Reviews of 2nd Avenue Records
Great, quirky Portland record store. Well worth a visit and right downtown, too. Huge array of stock with most items reasonably priced. (But some vintage jazz, spoken-word, and soundtrack vinyl albums are on the very high side of pricey, though.) Substantial classical music section with decent opera and art song stocks and containing a good number of rareties in very fine condition and a real steal at just $3.00 per album(!) Go and Dig! But, on my most recent visit, the bulk of those classical disks on offer were ex-Portland Public Library circulating stock in marginal condition at best so buyer beware! But go and visit Already this fine shop with a real Portland vibe. And for hipsters of all ages, there's also a ton of band merch and t-shirts on offer! Be cooler here.
Everytime I have the oportunity to visit Portland, I have to visit this store. Great selection. Always find something to bring home. Here was the first time I heard The Nomads. Great sound. Also great tshirts for sale. Staff are cool. They just let you dig.
Great store with nice cd collections. My mom loves coming here they have tapes, stickers, tshirts, and a huge vinyl record selection.
Coolest record store ever. Huge selection, and great prices. Well worth a visit for the serious vinyl collector.
A really nice, old school record shop in downtown Portland. A great selection of old and current music, served up by enthusiastic, helpful staff.
Solid place for metal albums. Always pulling out gems. Pretty decent selection of band merchandise too.
When you visit be prepared to pay for parking being that it's downtown it should be expected. The good thing is that its only a few steps away from the front door of the store.
We went the first week of May 2022 and they make you wear a mark. The nice thing is if you don't have one they have some in store.
Now the store is very vintage with loud music. For what it is they have a pretty good selection of music.
Its a tight space you have to walk side ways and squeeze by when passing people in the isles.
It is definitely not handicap friendly.
I wouldn't attempt to go in if you had to have any type of walking assistant.
It is a bit musty smelling but again keep in mind it is vintage vinyl and cassette so it's to be expected I would say.
We had a good experience and will be visiting again when we plan on buying more vinyl records.
As an avid collector of many genres, I s as impressed with the overall selection, customer service and the atmosphere, which was reminiscent of the stores of yesteryear. Very local feel. Happy they continue to survive considering the difficulties surrounding the location and the pandemic.
Best record store in town. Great selection of rock shirts!
Incredible selection. Easily the most expansive hip hop and punk selections I've seen at Portland record stores insofar, with a healthy jazz selection to boot.
Been here to buy metal albums but they have a great selection of all genres of music. Prices are in line with what bands typically charge through their own websites but better to buy local to avoid shipping fees while support local business.
Really great selection of vinyl and also some cool band shirts.
The store owner is THE BEST!. Today he brought my daughter the record that Taylor Swift came out with, to her as she was waiting to enter the store after getting in line at 6am. This is the only place I will buy records from.
Such a selection! And although I was surrounded by people who obviously knew more about music than me I never was made to feel out of place... A couple hundred dollars later I feel I could go back and spend even more!
Lots of awesome tshirts and hoodies too!
Like punk or metal? This is your place! Also have a ton of other genres but I'm a one trick pony
Definitely a great spot to stop by and check out if you haven't its been there for years Tons of great records & cd's everything from rock to rap they got it lots or great band merchandise to stop there every time I'm in Portland
cool mom n pop in the heart of portland.
killer selection of underground punk records
Great record store, top class selection - decent folks working there. When the owner(?) heard my accent as he was ringing me up he told me that he had some Irish blood in him and we went on a long meandering conversation about my country - Ireland, rock n' roll and where to buy a good beer in Portland (answer - most places!).
Staff has little in the way of charm they seem more interested in not being bothered. Come for band tees as a record store they are ok mainly focusing on new records, if you are looking for used records you will most likely be disappointed.
They always have great stock in records and t-shirts.
Love this place. “Metal” in its broad term is my favourite type of music, but I also like everything else and this place caters to it all. Has pretty much everything, from Bathory to Shannon & The Clams and 9 times out of 10 you’ll come out of there with what you went in for.
Due to covid restrictions, they are only allowing 10 customers in the store at a time. Which means there might be a line when you show up. However, when you get inside, you get to experience one of the best and oldest record stores in Portland. Their selection of vinyl is impressive. Plenty of different genres and plenty of different eras, and their CD collection is just as impressive. Prices are extremely competitive, and you will be hard-pressed to walk out of there without something new for your collection
Best record shop in town! I’ve been coming here for twenty years and dear to my heart.
This place is Portland monument. Kathy, Todd, Buddy, Matty K, and Jay have all forgotten more about independent music than most of us will ever even know. It's cramped inside because they have a massive selection of records. It's a testament to how great they are that their brick and mortar store has outlasted mega stores like tower records.
They really support local musicians which is extremely important in a place like Portland.
Neat little record shop! Will be coming back any chance I get! It's a bit cramped in there but if it's not super busy, it's easy to navigate around. Theyve got pretty decent selection of Vinyls and Merch. CDs are at the register's so you may have to ask the employees to see more of them. Really nice people there. Cool sticker selection.
Excellent knowledge base. I am always pleased with my purchases and end up finding some new music. These guys are totally unpretentious and great at giving out information about things that are happening. Also, an interesting collection of shirts for sale.
Best record shop in Portland. Huge selections of everything except techno and electronic music. Lots of cool shirts and hoodies. The staff is very chill. I’ve easily spent over a grand here and I’m cool with that. Little pricey, but nothing that would stop me from shopping there. If you’re record shopping in the rose city, make sure you come to 2nd Avenue records!
The store is small but well laid out. It was easy to find what I was looking for.
Lots of vintage vinyl, shirt selection has weakened, mostly Amazon available stuff anymore.....but still a cool vibe.
Absolutely awesome selection of hard to find and vintage heavy metal and hard rock vinyl, CD's and cassettes. Plus every other genre of music under the sun! T-shirts, buttons, stickers, patches ,posters and tapestries everywhere! This place is an excellent destination for old school music heads of any age! Highly recommended!
Nice store with excellent punk & metal selection. They carry a wide variety of genres, new releases, and lots of band tees! Decent prices. Customer service has been mostly positive, sometimes a few awkward interactions with the staff.
The store I frequent most in Portland.
Store was advertised as having a great hip hop and metal selection, not only did they have that, they had a great selection for any genre that is on vinyl. Prices for new vinyl were some of the best I have seen while record shopping in many cities. Store has a little bit of everything to offer for the casual to hardcore music fan. Absolutely worth a visit if you are in Portland.
Best record store in Portland. If you're a metalheads you will love it. They have a large selection of cds, vinyls, shirts, and some pins. The staff are awesome and very informational.
My favorite record store in Portland. Great mix of new and used records. Prices are reasonable with you're more likely to find some hidden gems once in a while. Vibe is a bit claustrophobic cause it's packed with records. And sometimes the death metal playing in-store is a bit much. Overall though, the pros of finding good records outweigh the atmosphere.
Great selection of Vinyl. Always find something. Lots of punk, Hardcore and Metal.
We make the trip to go check out their vinyls. Their shirt collection is incredible!
Fantastic record shop in the heart of downtown Portland. Huge selection of vinyl, spanning a wide range of genres and styles. I found everything from mainstream pop to classic rock to underground hip-hop to classical to the most obscure and cvlt metal.
Shelves are well organized, and easy to navigate. Staff is friendly and approachable, able to answer just about any questions you have, at least with regards to vinyl!
OK, so I'm a die hard metal fan and this place is the place to go for metal records. Never quite seen a selection quite like this at any other record store in town. Fair pricing comparable to online stores make this a good place to stop in if I'm ever out and about. Amazing selection of band shirts and used cassette tapes make this place a blast from the early days of music distribution.
In the late 80's my sister, Fiona, worked at this store. Nice to see it is still open!!
Superb Record store. They are very polite and will just let you browse all you want, but will gladly help you find a CD or record you are looking for. Great selection, convenient location (probably no parking tho, I always walk there) and they even have some rare and desirable artists. Good selection of Funk, Rock Reggae, Soul, Psych, Punk, very diverse.
Always a rad place to go and finger through their vinyl. They have a great selection of punk and hardcore. The staff is always helpful and are good company. If you like punk rock, this is a must visit when in Seattle.
Are you looking for that LP that brings back fond memories of previous decades? Are you a serious collector trying to complete your collection, but have had difficulties doing so?
Try 2nd Avenue Records! You will be AMAZED with their inventory. They specialize in hard-to-find, out of print, limited editions. They will even put your name on a list and do a search for you. You may soon become the proud owner of that coveted LP you have spent so much time trying to acquire. They seem to have the necessary connections to make it happen.
The employees are friendly and most helpful. Worth a trip downtown.
Excellent selection of vinyl. Had some stuff the other places in town didn't. Easy to find, parking is on the street like most of downtown Portland. Staff was helpful when I called ahead to see if they had some records in stock. Purchase was quick and easy once I got down there. This wasn't my first time there by a longshot, and it won't be my last. I'd go here over Music Millennium if they both had the same stuff. I'd put Everyday Music between the two in terms of personal preference.
Always a great selection, and inventory is categorized in a very sensical, orderly way. I was impressed with the "must wear a mask" policy, and even saw an employee refuse entry to two young kids who didn't want to wear masks. I appreciate this, and so does the general public. Thanks again!
Good selection well labeled and decent prices
Great selection of vinyls!
Cool record store. Good jams playing. A very wide selection. Also a bunch of band shirts that are all strung around. It gives you that garage band feel if you know what I mean. Husband was very excited to come into this store.
Best record store in Oregon!!! Been shopping here since 1996 ✌️✌️
Great little record shop in the heart of downtown not too far from the red/blue Max lines. You can also snag CDs, patches, buttons, and shirts for reasonable prices. These guys will even special order albums. Definitely worth a stop.
It's the most... authentic record store experience you could hope for. That is to say, they know more about music than interior design. But they DO know music so y'know, it works. They have a fairly large inventory and the staff are nice.
Love this place. It brings me back in a way that being there is the only way to describe it.
Mostly new records. They're very light on the used vinyl. If new reprint band tshirts are your thing you'll be happy here.
Great store with a huge selection of everything including metal punk and hardcore stuff! Great staff and worth the visit!
The people who work here are always so nice and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of vinyl and shirts as well. I always make sure to stop by here everytime I visit.
This is, by far, my favorite record store in Portland. The selection is incredible, the prices are really decent, & the atmoshpere is down-to-earth. The staff is hands-off, which I prefer.. Most of the time you're headed into a shop tailored to a few specific goods, you usually have a reason you're stopping in. They are really helpful & knowledgable when you have questions. They also make really rad suggestions based on your purchases (from my personal experience!)
Pretty much one of the truely great record stores there is.Old Portland...and proud. Huge selection of punk and metal shirts and all that, oh and of course a ton of vinyl and those shiney disc things. Spend your money there.
Amazing selection and great vibe. Very DIY-ish and a strong emphasis on metal and punk. Only downside was that I wasn't ever greeted by the staff, but from conversations I overheard with them and other customers, they seemed friendly.
This place is great! They don't have everything I am looking for, but they have tons. They also are very well aware of what they do and do not have.
I will say, it has a very old school record shop vibe. Employees pick the music, it plays loud, front and center. Makes it feel authentic. If you kid is into Zedd, and you ask if they have any records by Zedd, expect the appropriate record store employee response of "we don't carry that kid of stuff here". Lol
Hey, do you know records are dope? Get a record player.
If you love Rock, Punk, or Metal this is the place to shop! However if you're looking for hip-hop, pop, jazz, etc., the selection isn't quite so large, but as a fan of extreme metal it's nice to have a store that appeals to my tastes. The selection of CDs, tapes and Records for heavy genres is great and you can find some surprisingly obscure stuff there.
More than that though, what draws me back is the selection of t-shirts, especially for metal bands. From Municipal Waste to Mayhem there's a good selection of band shirts, and the clearance rack to the left of the counter can have some great stuff if you rifle through (I found an Obscura shirt there recently). Occasionally rock and metal groups pop in there (went there a few months ago and found out I'd just missed seeing Ghost in there!) and they have sometimes had little hand printed fan-zines.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable but give customers space to browse. It's worth mentioning as well that they collect donations for a non-profit that assists with feral cats.
With the smell of old cardboard and dusty carpets, this record shop brings you back to a time where vinyl was the dominant force. Tightly packed with music of seemingly every genre, there's something in this place for any music lover.
Second Ave Records is a down to Earth record store. If you want punk rock or heavy metal no other place is a real option. I have been going there for years and never leave empty handed. If you've never been there check it out.
I've gone to 2nd Ave for years. Always a good place to shop for collectors looking for something new or old. I recently found one of my favorites there that I haven't found anywhere else. It's one of the only reasons I come to downtown. Make sure you have money for an extra impulse buy!
Fun record store with lots of options. Love supporting this local business
Pretty rad selection of some hard to find vinyls circulating here over the past 10 years. Decent prices. Staff is helpful and not all weirdosnob . On several occasions they knew what I was talking about whereas some music stores I get vacant stares or crass remarks hinting that what I am looking for doesnt exist.
Supercool selection of CD filled boxes based on genre. Some rare industrial stuff. Rare punk . There is also limited pressings available for certain bands . For instance, I got #139 out of 1500 of " Baby Jesus Sliced up in a Manger" - Crackrock Steady 7 / F minus vinyl. ..
Also several Dwarves pic disc albums that were a good 10$ more online.
Shirts are also a decent price and vast in selection. Overall one of the most down to earth record stores I've been to in my life.
Lastly, the name helps u remember where it is if sobriety is an issue for you.
Has a whole lot of records in every genre but couldn't find any of the more popular bands/singers. Not even a slot for Bob Seger or Billy Joel was disappointing and most of the records I looked at were new not vintage.
Absolutely blown away by this record store. Found some very underground bands even from the UK where I grew up and didn't expect to see. One of the biggest hardcore/punk and metal collections I've seen in a while.
Mad charming record shop that's packed to the gills with vinyl and shirts, but not a spot is wasted. Everything in this place is dope, and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Place I'm happy to support.
Excellent new and used LP collection. Skip the highly overated Voodoo donuts (btw a tourist trap that only tourists go to) and spend some quality time checking out the records, the tapes, CDs, and t-shirt collection.
This was the first record shop I went to when I was younger and it has been a landmark for me ever since. I love the selection and about a third of my wardrobe are t-shirts I have bought that hang from the ceiling. Amazing place.
Incredible selection and awesome vibe!
Always great here! Along with Amoeba Records, one of the best stores on the West Coast!😎🤘✨ …
This local independent record store has been around for over 35 years and has an amazing selection of punk, metal, hardcore, hip hop, rock, as well as a little bit of everything else. Loved it!
Amazing record store and fantastic staff. Huge selection of music, great for finding obscure metal, punk, and noise, and if you can't find something there let them know and they will order it for you.
Went on record store day and scored what i was after.
there were a ton of records here... too many to just casually browse for me but i get the draw. there weren't a lot of staff and we were close to closing time so the service wasn't stellar... but was i expecting it to be? all in all, a good record store for the avid collector. only thing that bugged me was everything seemed to be dumped into the bucket of "rock".
Lots of good records here. They seem to have most of their focus on rock, metal, and blues but there's records of every genre. Definitely a cool place worth checking out
Decent selection, but they never open on time. Its not cute. This is at least the eighth time this has happened in the last six months. Wouldn’t bother stopping by before noon. I guess it’s too difficult to open a record store at 11? Clocks are hard
They have just about everything you can think of here. Place was pretty busy the day I went but it's a cool place. They have stickers too haha.
I have been frequenting 2nd Avenue for 5 years, and it remains to be one of my favorite record shops in Portland. Decent prices with a good rotation of used records and reasonable prices.
2nd. Ave. has always been my favorite album store in PDX. Great prices and selection of music and t-shirts, especially metal. I just got paid and I'm going there now!
Every time I go I find something great within just a couple of minutes. Outstanding selection.
In my opinion, the best record shop in PDX. They have a great selection of hard to find non-commercial bands.
Haven't been here in a while, but I have great memories of the place since I spent quite a bit of time here when I went. Records, t-shirts, buttons, other interesting and fun music things! I'll have to pop in again soon.
Been going here since I was 15. The same guy has been there for at least 15 years. Music encyclopedia. If they don't have a record u want they can order it. They also have cassettes cra merch
They have been around forever and they still are the best in the buisness.Just wish the city would get control over all the extreme homeless people walking around downtown deterring buisness.I personally hardly go downtown anymore because of that problem.
This record store was amazing. They had records I did not expect to find in there. They also have a ton of T-shirts which was appealing to me as soon as I saw the store. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find something.
Wow, what a cool place. Selection is quite versatile, with a nice metal section. Had every album I walked in looking for. Extensive shirt selection too.
Good indie record store in Downtown Portland. They have a good selection on vinyl and CD's. No idea how this place is organized though. There are boxes all over the place. It's a bit overwhelming.
I walked past this place and just decided to walk in it has so many records it's so cute. Their prices are very reasonable the staff was very nice
One of the best records stores I've ever been to. Amazing selection.
Old-school record store with a ridiculously wide array of vinyl, cassettes, CDs, and memorabilia. Come in and find that song you're looking for.
Great little shop, huge selection of vinyl. They also carry CDs and Cassette. I always stop here if I'm in town
A staple of PDX. Amazing selection of all genres. Especially noteworthy is the metal section. Tons of good vinyl and shirts.
This place is great! Find everything from classics to the obscure. They also have a great selection of band t-shirts
Great selection of Vinyl, and the band shirts, tons of them. Could use more medium sizes
It's a pretty cool store, with a broad selection of clothing a records. They lean towards the punk/metal scene which is cool.
Great shop. Good mix of music. Excellent t-shirts.
Love this place!
When I need a little time travel back to punk rock highschool days i come here and buy punk shirts I shower now though ☺️
Pretty neat record store. Only go there when I’m spending the day in the area because of parking but definitely a cool atmosphere.
What a great record store. I was recommended to 2nd Avenue by a friend and it did not dissapoint. The place has a great vibe and awesome vinyl 👍 …
Keeping real record stores alive! Excellent place to get hard to find music, shirts etc...
Recommend this place to everyone!
Nice staff, variety of music. Large selection. Great place to purchase old & new music.
Best record store in town, Kathy is super pleasant. Have a good selection of punk and metal! My go to spot!!
I go here all the time to buy shirts and I love the employees and the loud music they play. It's my favorite store
Been going to 2nd AVE for almost 20 years now. Best selection of every genre of music, best prices, Best record shop ever!
Amazing variety of music, vinyl, and band t-shirts. I always make a point of visiting this place when I’m in the neighborhood.
Love this place have been going here for like 15 years. Tons of good vinyl, cd's, etc.
The owner was most helpful and very knowledgeable. The collecrion of hard to find vinyl can't be beat in the Portland area!
Lots of vintage vinyl. Almost overwhelming because they have so much to look at. Don't let that stop you. It is a good place.
When I stopped in, I was looking for something specific, so I didn't do too much crate digging. I made plenty of mental notes for future visits. A vast selection of punk and metal.
Great selection. Masks required.
This is an old school record store with great selection and an amazing collection of albums and band t-shirts.
Nice record. They mostly have what i want. Some genres are difficult to dig through
Not the place to look for used soul, funk or jazz records. Good selection. Cool shirts and pins too
I love this store! Been coming since 2009 and have never had a bad experience.
Well-organized, good punk selection. Staff was very helpful to young record-buyers who seemed new to it all.
Best record store in downtown PDX. Huge rock/metal selection, plus shirts and other rad stuff.
Great record inventory. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my first visit. Plan to return.
This was a pretty dope record store, music selection wise. But the staff was rude, and didn’t seem happy to be there.
So many good finds. :) Great shop with a fun variety.
Whenever I'm downtown I have to stop here. Their selection used to be a little better, but they still have one of the best metal sections in town.
Went in it twice today, probably going a third time. I love this record shop its so organized and they have a lot of everything.
Has a decent selection of rock and some smaller sections of other styles, but it felt like it mainly catered to Metal
Best record store in Portland and they know their music.
I like this store cause they have a huge selection on metal music!! I always find something every time I come here.
Awesome place 🤘🤘great selections …
A really robust selection of just about everything! Doesn't appear to be much from the street (I worked across the street for years and never paid it any attention), but once you're inside you'll find it hard to leave!
Not that great of a used section, too much emphasis on reissues
nice and courteous staff, great store setup. great deals on vinyls, merch, cd's, cassettes.
Metal, punk, hip-hop? They got you boo boo! Best in Portland
Great store, had almost any band you could think of old or new.
Portland institution that always carries great punk, hip hop, reggae, world, folk and rock records
Our favorite record store in town. An amazing selection, and pricing that stays competitive with the internet, which is pretty crazy given the location.
Great spot for metal and punk, CD or vinyl. Best selection of metal shirts anywhere!
Probably my favorite record store in Portland. Great selection, rare vinyl and always great prices
Amazing selection of records and t-shirts. Loved it.
The good thing is also the bad thing. It's nearly impossible to leave empty handed.
The collection of vinyl records they have will blow your mind, from old to new they seem to pretty much have it all.
Great shop for vintage to newer lp's. T-shirts were mostly new or reproductions.
Always easy to drop as pile of money on good records here, I've been buying vinyl here since I was high school.
You could spend hours here. Awesome selection of vinyl and shirts.
A good store to find more niche albums. Less so more mainstream stuff.
Great store tons of music stickers, CDs, records, T-shirts love it!
My favorite record shop in Portland! Highly recommend visiting for a huge selection of awesome music!
great punk selections and many other vinyls. also hard to find cd's.
They have so many things, including eclectic albums! Helpful staff.
Very cool experience. Helpful staff, great selection. Cool stuff. I’m definitely going to visit again
A great selection. I found some stuff here I haven't seen elsewhere.
Great record shop! I always end up spending way more than I wanted to!! 🎶 …
GREAT PLACE. Love 2nd Ave Records!!!!
Great old school hole-in-the-wall record store. Pretty good variety, even for people into non-mainstream metal.
Its in my top three as far as record stores in Portland.
This place has all of the vinyl and rock tshirts you can dream of... definitely worth a look
The only place I can find awesome band shirts and amazing metal cd's
The place you go if you enjoy true underground music and apparel!! I have many shirts and CDs from this place!!! 🤘 …
Best selection of vinyl that I have come across in Portland. Not all staff friendly.
Fantastic record store. Great selection of rock, metal, and punk.
Hadn't been in since the late 1990's. Nice to know at least one thing in Portland hasn't been Californicated.
Great selection and very helpful staff. Location is easy to access and has a great mobility for a smaller store
Very good prices considering, but not the biggest selection. Lots of cool tshirts
Awesome spot to dig. Very large selection of soundtrack, metal, jazz, and rock/pop. Found a few gems.
Solid selection and good prices.
Tied with Music Millenium for best record shop in Portland. I get my black metal merch here.
Nice place! Staff seemed a little disinterested, but the selection and price points were great.
cool dudes are at this place. nice selection, as well. Cool atmosphere and decent prices ye ye
Really good stuff here though the selection's rotation is pretty slow once you've accustomed yourself to it. I'd come here like once every few months.
Cool record store. Has great selection!
The staff was very helpful and had a great selection of records
Cool music store. The place to go in Portland for your favorite bands t-shirt.

Super rad place! Lots of awesome t-shirts and records!
The best record store for punk and metal. In my opinion.
Found deathgrips and clipping!
The most eclectic hoard of music and band t-shirts I have ever seen. It was glorious.
Awesome shop with an amazing selection of records and shirts!
This is my favorite record shop in Portland. Such a great selection.
Found exactly what i was looking for. Staff could have been a little more friendly. But all in all, it was a good experience
They have more records of rock, metal, and all around just good music.
This is like a 2nd home for me! Absolutely love it here! The staff is always so helpful.
I think it may be the same owners as when I was a teenage "punk" and I love it.
Great selection... excellent prices...great lol staff.
Quite a big selection for a smaller store and helpful staff. They accept cash and card, too!
Great selection of punk, rock, indie. I love this place
Best record store ever!
Find some good lost/forgotten albums & songs here "Twilight Zone"!!
Love this place! Every time I come to town I plan on spending time here.
Ton of records great finds inside
Fantastic theater with super great prices and awesome movies and a really terrific staff
Amazing selection, loved their soundtrack collection!
One of my favorite record stores around!
In town from Denver, CO. Decided to stop in and check it out, very cool place
Great place to buy music!
Great selection of old and new vinyl.
A gem of a record store. Found a couple items I'd been looking for at a very fair price.
Best record store in the PNW!!
A real record store, worts and all. And I mean that in a good way, still got some funk to it.
Always has a great selection in heavy metal!
Extensive selection of Metal, punk, and rock shirts. Hail Satan
Had everything and more. People had real music knowledge. Can't wait to go back.
Good selection. Could easily spend an entire day digging through the boxes.
Awesome selection with friendly staff, worth checking out for sure
Unique place to find cd's or records both new and used.
I've been going to this store for 20 years and I always find something.
Awesome selection of rock. Smaller sections for other genres
Been going to this record store for over 20 years!

Huge selection of vinyl and t-shirts.
Standard record store with a great selection.
Love this place. Stop here every time I come to Portland
Great selection of everything from vinyl to buttons
They sell records, t-shirts, buttons, CDs, and stickers!
Always a good experience! Good to see it still open!
Pricey but nice collection of records
My favorite record store. This is all
BEST record store in town.
Great selection of metal and hardcore records
Amazing store with an outstanding selection.
Tons of new records. They are heavy on the rock, metal, and punk.
Large old school record ( LP and 45) store. CDs too!
Great selection of t shirts
Something left over from old Portland that hasn't been ruined by the influx of hipsters.
