My son was renting a trombone through Palen until a few days ago when I was informed we were paid in full! Oh happy day. I have been to this place 3x since 2019 and I have to say, I was always treated well. They are efficient and courteous. I’ve never had a problem with anyone I have interacted with! Highly recommend

The young woman working the desk at this location was very friendly and helpful. The tech was able to clean up my son's trumpet with no difficulties. I enjoyed working with them so much that I will definitely be bringing my other instrument in for some much-needed service.

I am blown away on how I was treated at Palen Music Center. I am visiting from Edmonton, AB, Canada and wanted to check out some local music stores and the lady(I wish I got her name, I know she plays tenor bassoon) and Miles the instrument tech were very very courteous, and helpful. Even though I was not able to find what I was looking for, they were still eager to help and even recommend other options. OKC, you have a music store gem with an amazing staff! Really good music store. They have brand new instruments and most reeds and maintenance stuff. They don't carry a lot of new instruments tho so you have to email or call a couple weeks ahead of time

I recently reviewed this comapny with a 1 star rating. I chose not to leave a detailed review because my experience was not a good one. I rated them yesterday and today the vice president reached out to me. Now he didn't have to do this but it just goes to show that sometimes you can't give a rating based on one experience. I appreciated that he not only reached out to me but that he genuinely cared about why I was upset and that meant a lot to me. My kid might decide that he doesn't like band but if he does now I won't be angry that I paid a company that didn't seem to care about me as a customer. Thank you Mr Bryan for taking time out of your day to talk with me. On a final note...when you take a job and it deals especially with someone's money remember you never know what somone may be going through and how you interact with them is a reflection of the company you represent. So if your kid needs an instrument give Palen a call because they genuinely care. RN

Called ahead & made sure they had the items we needed in stock. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. Very polite and courteous when we went to make our purchase. I'm a repeat customer and feel they have competitive pricing and a great product. I will use them again & feel they stand behind what they sell & I trust them to take care of us & do recommend them. I'm not disappointed!

Needed to rent a trumpet for my daughter, reasonable rates and solid discounts on purchase after rental period ends. There is no minimum rental period which is nice. If your kid doesn't like it after a month there is no risk, just bring it back.

After Jenkins in Midwest City shut down, I had to find a new music store for instrument repairs and general maintenance (such as buying new reeds). Little did I know that this hidden gem existed. I learned about them when I was talking with one of the local high school music teachers, and she recommended that I come to this store for the repairs I needed on my trumpet. 10/10 service.
