Great service. Rented 2 speakers, mic and mixer and everything was explained thoroughly. I had no prior experience or clue about how to use a set up like that, but the guy who helped me when it was time to pick up really took his time and even let me record his instructions. 10/10 plus I believe the rental fees are not as expensive as I expected it to be.

Never shopped here until about 3 days ago I came across their website and saw something I really wanted. Called the store and they were very honest with me with they had in store and what needs to be ordered. I went in the next day and made my purchase. Had Andrew as the sales associate, he did a remarkable job helping and advising me. He didnt make me spend unnecessary money on things I dont need........They promised me by Friday my equipment would be ready. when I called on Thursday they advise they have everything Bottom line they are : Honest, reliable, knowledgeable and affordable This wont be my last time shopping here!

Outstanding service and a very easy transaction. Called them to see if they had what we wanted bbn in stock. That had all but one thing at the store and let us know that the rest would be there Wednesday. We made purchase and were going to wait for their call on Wednesday to come pick up. Got a call less than an hour later that they would be getting the item from theie wearhouse today and we could come and get it. When we got to the store everything was pulled and waited by yhe door as promised. We were offered help to gwt the items to the car if needed too. I absolutely recommend them

Listen, if you are a DJ, this is the place you want to shop from. Being a DJ today, we have lots of choices on the gear we use as well as who we buy it from. I own a boutique entertainment company based out of cleveland called Ohio DJ Pros. I have spent tens of thousands over the years and have bought from many dealers. But NEVER have I had such a good experience as I have had with idjnow. They are good to buy from because they keep the gear in stock, they are VERY competitive on price, they ship quick and most importantly, if you ever have an issue, they will be right by your side to make sure it gets fixed. Shipping is super fast and they are always friendly. I normally call Justin, but today he was busy helping other clients, so I got to work with Brian on a new order and he was great. WOW. Staff was knowledgeable about equipment, and extremely friendly and helpful. I came in because I needed a new stylus for my Gemini XL- BD10 ( which is from the age of dinosaurs!). I couldn't find the stylus anywhere. Highly recommended for ALL audio needs! Keep it up guys, you just got a customer for LIFE.

Upon coming to MOMA PS 1, I knew nothing about this space, but I love museums and thought this would be a cool way to spend the day when in NY. I came here knowing a little bit of what PS means, and spoke with a gal at coat check about this history of the building and PS 1. The current exhibition is super awesome and fun. Interactive and super cool. I love the use of the different spaces here in the current building. I love the big open spaces, the awesome creaking hallways and the stairwells. This is a super great way to be in the city and spend the day. Spend some time walking around the museum and then have lunch around in the area.

Still the best DJ quickie mart stop right off the expressway just before or after a city gig. Not saying this is all they are good for, but come on...how many of you Long Island DJ's or Tri-State turntablists either forgot, broke or outright needed a fresh new needle, adapter, wire, control record, bulb, gallon of fluid, headphones, etc...? Don't feel so bad if this has happened on occasion, because I do this almost every 3 weeks when I have a city, CUT or NJ booking. Anyway, I usually end up checking out any newly released intelligent lighting by Chauvet or American DJ while getting a feel for other DJ controllersso that I know I'm still rocking with the best.

I bought an Ableton Push and Korg Keyboard here for half the price it was originally listed for. They have Dj sets, synthesizer, keyboards drum machines and DAWs on display for demo closes at 9pm on weekdays
