Talk about great Customer Service and experience! My mind was blown by how quickly and efficient the whole experience was. I work nearby within walking distance of the Burlington Walk-In Notary location and I snuck out from work to get my form notarized, thinking that 20 minutes to one half hour would still be incredibly fast, but it was probably 15 minutes tops from the time Ms. Joanne Raymond was informed that I was there, she came out and greeted me warmly and we went to her office to complete the process; unbelievable, and in the best way. In today's world this type of great Customer Service barely exists anymore. The Walk-In Notary in Burlington was and is the epitome of a professional business, where you're made to feel valued. Thank you Ms. Raymond. I have shared this experience with Family and Friends. Some may read this review and roll their eyes and think, "man, it was just a 15 minute deal", but to me, it eased my mind, and with having to settle a Parents' Estate, every little thing helps make this process less stressful.
