Alki Mail and Dispatch went above and beyond tonight. The man there tonight made a miracle happen with his notary services. He understood what a difficult situation we were in and helped us get a document notarized at the last possible minute, even though it was outside of normal notary hours. Big chain stores cannot do this. In fact, I couldn't even reach the local Fedex store tonight because they have not "supplied a local phone number" with the central customer service call center. I feel very lucky to have this business in our community. Thank you again! I am so grateful.

Great place, it really is. However, the public PC’s are not secure, and may have keyloggers on them I lost an entire Bitcoin as I foolishly used them for a bitcoin transaction.

Friendly staff, but after a few years have decided I won’t be back. It’s just silly that they don’t have WiFi given the weird lack of cell service at their location. Anytime I’ve been there and needed to print something that I’m able to send from my phone, if I didn’t remember to send the file ahead of time or need to send something different, I have to leave then come back because I can’t connect there. They offer a computer you can use but it turns a quick in and out into a whole ordeal. I’m over it. Get WiFi.

Alki Mail has really come in clutch for me over the last year for random printing needs and sending out packages. They're always super helpful and efficient. I try to go during off hours since it's a small place, but I've always been in and out really quick. I'm very grateful to have them close by!

I am sad that my first time visiting Alki Mail & Dispatch will probably be my last. I am moving out of WA in the coming weeks and Alki Mail & Dispatch came through for me when I needed them most. I was closing on a house and needed over 100 pages printed on legal sized paper without much notice. By the time I sent the documents for printing and made the 10-minute drive there, they were already wrapping up my print job. The two gentlemen working on 5/12/2021 at 9 a.m. were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was extremely stressed with my emotions running high, but these two gentlemen were friendly (yet professional) and put me at ease. I'm sorry I don't have their names but I hope this positive review gets shared with them.

I came in rushed, right at opening 9am Saturday before my flight to try to get a piece I bought in Seattle wrapped before my flight back to Tokyo. The staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. Even though they didn’t have a box that fit the awkward size of my HUGE lazy Susan, they provided extra bubble wrap without hesitation. Small town charm, right outside the city.
