I just wanted to praise the lady who answered the phone at Schmitt Music for me this morning. It was about 10 minutes before they opened, and she answered brightly anyway. She was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. (I'm last minute figuring out my kiddo's instrument for this year.) The interaction was so pleasant, it made me think of how things used to be before 2019. Thank you for that! 😃

I worked with them for the first time this year when my daughter needed her very first instrument, for orchestra. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about what we needed, and they got us all set up. Their price was very reasonable and the trial period was nice too. It gave my child a chance to try it out without spending a lot.

You cannot beat the customer service you get here! Everyone is really friendly and will answer any question you have. They didn't have a drum book that I was looking for, so I went to the other music store in town, and was disappointed in how I was treated. From now on, I'll just order something from Schmitt if they don't have it in stock! Thank you for all you do!
