Amazing people and incredible care. My husband, Steve, has advanced Alzheimer's and went into Birchwood in August 2021. He loves it there. He tells me the food is great (and he's gained weight - very unlike him) and he says the people are GREAT! Everyone there, staff and patients seem to love him. I was so afraid of this time but none of my concerns have come about.

Our father spent the last year and half of his life at Birchwood in the Memory Care Unit. We were very pleased with the care and compassion our father received up until the very end. The nurses, caregivers, and staff kept our dad healthy and happy until the end. He often had a smile on his face and it was clear he was loved. Although it might not be a "high end" facility aesthetically, the care is wonderful, which is most important. Thank you to all who cared for our father.

Grandpa has been at Birchwood Terrace for 3 months and it's been an answer to prayers. The new owners, have done a fantastic job. They hire dedicated staff in all areas. The aids are so loving, skilled and patient. They take amazing care of Grandpa and they have become our family. I love them. Shout out to the kitchen staff make tasty dishes every day! I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones!!

My family had a great experience at Birchwood. I highly recommend it. I am from out of state and my family member was there for rehab after a surgery at UVM. They have such a lovely group of nurses. They really took amazing care of her and my family couldn’t believe how quickly she recovered. Thank you so much Birchwood team!

Having taken care of my mother I have seen lots of senior living centers. Birchwood Terrace is such a nice, warm, homey atmosphere and so clean. It even smells nice ( important to me as a visitor). The workers are competent and so caring. This is a wonderful facility that one can feel comfortable taking a loved one to reside.

After doing lots of research choosing Birchwood terrace for Mom was a no-brainer, a true 10 star facility, magnificent infrastructure, extensive recreation, caring staff... the full package! I highly recommend Birchwood Terrace for your loved ones!

My mother had a long difficult recovery from a stroke last fall. The Birchwood staff was amazing. Her care was first rate. They always seemed to know exactly how to make things better in very tying circumstances. From top to bottom the staff was fantastic. We are grateful we found Birchwood.

My family had an amazing experience at Birchwood! There are four Nursing Homes in the Burlington area and we ended up choosing Birchwood as they were the only four star facility in Burlington. Thank you to the Fabulously Amazing Staff at Birchwood Terrace A Wing! I have to admit, I was not 100% on board when Adam Lawrence, from The Residence of Quarry Hill, Reflections recommended this placement for my mother. I had no idea! The building may need some updates, but I have worked in this field and never have I met a staff with such long histories at one place who are so positive and not burnt out with their job! (This is a not such an easy job! The work can be very physical, mentally exhausting, and stressful. Hard work! Not always great pay! You would not witness this in A Wing. Very professional Staff!) That in itself, I Thank you! My mother is treated with the utmost respect and dignity. My mother has received the best rehabilitation, (she arrived in a wheel chair. Physical Therapy had her up and walking!) She received Occupational and Speech Therapy, which had wonderful results! Thank so much, Rehab Team! My mother is surrounded by loving and caring people 24/7. I am relieved when I leave her knowing that she is having the best care. Any request to help my mother is addressed immediately! When I enter the building, I feel like I am a part of the family. The friendly greetings from the Administrative Team, so warm and welcoming! I Thank you all, especially A Wing! I frequently visit Birchwood Terrace transporting elderly people to visit there friends etc. I also have a longtime friend who resides there and I visit him quite often. I find the Administrator and her entire staff very helpful when I need assistance. I also am very pleased with the recent renovation which was very much needed making the facility look more modern, impressing both the residents and people visiting. I would recommend Birchwood to anyone seeking long term care for there loved one's.
