I just came to this place to be with a friend. Finally I got a very nice turntable. If you are a vinyl record collector, this is a great place to visit and get very nice music, but here you do not buy just music. You buy a piece of history too..

Tucked in a law firm building, this record shop is a hidden gem by accident. Who would have thought inside this seemingly generic building there’s a place of beat and cart digging? Monkey Feet Record Store is located at the lobby, they recently expanded to other rooms. They carry the classics; American rock bands, 80’s new wave bands, Jazz and blues and also other gems like disco and Motown, Japan and UK pressing. The $10 for 3 is such a great deal, you’ll find yourselves digging around for 2 hours and score so much diverse music. The owners are super sweet too! They welcomed me in excitement and show me around. I really love the Rock room, it is warm and so so nostalgic. They play great music too. Over all, the vibe reminds me of the movie, Almost Famous. When you’re around OK, be sure to check out this hidden gem, for now, let these pictures to the talking.

I have been back into buying vinyl for about a year now and during that time I have visited all the major shops in the metro. I wanted to wait a year or so before I posted because I wanted a true sense of each shop. That being said, Monkey Feet is my favorite. Each shop fulfills a little different role in the market and if you are an audiophile or a collector, Monkey Feet is the place for you. The records you buy at Monkey Feet are the cleanest and purest in the market by far. They have a tremendous selection, especially if you are looking for original releases or older reissues. If they haven't had a record in stock, they've been able to get one for me, again, in excellent condition. They do have some newer releases as well, but are not the priority. You are generally going to pay the higher end of market value for the quality, but it is worth it. I have found a few gems at other shops but most times I have been burned, paying less for a record hoping that it works out, but far too often ending up disappointed. I am never disappointed in what I get from Monkey Feet. They do have a bargain record section where you can find your $5 record bargains but if it is in the main stock it is generally going to be pristine. The only, and I mean only drawback is that they sometimes require me to be patient. Their operating hours are from 11 to 4:00 Saturday and Sunday. That being said, if you're itching to buy that next record, I highly suggest you wait until 11:00 a.m. this Saturday because your patience will be rewarded.

Awesome Store!!! There is a great selection here for people of all collection types! You can find multiple different copies of any record you want!! There is new, used, Japanese, rare pressings, common pressings, special edition, and basically everything you could ever want!! The owner, Ed, is very nice and helpful! Overall, an awesome store and can’t miss for anybody who loves vinyl records !

This place is unique and has signed memorabilia from some of the all time greats in Rock history, George Harris, Tom Petty and THB's, Kiss to name a few. Ed the owner of MFRecords is genuine and knows some people from the industry. I'm here with John Humphreys the drummer from one of the greatest rock bands of my generation, Seether! He was the most down to earth and coolest kats I've had the pleasure to run across. Thanks to John, Ed and Ed's wife for such a great and lifelong memory. Cheers! This is by far my favorite record shop in the city. They have a great selection of records, most of which are in excellent condition and they have an awesome selection of inexpensive records as well. I could easily spend an entire day rummaging through everything they have. All in all, a very unique experience to be had here and I highly recommend that any serious record collector in or around the city check this place out!

I'm from out of town and I have to say this is hands down one of the best vinyl stores around!! Excellent selection, Very organized, and records are well taken care of. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back before I leave for home. If your an FAA student, check this place out while in town. Highly recommended!!

Edward of Monkey Feet, finds you only the BEST!! He is friendly, honest and really knows his music. His place is full of nostalgia and memorable. It’s not your typical record store. It’s got cool factor. I was on the hunt for a Queen-Night at the Opera original vinyl for my husbands birthday. I called every record store in Oklahoma City. Edward was the that went out of his way to find the perfect vinyl. My husband ended up with a 1975 original Dutch Pressing. It was white with a lavender marble swirl going through the record. The sound was perfect and so was my husbands birthday.

Absolutely fantastic place. I highly recommend anyone to check this place out if you are a vinyl beginner or veteran. The selection and prices are amazing. I got out of there with 10 great albums for about 40 bucks. Amazing!!

This turned out to be a real highlight of my trip to OKC! I found a couple of real gems. I need to return to flip through the Japanese pressings as I ran out of time. Additional kudos for the glorious MCM architecture of the building.

This place is one of the best record stores I have been to. A lot of deep cuts, and harder to find stuff. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a lot of older stuff.

The owner is extremely attentive and friendly not much of the new stuff but a very large selection ..I only have 4 stars because I bought a few records then went to another store a few blocks away (the owner actually told me to go there because they have the newer stuff ) and everything even the ones I bought here were literally 25% less expensive
