Really really great selection. Easy off the M train. Seneca, 2 minute walk. Excellent selection with chilled atmosphere to browse. Absolutely walked down memory lane of St. Marks and lower east side record stores back in the day. My new best spot. My 15 yr old wants to come with me next time.

Deep Cuts is one of my favorite things about Ridgewood. Half my collection came from this gem of a record store! Certainly worth a visit for new releases and the best of ~everything else~ Lots of deals and expanding selection of tapes!

A good shop with that charm you get from people who love records selling records. Prices are reasonable especially in this record economy and the customer service strikes a great balance of being helpful but giving you your space. Definitely check out this little Ridgewood gem.

Amazing records that are quite hard to find. Not only this but they have an adorable dog and a personable owner. The store is very clean and includes a very wide variety of albums. Awesome store, I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys crate digging.

Great shop! Prices are reasonable and the selection is on point and has something for everyone. Love digging through the crates and I’ve gotten a bunch of bargains here as well as some hard to find Soca records. Always putting out new stuff so it’s always worth popping in if you’re in the neighborhood! Also a great follow on the Gram!!!

I love this place and am so happy to have it in my neighborhood! It’s a small shop but it has an excellent selection. The owner is super nice. I’ve both sold records to him and bought them from him and I’ve always felt everything was fairly priced.

Easily in my top 3 record stores in NYC. I lived in Ridgewood from 2015-2018 and stopped by this place practically once a week. You're not going to find a more interesting and reasonably priced collection of records anywhere else in the 5 boroughs. Brandon is a dedicated business owner and seriously knows his sh*t. My favorite record store, the owner is super rad and helped me find some old mariachi for my grandmas birthday. He always has the best selection and first pressings that are hard to find. The Selena shrine alone is worth the visit

This is a record store. A good one. Great prices and the staff isnt breathing down your neck. They know what their talking about and know their stock. I love this place, have been shopping here for a few years now. Visit frequently cause the gems come out at the craziest times. Everytime i walk in there is always something i'm leaving with. I often step into this store to snap up a cassette or two. The store is grand, and carry a lot of unique and hard to find items. It is a real pleasure to support such a business, and even better as a hub for our community. As a bonus, the memes the owner publishes are hilarious; follow them on IG. Along with his rescue dog, Snake Plisskin, whose often seen posing with rare LPs, this shop is always turing out true gems. Please, as Le Tigre said, "get off the internet", and go check out this groovy shop!

Great shop with an always replenished selection of new reissues and quality used finds. Jazz, soul, funk, punk , reggae, classic rock, disco, hip hop. Shoutout the box of 45’s in the front.

Came here while visiting downstate, you will actually find some deep cuts here! Store is maintained very well, with records varying from every alternative genre you could think of. Used records are very discounted and affordable, founds some nice 7s here.. You will find something to pick up upon a visit no doubts! Friendly customer service too!

Recently bought a new turntable and got back into vinyl, so after reading the great reviews of this place on line, I figured I'd check it out. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but once inside what I discovered was a treasure trove of amazing vinyl records, both used and new, along with a turntable and headphones so that you can listen to and check out the quality of what you are purchasing. I picked up two albums used albums in VG condition ( Loggins and Messina's "Sit-in In", one of my all time favorites, along with Bob Segar's "Night Moves LP). I intend to visit Depp Cuts again soon. The friendly helpful staff is also a big plus!
