We purchased a Steinway Model B Spirio a few months ago and have enjoyed it increasingly over the break-in period which required tuning 3 times already out of 4 complimentary sessions. From the sales experience through today, we have had excellent service under the direction of the store Manager, Jordan James, who attended to every detail including a home presentation with video about the design and making of this fabulous instrument. The piano replaced a large grand I bought 42 years ago, a fine instrument in it own right. But the Spirio is a revelation! It plays as a fine grand independent of the "player" mechanism and when you hear it, you are inspired hearing all kinds of pianists as if they are sitting there performing for just YOU! The mechanics, voicing and clarity of this piano is the best I have ever experienced. It inspires me to practice more and simply play more for sheer enjoyment. I love it and will hopefully enjoy it for many years to come. I am so glad we met Jordan and his technician Yuri! Thanks so much. Richard Beaudry

Very happy to say that I had an overall pleasant experience buying a piano (for the first time!) from the Steinway Piano Gallery. Jordan took super care of us, followed up with us etc, and made sure our piano was delivered safely (which it was!). Thank you, Jordan! They even scheduled our complimentary first piano tuning without having to ask, - very nice! Oh, and we love the piano!

I bought my new Boston upright from Steinway Seattle. From the get go, Jordan James who is the manager had been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you're ready for an upright piano or it's time to splurge on a baby grand, you have to visit Steinway Gallery of Seattle. Of course, they offer gorgeous Steinways, but they also have the Boston and Essex lines. Ask about their Certified Pre-Owned Program too. No matter what you think you can afford, you should go here, if just for the education alone. They are passionate about pianos and the depth of information they provided about this instrument was invaluable to help me make the right choice. The personal attention, answering all my questions, the patience with my decision-making process, all contributed to a marvelous purchasing experience. I highly recommend them. Jordan was especially helpful. Such a beautiful piano inspires me to practice and its high quality sound makes it a joy to play. Becoming part of the Steinway family was a dream come true.
