvette, Melissa, Ruben and more..these are just a few of the people who work for Advanced Health Care Paradise who've restored my faith in "The System". Nothing is perfect and you will always have to fight for the care your loved ones deserve, but Advanced Health Care Paradise is actually in your corner for that fight.

This is the best SKilled nursing facility in Las Vegas. In the past few months I have had two loved ones admitted here. My sister , who is still there, is receiving the best care. She is so comfortable and making friends with the staff. I reached out to Yvette early on when we knew she was being discharged to a SNF. Yvette immediately facilitated the arrangements to not only get my sister transferred but also made sure her mattress was comfortable and that she had everything she needed upon arrival. My friend who was there a month ago was sad to leave after the wonderful staff became like family to her. She too can’t say enough about the wonderful care she received and the relationships she made during her stay. Thank you Advanced Healthcare for going above and beyond for your patients. We appreciate you!

Advanced Health Care of Paradise is paradise! The staff is super nice and friendly! They all work well together and are very professional. They are patient, and don’t rush me when I press the call light. They wait patiently while I ask them for what I need. Being bedridden, I need a lot of help. They answer my call light with enthusiasm and tell me to call anytime. The food is delicious! We had prime rib on Christmas Day with scalloped potatoes, and shrimp Alfredo for dinner with stewed spinach. Both meals were so yummy. All the food here is so good! They have an executive chef that puts love into each dish. They are very clean. They wear masks the whole time and do not enter the room without a new plastic gown and new gloves, that they put on in the doorway. I like this practice, because you know they haven’t been touching random things with their gloves before they get to you. This is a personal concern of mine from years ago, but they are Covid conscience so that’s great. The nurses are very smart and kind, and give medications on time, and help with breathing treatments and other care. They are devoted and pay attention to details and concerns. They work so hard, and aren’t above pitching in to do jobs that need to be done in the moment. The physical therapist assistant, Katherine, is super intelligent and creative. She gently stretched my legs yesterday and today, releasing them from stiffness and pain. She taught me at least six new isometric exercises and has a humorous, engaging personality. She taught me breathing techniques and how to count through a stretch. My legs are usually too stiff to move, due to a rare muscle and bone disease. Her training and talent combined when she gained ten degrees, at least, on both legs. This miracle made my Christmas! Very impressive. Dr. Jaradat has been caring for me for about a month prior, and is so personable with his patients, and really listens. He is very intelligent and has a good plan to help me recover from the side effects of Covid, among other things. Last but not least, Yvette Zolina, Director of Marketing, has been a God send! She facilitated my transition from another hospital. She made sure i had a comfortable bed, and dinner waiting for me. She checks on me to see how I’m doing and if I need anything. She’s so professional and so knowledgeable! I had a lot of questions. Her kindness and care really reflects the hospital environment. You know when there’s good people, you’re going to get good care. She’s a consummate professional! Overall, I’d highly recommend this facility should you need skilled nursing and rehab. It’s gorgeous, and looks more like a fancy strip hotel when you walk in than a hospital setting. The rooms are like hotel rooms, and even have a refrigerator and a microwave. I’d give this place more than five stars if I could. Happy healing!

I’m happy we found this facility for my husband, he has been treated with respect, nurses and CNA have gone above and beyond to make my husband feel comfortable, they have taken such good care of him . 5 star rating all the way the rooms are like a luxury suite private bathroom and small kitchenette. I have really enjoyed my stay here at Advanced healthcare. The facility is awesome and the care i received has helped me tremendously. Everyone from the RN's, therapist, case managers, social workers and CNA's have been wonderful. Rosemarie treated me like i was family so i want to thank her for all she has done. This place is great!

My mom has been here for one month and my family couldn’t be happier with the care she has received. The CNA ‘s that have helped my mom are awesome, They are, Mercedes, Crimson, Lashan, Josh, Quiana, Manny, Idris, these are such kind people and caring! Also the nurses, they are John, Winton and Judith also kind and caring! I would recommend advanced healthcare 100% also Sarah the case worker is awesome also she is on top of anything you need and Antonio the driver is very helpful also! Advanced Healthcare is amazing! They are innovating and changing the rehab culture. Family members should be excited when their loved ones are being discharged to rehab. As this should be their next step to recovery! Unfortunately this hasn’t always been the case. Some Las Vegas facilities have a dark cloud over them and AHC has shed light and hope for so many! I am proud to have AHC within our communities and I feel personally blessed my loved one is currently being cared for at AHC! Yvette is amazing she facilitated all the paper work and transfer. She checked in on us often. She really went above and beyond to assist us! Jody the nurse gave us a tour and she was so nice and compassionate! I can’t say enough about AHC! We will be forever grateful for all they have done for us!

I just drove by this facility and it looks Beautiful. I hope this company sticks to the ORIGINAL mission once business is booming. Soooooooo many nursing homes start with a great mission and fall short to everything in there mission and it becomes MONEY DRIVEN vs PATIENT SAFETY and CARE. Visions change but the mission should never. I seen God close down several facilities for PT neglect and the building looks stunning but the care is terrible. I hope this is a message of encouragement and conviction. If your mission should every change from PT CARE because of money, short staff, lack of supplies, PT neglect, or sweeping things under the rug just know God knows all and sees all...and one day someone will have to take care of you. I speak blessings over this facility and may it prosper ONLY IF the mission never changes.

Hello my name is Rick I stayed at events health care paradise January 28th to February 15 2022 the place is beautiful the rooms are big the staff is excellent I would recommend this place to anybody the food is good if I had my way I would have moved out of my own place I move in there there's a certain lady there I like she went beyond the Call of Duty her name is Brooke Brook as one of the best Santan text I have ever seen around she's young and she's a hard worker and has another lady and a philia Catherine they're all good there the doctors are good the nurses are good you looking for a good place to go and recover yourself and get back on your feet go my name is Rick I give this place five stars

The place is exceptionally clean and the rooms are like a top end hotel room The staff was great with my dads hip replacement therapy and they were patient with his abrasiveness due to being a curmudgeon and having dementia
