Really enjoyed working with Popplers. They were easy to work with and communicated quickly via email and in person. Piano sales person was at a training when I came in but other staff was quick to help and able to contact their piano sales person with additional questions as needed. I purchased the digital piano and my daughter loves it. I would shop here again. Reasonable price as well.

This is a fabulous music store, music making space, and so much more. One can get virtually any piece of music that is in print in the store, or ordered through them. Same goes for strings instruments in terms of accessories, not to mention their incredible piano gallery. I just bought a piano bench that actually can fold so I can take on my trips. I have always been worried on the road not to have a high enough chair if I perform with our trio. The customer service is stellar, enough said. Do not miss it. Thank you, Popplers and team!

I have gone to Poppers for several instrument repairs (not on the same instrument). They’ve always been upfront, with cost estimations. They were unable to fix one of our instruments, and did not charge us for any of their time. That usually takes about 10 -14 days for the repair to be finished. I don’t have anything bad to say about them, always very professional, kind, and educated. I won’t go anywhere else in Sioux Falls.

My husband and I were in the market to buy an electric piano. It has been 8 years since I've played and though I had some idea on what I was looking for, the employees were extremely helpful. As soon as we walked in the store, they quickly asked how they could help us and proceeded to walk us around and explain in detail the difference between the various pianos. The staff at Popplers are so helpful and knowledgeable. When I go in to ask for a music piece or book they always seem to have it available. Every accessory necessary for trumpets, at least. They've also repaired several trumpets, either in-house or sent out, and done a great job. I even brought them a Bach Strat that had been, well, mistreated by an irresponsible brother-in-law and they took out the dents and scratches and brought it back to like new. Super convenient location, too, minutes to jump onto 41st and get what I need and be on my way.

The gentleman inspected the trumpet and said " I can do a chemical clean, but it's not really needed right now.
