SWR is simply the best record store period. Internationally known and loved. Fresh and clean, most fair prices, and always offers interesting and fun selections. Family owned. ♥️ The highlight is always when I take home something new I had no idea existed that I needed.

I'm glad I discovered this little record store..
I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of underground metal that was available there..
I'll be back.

At first I didn’t know what to make of this place and didn’t think I was gonna find Anything I wanted. I ended up browsing through the store as it’s not too big but they do have a good amount of stuff. More metal genre but I did actually find a good amount of things. It’s very clean and organized. Good pricing but could be a bit better. It does have some variety but it is more leaning towards the rock/metal type arena. It’s not your pop mainstream type place but I’m glad I went and checked it out. I would return.

Super unique record store. Lots of interesting vinyl.

Best deep dive record store selection in the Bay Area. Obscure funk, jazz, hip hop, punk, metal, zamrock, you name it. Owner has best knowledge and taste and will turn you on to your new favorite album

No one buys vinyls at their price point!
Love these guys :)

Excellent selection of Christmas music, and I'm a hard guy to please. Hopefully I left something for the next guy.

THE best record store in the state ♡
Steelworker is an absolute gem in the Tampa area for people who absolutely love music and need vinyl in their lives for legitimately the best prices around . Seriously people, record stores like THIS? Appreciate it while it is around!!!
Steelworker is easily the most interesting and potent record store in Florida. You will not find another record store in the entire state that consistently holds as wide a variety of music consisting of everything from extreme metal, country, post-punk, experimental music of all kinds, jazz of kinds, reggae, hip-hop, grind-core, folk, industrial, electronic, noise, punk, hard rock, progressive rock, soundtracks, and almost everything else under the sun. Seriously.
If you're passionate about exploring music and collecting vinyl, you owe it to yourself to visit Steelworker's storefront or shop on their website! They ship!
You will find so much stuff you never knew existed and learn about so much new stuff. Hell, even as you flip through the records you're bound to hear and see quality content being projected on the wall.
Basically, you will find so much music here that you won't find anywhere else in the entire state. I'm consistently blown away with the amount of rare and obscure finds I bump into every time I go in.
The owner of the store curates the store himself and absolutely is the reason the place is so great to visit.
♡ much ♡ love ♡ to Kenny and his incredible record store ~ ~

Small, fairly large selection of records but very niche in genre. LOVE and I mean, LOVE the projector they have running. Definitely the highlight of the visit. Really cool addition to the store.

Would give more stars if I could. They had everything good from every genre I wanted - hip hop, jazz, and rock from all over the world. Super clean, not one junky record. Visited for the first time yesterday. Will definitely be back.
