We love this place for all things percussion, string, and keyboards. This place is a destination spot for music instruments and gear. You literally cannot find a larger store or selection in AZ, and possibly in the Western United States. The store is so huge it has departments staffed with individuals musically trained and very knowledgeable in their section. Any questions are answered with solid guidance and information. Their suggestions and recommendations are very helpful and never pushy. Also, they are generally very friendly, even when your kids are messing with the high end equipment and instruments. They also teach lessons (fee) and fit instruments to each individual who purchases from them.

I would say this is the best music supply store you're ever going to find. The staff are all knowledgeable and if you happen to ask them a question they don't know the answer to they will get the right person to answer your question. I noticed that it didn't matter regardless of the instrument they carried parts for it as well as the caring kits. I was able to get out of there with just a reasonable amount of damage done to my credit card. I am happy that my teenagers were not with me because I could have spent a whole lot more.

I’d called in advance to discuss the availability of a new guitar model, and when I walked through the door, I was instantly welcomed with a smile and taken to afficionado Johnny, who patiently helped me from start to finish, answering every question, giving me ample time to hear the instrument in a quiet space, and offering honest input anytime I requested it. There’s no better feeling than supporting a family-owned store that’s earned a sterling reputation over 76 years in the business, and it blows away the local competition, with quality service before and after a sale.

Years back, I purchased a Fender Squire Bass from them and had a good experience then also... No wonder they have been in business so long, and the goto Music Store in Mesa.

Very neat selection of instruments from any style or ensemble you may need! Prices are on the high side, especially for little percussion pieces, but provided you know what you need or want, they undoubtedly have it. They sell most everything one needs to start a band or start in any instrument. They sell electronic gear for keyboards, guitars, pedals, and most other recording purposes. They also clean and repair brass instruments and guitars in house. Awesome place!

Originally this was a 1-star review but this place really is deserving of any business we can give them. Had a bad experience at the guitar repair shop here but the owner saw my review and offered to make it right by either dropping my guitar back off at the repair shop or a full refund. I had already dropped off my guitar at another repair shop by the time the owner replied to my review so I didn't bring it back. I took the full refund which was offered. I will be putting that money toward the repair at another shop. Overall, this place wants to please their customers.

Very awesome and educated staff. My son was placed in band and we had no idea what was needed. I walked in and explained my situation and told them which school my son went to. The sales/rental person knew exactly what was needed and got it all together for me in about 15 minutes.

It is usually pretty hard to find a slapstick locally, as a percussionist, it is an instrument used so very often, anyhow, they have everything percussion, even slapsticks, good pricing also!

Update: Just bought my second guitar from them and the sales person was super helpful in helping me make an informed decision on my purchase. They were able to help with the price yet again and they also said that since the guitar didn't NEED a setup really, if I feel like it does at some point I'll still be able to get it setup for free. Definitely an awesome music/guitar shop. Good service, good people. They were able to help me on the price of the guitar I was buying a little bit. $10 off on a $150 guitar. They tune/check any instrument you buy from them too.

The nostalgia of this store just kills me. I came here as a kid & have gone here with my own children, 30 somethin years later. Everyone here is super nice & helpful. While the building is historic & the inside is slightly outdated (like Im pretty sure thats the original carpet on the stairs. I dunno for sure but seems like it. Check out the trim all around on the inside, also seems OG.), it seems clean & well maintained & I still love it. And they been around forever so apparently modernizing isnt an issue. They seem to have a large selection of all sorts of instruments for purchase or for rent. Large selection of sheet music & accessories. They finally got sticker merch! I bought a ignorantly cared for vintage flute on Craigslist & took it here for repair. While it wasnt cheap, it looks like a brand new flute & plays like a champ. I was so happy to get it back & play it & was so surprised when I saw it, so super shiny! Rentals super reasonable & there are ranges so there's not just 1 price per instrument. I highly recommend Milano music! Even of you're not in the market for an instrument & you're in DT Mesa, pop into Milano if it's open, it's just a cool shop to check out. If you don't love Milano's Music than your going to have to go see your doctor and get your head examined cuz greatest bunch of peoples in the world that work there... A big thank you to Milano music for being absolutely fantastic! They had my Christmas present in stock 2 days before the holiday. Buying locally helps OUR town from losing amazing stores like these. I highly recommend you head over and buy your kids, wife, grandkids, cousins or husband's the gift of music instead of video games that will just keep them locked up rotting in a stuffy room. I will definitely be going back for more items (next is a pink ukulele) Ha! Sorry this review was late, a shout out to Nicole E. for sending me the photos of the Covid requirements and store hours. I just lost my mind when I walked into this humongous place and forgot to take pictures. I was like a kid in a candy store. A truly amazing place!

The staff here is extra helpful. They make getting your students band instruments and needs met in easily. Everyone who we have dealt with in this store treat us almost like family. So very nice so very helpful, if it wouldn't distract from them running good business I could hang out with these people. Total quality human beings.

I was very excited to order a Native American Flute & found the one I wanted on Milano Music site. After ordering, I went back to site for some reason & got some scary SITE CANNOT BE FOUND message which caused me worry that the site might be a scam. I tried a few times & got the same message. So I called & spoke to Nicole who was very reassuring. I was still a bit nervous but Nicole stayed in touch with me, completely erasing my fears. My flute needed to be special ordered & she kept in touch at every step. It was more like texting with a girlfriend than a merchant. My flute is on its way & the experience restored my faith. Nicole is an amazing person, excellent communicator & an understanding soul. Thank you is an insufficient expression!

Great place for musical instrument rental or sales. We went in recently so my son could pick up his rental clarinet for band this school year. The place was super busy, but very well staffed! We walked right in and was helped immediately. Milano’s is definitely the school instrument rental headquarters! We were in and out in about 10 minutes. Great experience and excellent customer service. I went in to have pickup covers installed since I don't have a soldering iron. A little pricey at $80 but the turnaround time was great. Only two weeks compared to where I usually go at almost seven weeks. Totally worth it.

It’s a miracle this place lasted through all these crazy times. It is clear they never gave up and pushed on through, or it is the customer service I received today. Three representatives, including someone over the phone, were amazing. I was there to rent a viola, they had me in and out, the equipment was great, and it was an awesome experience. This is a really great place and huuge store to go to for your music needs! The staff is always great and happy to help. The parking situation is terrible a lot of the times though since you have to park somewhere else and walk to this destination. That's one if the downsides about having a place on main Street though.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Taylor guitar from Milanos. I worked with John over a couple of visits before I made my selection. He let me play and try the guitars in the temperature controlled guitar room without undue interruption. No pushy sales or anything like that; exactly what you want when you are purchasing something that your ear needs to confirm beforehand! I chose to purchase locally so that I could support local business. Could you find it a bit cheaper online? Probably. but do you know the sound of what you are purchasing online? No. Two exact guitars made side by side can sound tremendously different in person. Milanos made up the price difference in customer service, I felt great about supporting locally owned stores and got some discounted accessories as a result too! Anyway, Milanos was my choice and I don’t regret it one bit! Talk to John, you won’t regret it.

A staple of Downtown Mesa. Milanos should be a stop on any visit to Mesa, even if you're not a musician. The variety of instruments, the towering walls of horns and guitars, windows into the repair shop. It's just a neat experience. I'm biased since I have been coming to buy gear here for over twenty years, but I'm still proud to show it off when out of town visitors want a trip to Mesa.

Amazing selection of musical insuments for sale in an incredible building that hasn't changed much since the 50s. The biggest best collection of sheet music for every instrument. Staff is amazing. I hope they stay in business in this location forever.

The luthiers here do phenomenal job with repairs. My Kamaka's fret wire was starting to come out, so I stopped by to have their staff see what needed to be done. Had to leave it there for over a week since their schedule was full (a good sign). I am amazed with the quality of the repair. It looks and sounds just like it did when I first got it, like a factory fretboard. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly so if you are looking for repairs I definitely recommend you stop by this place.

This is a great music store. They had almost a full set of Reeves and Warburton trumpet mouthpieces. I'm sure they had a bunch of other brands as well. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, and his customer service was second to none. I spoke with several other people that worked there as well. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Awesome music shop! Staff are friendly, professional, and the rental prices for my sons saxaphone was pretty affordable ($40/month). The coolest part is the rental is actually building equity toward ownership of the instrument or you could trade it for another one if you want. Cody was the associate that helped us and he was great!

It's like guitar center except: the staff are way more knowledgeable and personable and willing to spend some time with you; you can get way better value from your trade-ins; they are willing to negotiate prices and make sure you feel like you are getting a great value; they have skilled craftsman who do set ups and repairs on all kinds of instruments; overall it's just a more lively, local vibe. They also have a wider selection of instruments in-store and have many more options for music lessons. They are the first place I go when I'm looking for anything music related. I personally prefer it over guitar center.

Milano Music employees are always friendly and super knowledgeable. I was able to talk with the employee at the wind instruments section for a good while about beginning playing. I took my French Horn in for repairs and the repair tech was friendly and very patient with me. They understood how some people may not be able to afford the expense of repairs and even tried to offer instruction how they were going to fix it. This, I assume, was for the benefit of having me withdraw my request and try to fix it myself, if I couldn't lay the price of repairs. 10/10, will shop here again.

The Milano Music staff (and the manufacturer too) had already been so helpful to me, but I wanted to visit this renowned store in person. Long story short: We received a very friendly reception (Thanks Josh), COMPLETE customer satisfaction and the totally unexpected pleasure of meeting and speaking briefly with Mr. Milano himself. Wow! I have found a new musical home. Visit this store, buy or rent something great and get into MUSIC! You will be happy. They took care of it and even helped me fix it AND explained why the issue was happening and taught me how to remedy it before it happens again. No charge! I WILL BE BACK! these guys are awesome...

Very welcoming atmosphere with a diverse selection of musical equipment, ranging from traditional stringed instruments to orchestral brass, and everything in between. I was particularly impressed with their selection of new and used guitar amps and effects. You can't beat the local store experience, and these guys definitely deliver!

I've recently started to learn the violin and went into Milano's to get some finger tape. They had it in stock and asked if I was a teacher and how many instruments I needed to tape. When I told them I just needed it for my personal instrument they gave me a few strips of finger tape on the house! I also needed a music stand, so got one of those as well. The customer service of saving me ~$10 on a roll of finger tape was a small but refreshing gesture. This was my first time in Milano's but based on this experience I will come to them first in the future for my musical needs, as I plan to learn other instruments in the future as well.

The prices are as low as I could find online and the service is excellent. The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need, and they take the time to help you purchase what is best for your needs. They encourage you to try things out before you buy them, which has helped me to make better choices. Let me preface this review by saying that I've been to Milano Music dozens of times, and I have never left disappointed. Everyone who works there is super helpful and always manages to take care of myself and anyone that comes in the store. The amount of wisdom in Milano's cannot be overstated. Milanos music is a great place for staff members and for rentals. My family had been renting for years with milanos. After 5ish years of renting it was time to buy an instrument to own. Buying the instrument and just being able to try out all the instruments was great! My sister had rented and also had some money built up so we used that towards a case and a bow. I’ve been going to milanos for things as new rosin, a new shoulder rest, and sheet music. This recent I went to milanos for a bow rehair. 60$ for the rehair so I assumed it would be good. The bow was ready within a week. Good service I thought. I took the bow assuming that it was fine. I showed my teacher and he just went “oh my god you need to return that”. Same time I had bought a bow for about 250$ that was getting a complimentary rehair. I got that bow back yesterday. Yesterday as well 1/10/22 I had went back to get a refund on the rehair. The person who did said it was “user error” and played it off as a smart tart. I went somewhere else for the rehair. The new bow I had bought that got the complimentary rehair was far worse than the first bow I had gotten rehaired. The new bow that I had bought with the complimentary rehair I had returned today 1/11/22. The staff BESIDES THE ONES IN THE STRING DEPARTMENT (specifically the one with shaggy hair and a beard) we’re excellent to me and issued my refund successfully. The one I said specifically was disrespectful. Unfortunately I will never be going back to milanos music due to this experience. The staff is excellent. Beth the violin viola string specialist was an amazing help to me through all of this. Milanos is a great company with employees and music (linton milanos) but for repairs and rehairs go somewhere else for them. I hope you read this review with consideration of your music experience and where you want to go with your music life.

My daughter rented a couple different saxophones from Milano's over the years, and they worked out great. I had taken my guitar to a competitor of their's and the competitor was not able to fix it to my satisfaction. Milano's repair specialists were able to get my guitar back to it's original condition/configuration, and so I got to hear it as it was designed. I enjoy it to this day. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! I broke my son’s trumpet trying to get the mouthpiece out and needed 3 solder joint repairs. It was repaired and serviced within one day! Everyone is super friendly and seem very competent. I live in queen creek and will make the 35 min drive every time for this shop even though there are a few other options in between.

This music shop has been the heart and soul of Mesa Arizona's music scene for decades. I stopped in today needing some expertise on tuning pegs of all things. Walking in I noticed the repair shop and figured that would be the best place to start. Being used to corporate guitar stores I did not know what to expect. It was early and these dudes probably are just waking up and tired from playing a gig the night before. This was not at all the demeanor I was met with. The gentleman who as I entered was sweeping the floor, promptly put down his broom and greeted me. I told him I only needed some advice. He was super helpful and I got what I needed. I would highly recommended this place. They are also highly stocked with guitars, basses drums and other instruments. Their prices on strings are better than my local corporate place as well. If you are a musician and in the area, definitely check this place out.

There is a reason Milano's Music has been in business so long. They are the GOAT. Bought a Ukulele and the guy made me a great deal and even added the strap buttons for no charge. The Ukulele had a very small scratch in a very unnoticeable spot. He threw in a quality tuner and knocked off 20 bucks. I got about 60 dollars off. And they did it all in about 10 minutes.

Milano is still not exactly my favorite place to shop but I walked away impressed with the repair shop, the customer service and the work performed on my instrument. Great job guys! It's not exactly the nicest place to shop. I had been a known customer for quite a period of time and I was STILL treated like a suspect. LOL Everything is chained up etc etc. In their defense though, they have had quite a few guitars walk out the door. I chose to rent my son's violin from them because they had great prices. You can rent one for at little as $19 a month. We opted for a like new model for $26.99 a month. They are amazing! Everyone is so nice, they have great customer service! I suggest not paying through PayPal though. I did our initial payment thorough it and it complicated my future payments, which I got sorted out. My son is in 4th grade and it is his first time having an instrument. With that being said, he has busted the strings twice. The first time they replaced the strings and just two days ago they replaced the whole violin. I was in and out under 15 minutes both times. They said a few pieces besides the string were missing, so they just replaced the whole thing. All at no extra charge, insurance is included in the monthly payments. Also a percentage of the monthly payment adds up and goes towards a violin if you ever decide to fully purchase one. Again, I can not rave enough about them and I am so glad I decided to go with this company!

Rich in the brass repair department did an amazing job in cleaning and repairing my recently acquired 1940 King Master Model cornet. He really knows vintage horns ! He also introduced me to the Mark Curry (who I went to school with in Illinois) cornet mouthpieces. The King tone is rich but the intonation is a whole other ballgame...as I have discussed with many players that play vintage cornets. This horn is a whole new adventure...but well worth it :) ...thanks Rich !

Took my viola in for a repair that was quoted at $75 and was charged $100 - I don't know whether that's just a thing that happens or what, and they had my instrument so it's not like I could refuse it. Repair seemed to be okay though. They have a pretty decent variety of instruments and sheet music and it's fun to browse, but prices are on the higher side in my experience. Last time I was in, the person at the sheet music counter upstairs let me know they offer a rebinding service for your books, whether purchased there or brought in, so they won't close on you while you play.

Asked a music store close to us if they had keyboards/digital pianos and after advising that they did not, they recommended this place which is a rave review in itself. The guy who assisted us was extremely helpful. He didn't try to upsell and showed me a few in my price range so I could see what the different keyboards were capable of doing and showed them off very well. We ended up leaving with a very good instrument that has rave reviews on Amazon and for a good price too! As an extra bonus the guy who checked us out pronounced my name correctly on the first try after just reading my credit card. I'm only marking 1 star off because of the fact that we're in middle of a pandemic in a hot zone and 1 or 2 employees in public areas were either not wearing a mask or did not have it fully covering their nose and mouth. Both the guy who assisted us with the keyboard and the guy who checked us out were wearing correctly placed masks. I'm sure outside of a pandemic they are 5 stars all around.

Finally decided I wanted to buy an electric piano after a few years of thinking about it. The staff at Milano was extremely helpful both times I visited the store, I was able to test out both pianos I was considering to really get a feel for how they play. While I was debating a pedal for the piano, another gentleman came over and assisted me with looking at the two I was considering. Turns out this gentleman was one of the owners of the business. Milano Music is what happens when a local music store is done right. Their service, selection and repair shop are second to none and their band and orchestra instrument rental programs are fairly priced with a solid insurance policy backing up their instruments. Milano is very careful about what they carry in their store so they can stand behind your purchase is 100%. I only wish they were closer to my house in the North Valley, but Milano is worth the drive every time.

This is a large, "full setvice" music store in downtown Mesa (on Main St. on the the light rail line). It has an amazing array of musical instruments and printed music -- much larger than any other music store I've been in in Arizona -- and has been in business for more than 70 years. We were looking at pianos which are in a separate building directly across the street from the rest of the store. The staff there was knowledgeable and helpful and even offered to pick up our existing piano and deliver it free of charge to the charity to which we were donating it. He made himself available in a non-pushy way, offered me a deal on a nice Amber Fender FMT I was eyeing that I could not refuse. He even walked me to the checkout, gave me his contact info and made sure I was assisted the whole time I was in the store...you can tell this is a shop that is family owned and they actually CARE for the customer. We use Milano's to rent instruments for school orchestra. These guys are very good at what they do. They carry a huge inventory of instruments and parts. They also have on site repair shops and lessons. The store is hard to see from Main. Use Google and park in the lot behind the store, where there is a back entrance.

Called several music stores in the Valley to get my 92' Pearl Marching Snare recovered due to years of wear and tear. Was referred to Milano's and Tom in the drum department. Very reasonably priced so I decided to go ahead and have it done. It took longer than quoted, but I wanted it done right. Tom kept me informed throughout the job. Tom explained he was having trouble with the original recovering he ordered and wanted to make sure it was done right. He reordered new material and completed the job. Picked up the drum today and couldn't be happier! Tom did an excellent job and I would recommend him with any drum repair needs! Now my drum is ready for another 24 years of play and I will be happy to pass it down to my kid in the future! Excellent customer service and repair job! Thanks Tom!!!!!

I was amazed by this store. First of all, Milano Music is an Arizona institution. I had never been to the main store but it was amazing. A fully stocked music store, top to bottom. Staff was amazing, I was offered help at least 3 times after I was already being helped. I was in awe of the staff working in the strings and band repair shops. Customers were playing guitars on the sales floor. It was nice to feel encouraged to explore the store. But the reason I went is why I'm writing. My mother rented a clarinet for me when I dabbled in the 5th grade band. 30 years later when my daughter wanted to play the saxophone, we head to Milano's. Well a satellite shop to be exact. I rent her a sax at a reasonable price for the last two years. They even replaced the rental when a pad fell off. She decides to give it up and next daughter wants to start the violin. Great! Back to Milano's! Only now, they have given most of my rental fees back in a store credit towards buying a new instrument. I am in disbelief when I get to use that store credit to buy a brand new violin for $34.16! A $650 instrument! WOW!! Thank you Milano Music! I can't imagine how important you are to the music community if one small customer like me is this satisfied.

This is my favorite music store in the metro Phoenix area. They offer just about every instrument you can think of for anyone who plays at any level (both novices and veterans alike will find what they need here.) Lessons are offered onsite and the prices are extremely competitive. I wish they shipped, were open Sundays, and had a little more to offer in the cymbal room, but those are all relatively minor complaints in comparison to the awesome job they do to help musicians grow, play, and express themselves as they see fit.

Milano's business model hasn't changed in the 20 years I've been coming here and that's saying something. Whether you're coming in for something specific or just to peruse the goods and hang out during your trip visit to downtown Mesa, your experience will always be a good one. I've always noticed that they spend a little extra time with folks who are just beginning their musical endeavors as well. If this is you, skip the big chain and go straight to the place where that will really appreciate your business and will be very encouraging to you as you embark on your musical voyage.

Milanos is the last real music shop in the east valley. They've had the same people working there for decades. They try and remember you too. Awesome place.

Mike and his co-workers at Milano's made me feel right at home in their store. I walked in to check if they had a particular guitar I've been planning on purchasing, and was NOT disappointed. They just so happened to have four in stock(which is one of many things the other music stores didn't have). They even had the the new 2018 Squier Contemporary series Teles and Strats already in stock, and were gracious enough to let me plug one in and test it out. I ended up going with an Affinity Telecaster and I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Before we finalized the deal, they shined it up, let me plug in and pick it at some more, and they even had one of their guitar techs look it over and smooth out the frets for free(bonus!). Their family oriented environment, top-notch customer service, and awesome store set-up has made Milano's music store of Mesa my preferred guitar shop. I would recommend them to any type of musician(beginner or pro). Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the two free guitar services included with my new guitar purchase. Can't beat that!

Milano music is a place with a variety of instruments ranging from ukuleles to drum kits to violins to trumpets. they were wide variety of instruments with a wide variety of different styles that you can choose from. I personally get my Viola for my school orchestra class from Milano Music, and the instruments are pretty good. You can either buy an instrument or rent one, but when renting you can pay certain amounts for different qualities of instruments. Like a lower class instrument to rent would cost cheaper and a more expensive newer quality instrument would be higher up. One or two times when I rented Milano though I had gotten an instrument that had like scratches and marks on it, but it still played just fine.

I went to Milano Music to get my old beat up Washburn XB-100 electric bass setup. Matt worked on it and did what was equivalent to making a Dodge Neon run like a Dodge Viper. New strings, filed down the nut, reset the intonation, adjusted the truss rod, and then did some sort of voodoo on it. My bass has Never. Sounded. Better. I am absolutely amazed by his work. This store is legendary.

Now, I love a ton of places in Mesa, but Milano Music is definitely towards the top. I buy a lot of stuff here, being a musician myself. They have everything you need from violins to basses to keyboards to even tubas. Honestly, working here would be a dream to me. I visited today, and bought a brand new violin for school. Since I placed in the advanced orchestra I need a loot of stuff to show up the novices. So of course, Milano Music has a mute, shoulder rest, and an amazing bow for me to get. And all that in total was about 800 dollars. Pricy, but definitely worth it. Milano's also has a section for sheet music for every instrument they have available to buy or rent. I honestly think that Milano Music is the best music center in Mesa and I would give it a 5/5.

The equity program is not a very good one. You spend years paying on your instruments and build up all this equity to be told you can only use it on certain instruments and you have to take the original price and subtract equity. So if instrument is on sale you don't get the sale price you have to use the original price. Second not much to choose from was very disappointed.

We often have a large speaker order for one of our Get Air trampoline parks. Jim Minch is always available to assist in getting the speakers to location. He follows up and tracks the equipment. I never have to worry. As a personal consumer, Milano's is a fun store! They have the sheet music my family wants and the instruments my family loves!

They a have agreat selection of everything reasonable prices and conveniently in downtown Mesa Az. We purchased drum head for Northern Light Orchestra which were autographed and given out on Dee Sniders and Alice Cooper's radio show. The prices were reasonable. Cashier was friendly. A music lovers store for the old soul. I rent my children's instruments here and have the convenience of paying online using PayPal. If the instrument wears out through normal wear or tear simply bring it in and switch it out. I buy their music books here too for school, that is located upstairs. You can also go in and browse around, there's lot's of instruments. The parking is a little confusing but just follow the signs and park in the parking lot in the back of the building. You'll then enter in through the back door. You can also park across the street and then walk across.

They have one of the best sources of sheet music for many instruments, including harmonicas, and if it is not in the key you need, they can get it off the internet. I teach harmonica classes every January/February and send my students here for harmonicas.

Milano Music is a place that I have shopped for over 14 years for my instrument needs with my family. Funny thing is, I don't play an instrument... When my daughter needed a Viola for school, I rented one through Fred Shelton 14 years ago with Milanos. Fred made sure that I had everything my daughter needed to be successful at playing Viola and she continued to play from 4th through 12th grade with that Great Foundation! 14 years later, Fred is still working at Milanos! When I was speaking with my Boyfriend about marriage, I went into talk to Fred, because My view is, (Why does the Woman get a Cool Ring and the Man, but,the Man only gets the Girl?) Sooooo... Being that My Then Boyfriend was a Guitar Player, I asked Fred what a Good Accoustic Guitar would be to purchase as an Engagement Gift for a Man? He pointed me in the direction of a Beautiful Taylor Guitar and I can tell you... The night that My Now Husband dropped down on one knee to Propose, that he was Pleasantly Surprised to receive a Taylor Guitar as an Engagement Gift himself :) I know that with Internet sales and more music stores popping up all over the place, it hurts family owned business from time to time, but, as long as Milanos is around, I will continue to give them my Business! My Husband Swears that Perry (In the Guitar Repar area) is the MASTER at making his Guitars Perfect as well!!!

Not one has returned. :/ advised the last associate I had 2 other associates checking with no answer......and he put me on hold! Minute #29 - Kind of still here to see how long it will take to get an answer. Minute #34 - hold Music has stopped I think I'm Done. :/ Minute #37 - Hi y'all still here. Not to many options for Tuba rentals so I'm holding. Minute #39 - Hung up and called back, got answering machine telling me they SHOULD be open. Minute #40 - One more try, Yay Kailen answered in "Instrument Rentals" She saved this review and earned Them 2 stars more than I was going to give. Very knowledgable, knew the inventory, explained the rental program and invited me to come down and pick one out that would best fit my 10 year old. I live in Peoria but just might make the drive to visit Kailen, closer competitor has only one in stock and It's a bit beat up.
