Reviews of Peaches Records
What an eclectic and funky record shop! Staff was super friendly and easy to converse with. The shop, very east to navigate and just sooooo many cool things to look at. Their vinyl game is on point for sure. Definitely recommend.
This place was so much more than a record store!! Staff was amazing, we spent over an hour in there and racked up a good bill. Will be back next time in NOLA!
This place is such a local vibe! Just walking around seeing the art and music. It’s just great. And the staff was so friendly and fun! And the prices are insanely reasonable. Except for the $10k art on the wall lol. Definitely stop by and show them some love!
I have a lot of nostalgic love for Peaches, the new & used vinyl selection is among the best in the city, and they always do it right when RSD rolls around. One star off because their prices on new albums are often quite high… but I still go because it’s worth paying a premium to keep local brick and mortar music shops like Peaches around.
You need not like vinyl to appreciate this store, but it sure does help!
If you enjoy the thrill of digging deep into crates, or simply want to find the latest pressing of your favourite artist, then this is a must visit.
Times are strange now, but the right safety protocols (gloves, physical distancing) are in place.
I’m happy to see Peaches be the store where my son bought his first vinyl records.
The crew are friendly, and outgoing - a perfect combination.
Visit. Enjoy.
Very cool record store definitely worth visiting. Records are overpriced in my opinion but overall a decent selection. The coolest was probably the look of the shop. The decor and everything also staff were REALLY nice. Cool store just expensive.
This place has a huge selection of music on vinyl, CD, cassette. They also have a lot of cute tshirts, gifts, stationary, pins and stickers. Staff were also friendly.
They require masks and gloves, which they provide so you can flip through the music vinyls/CDs.
I worked at Peaches in 1986 and 1987. At first I worked at the Carrolton store upstairs where we had a used record store. They had new records downstairs. Then I went to the Gentilly store which was right when rap was getting big. They had invested heavily in vhs rentals. The Carrolton store was kind of a rough neighborhood..they actually had an off duty cop there at nights.
Before that I worked at Leisure Landing and after that at rock and roll collectables.
Like a musical candy land! I met Ms. Peaches personally and she is beyond sweet, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Great selection of music but also a wide range of quirky books, accessories and memorabilia. Love this place!
Great selection, but pricey.
Another record store that my son loves. Great selection of everything. Albums, clothing, systems to play your music on, etc. The owner & her daughter are very well versed in the stereo equipment they sell. I had a great experience at Peaches. You can tell the store was converted from an old ice cream/soda shop. Cool history.
Very cool record store located in a very cool place in New Orleans but a bit too pricey.
We visited the store twice while in town from Little Rock. We wish we had known the history of the store while we were there but didn’t read up on it until after we were back home.
The store itself is awesome. We found nearly all the records we were looking for and there were a lot of interesting things to look at. The prices are higher than online or some other stores but it’s a family owned business and worth supporting that alone. I’m glad they have an online shop as well. It was nice getting to chat with the owner as well. Very sweet lady. We will be back when we visit again!
Amazing selection! Prices were high but you can find some good deals if you look. Really enjoyed talking to Ms Peaches
Fun store with lots of quirky, unique gifts. Yes, they also have lots of music on vinyl and CD's, including a great selection of local artists. The prices seemed a bit high on the tunes.
Holy cow...what a unique place! Extra couple that it was obviously located in an old Woolworths. The counter is still there. And the cheesy knick knacks toys and such add to the atmosphere.
This building brings back so many memories from my childhood days! They kept the food service section just as it was in the 70's! I stood and stared in amazement when I walked up to the counter, how wonderful! The music selection is just as amazing, vinyl albums, 45's, CD's and memorabilia! Everything looks so wonderful.
This is a hidden gem for record collectors. Tapes. Cds. Vinyl. It's all there. Stop by and grab some gems. Dilla Donuts on vinyl was a great catch. Also, this used to be an old Woolworths. Yeah, I am that old. Lol
Lots of cool stuff!!! I love that it's located in an old Woolworths. The food counter is still intact!!! It was exciting and nostalgic for me.
Big store with lots of variety. It's just a bit pricey for me. I'm used to the record stores in my own town where you find rare stuff for 1/4 price what you'd spend here on something that's a common find.
Peaches is great! Love the Woolworth counter. Excellent selection of vinyl and was a great place to catch Luther Dickinson in store in May '19. Always make a stop when I visit NOLA.
When you walk in, the first thing you notice about Peaches is the scope of the place. It's no Amoeba in LA, but it is still huge and pretty impressive. The look of the place is very unique and interesting and they have a ton of inventory. I don't buy vinyl and honestly haven't bought a CD in years, so I was just browsing. But, the prices for CDs did seem rather high. Most new CDs seemed to be in the $22-23 range. However, they do have a very large used inventory. Overall, very cool place with great staff.
Amazing selection and soo large you can get lost inside. Can't wait to return!
Fun store. A little bit of everything at this store. It even has an old fashioned eatery/soda fountain on site.
Great record shop. Got a lot of older vinyl as well as newer stuff.
Fun, eclectic shop. Huge selection. Friendly helpful staff, not smothery, just right. Did I say HUGE selection of vinyl, rare finds, even cassettes etc. Odds and ends, gifts. And helpful hints on local things to do for this occasional visitor. 11/10 recommend.
Great Record Shop & Staff!! Super cool selection and vintage vibes! 👏😎🎶 …
You go here to walk around and remember music that you use to listen to in your car driving around after high school but you definitely don't come here to buy anything because the prices are pretty outrageous. Although I understand why they have to charge what they do since I'm sure their rent for a space this large is completely through the roof.
Cool spot for vinyl and t shirts. Probably not the best value but a cool place to visit. Wish they had a more extensive New Orleans rap section. I can buy everything else at my local record shop.
Amazing....
A lot of history in that building.
Seeing the music selection was like being a kid on their first trip to Disney World😲‼ …
Great selection of vinyl and other fun items. Staff was friendly.
Customer service was off the chain, good people. Price for cd, was ridiculous. $30. Only got it for older person who doesn't do digital. I could have purchased it online for $9.99. I love the oldskool flavor, but......
Owner is super sweet and there’s a great selection!
Just had the greatest experience ever at peaches. I brought in a receipt that had store credit written on it. I went into the store today thinking it wouldn’t be useful because it was from 2014. I had the receipt for 8 years from their previous store that was entirely faded. On the back was the owners hand written note regarding the store credit. They shocked me by saying they would allow the store credit to still be used and then proceeded to help me find the best record player for me. The entire experience was amazing and I could tell everyone working there just wanted to help out in any way possible. Thank you so much y’all. You have a customer for life.
The store is nice and is a great place for music t-shirts and accessories, but if you are accustomed to shopping for vinyl, you will find the prices unreasonably high.
They will charge $70-$100 for used records that aren't in great condition and not that hard to find.
What a great store! Could spend hours here.
The only place I ever shop for vinyl records, rare and limited edition. Momma peaches is so welcoming, knowledgeable and historically present; she remembers me from when I used to come to the gentilly store! Love the selection, the history, and the welcoming feeling
Unreal assortment of vinyl, CDs, cassettes, T-Shirts and music memorabilia. Pleasant friendly staff. Cool store. Old Woolworths lunch counter
Selection is incredible, this is the only place I go for gifts for my loved ones! The owner is the sweetest and if you’re lucky, you can meet the shop pup, Sir Winston.
Great vibes and super enjoyable experience. But to be honest the majority of the records I’ve bought here were warped right out of the plastic. Kinda sucks because I want to love this place as it’s such a New Orleans staple.
There is absolutely no record store that I have ever been to, across the country, that matches Peaches. The staff are amazing, the selection is killer, and the owner is a gem. One of the best places in New Orleans and I hope they stay a part of one of my favorite cities forever.
Many excellent records. Some seriously rare finds. Unfortunately, the average price for a recently released record is between $40 - $50. Way over priced!! I was there for 30 minutes and I didn’t see a single customer leave with a record, only t-shirts and tchotchkes.
Very nostalgic feelings going to a Peaches 🍑 - 3 stars for the atmosphere, minus 2 stars for the ridiculous pricing.... …
Awesome store with a ton cool music and merch
Exactly the kind of record store you could spend the afternoon in. Great selection, plenty of records you can't find elsewhere. Staff are phenomenal- super personable, knowledgeable- it's a family operation. Plus tons of other non-record miscellany, which saved me on last minute xmas shopping this year.
A lot of the other record stores I visited specialized in local and/or historic Jazz, and Blues, but there wasn't a lot of Hip-Hop. Peaches had New Orleans Hip-Hop. Unfortunately for me as a tourist everything was either sold out, or out of stock, but I really did appreciate this store.
Great selection of records and lots of little things to pick up. You can also still get cd's and tapes here as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for records and tapes.
One of the best record shops, period. The owner is amazing and offers helpful suggestions and she genuinely loves vinyl and music. If you are a true enthusiast or a casual collector, this is the shop for you.
Really can't go wrong with a visit to Peaches! Mama Peaches helped my wife and I find a good local record to take home. Amazing place you could spend hours in.
Glad to see a Peachs record is still alive. Blast from the past.
Cool shop, but super overpriced vinyl.
Had a small issue with a record. I brought it in and they were extremely helpful and fixed the issue. This company always stands with their customers. Great experience and an even better store. If you haven’t already, go check them out
Huge, varied selection. You'll be able to find vinyl here that you never see at other record outlets. My girls and I found several treasures we've been wanting to add to our record collection. One of our purchases was a shirt that my daughter wanted; they were out of her size but are shipping her one as soon as they're able to restock. The lady at the register was extremely sweet, too.
Such a wonderful experience to speak with this inspiring woman! A time warp to be able to sit at a Woolworth counter for a few minutes. She said, "Try it, you'll be glad ya did " and I was. Glad I got to meet and speak with her!
It felt really good to step into a historical place such as peaches. The music selection was bomb and the art was amazing. Grab yourself a good vinyl, a tshirt and a tote for memories sake if nothing else.
I just love the fact that this store is still a part of NO. It's such a classic, and I'm happy to live in one of the few cities that still has a record store, there sure aren't too many of these around any longer. It's sad, really, everything's just online these days. In my opinion, nothing beats good old-fashioned vinyl, there's just something about it, a different feeling altogether. I love this place man, and the folks that work here are not just friendly, but service-minded and knowledgeable like I don't know what.
Just love it.
These are the best people you will ever meet. We try to buy something every time we come by because the children's book section is so cool. We buy vinyl records all the time too the selection is massive and has a great local selection! These folks MEAN SOMETHING to New Orleans and to our neighborhood and their business is awesome as well!
Fantastic record/music store! The owner and staff went above and beyond regarding customer service. I will without a doubt be back the next time I'm in NOLA. Thank you, Peaches!
Cool record store. Neat location. Great selection of odds and ends merchandise. Docking a star because I don't find their prices to be very competitive. On the high end for used CDs and records, but some items are worth it. Offer live shows from time to time. Definitely worth a visit just to browse and pick up a cool t shirt if nothing else. I did grab a couple special edition records!
What a fun exciting place to visit! We were in town for the Bayou Classic and the music welcomed my family and I in...not to mention the FREE beer 🍺 All types of music genres were represented in this friendly establishment. Totally a music lovers dream. The beautiful owner was customer friendly and I will definitely come back to buy more graphic tees...and drink a beer while I shop LOL
Such a great selection. I found Prince's second album! They have great music centric art work as well. The best part is they had a love band there! I'm like just stop! It is a great store.
So sad that places like this are disappearing. It’s a living history of music and memorabilia. Great gifts as well. Stop in and support them.
Stupendous collection of vinyl. Great pins and keychains.
Wildly overpriced vinyl, but if there’s something you gotta get you’re gonna pay for it. It seems like they price $5-$10 higher per LP. That was the modus operandi at the previous location as well. They are friendly, but not any friendlier than any other record store.
Loved this store
Friendly and happy staff happy to chat music and share suggestions and knowledge
Got a slight discount with my purchase also
Excellent range of music, t shirts and curious
Nice large record shop. Not the largest selection of records, but decent amount. I wish they had a bigger used selection and cheaper prices. They also have lots of other merchandise available in store.
This place is a local icon! I came in the other day to grab the new Soul Rebels vinyl, and ended up leaving with 6 total records! The staff is super friendly and you can tell they love what they do. Stop in as soon as you can!
Oh man I love this place. What is it about pursuing through albums in a store full of other music lovers? I could do it for hours. If you love music, support this fabulous store. I promise you will find a treasure!!
I thought all these were gone! If you're into vinyl this is your spot. Plus lots of joke gifts and music-themed items. Worth checking out.
Great place. Great staff. The building is quite historic (always read the plaques). Prices are not bad. Super-great selection, though. Get to know the staff and they’ll get you to some gems. I left with so many fun records.
Large selection of New and used records, but there was so much more there. Books, shirts other really unique finds. Can't wait to get back and explore.
Large record shop with big selection of novelty items. Lot of new and used records.
Went by to get some Zydeco for a good friend of mine.. Miss Peaches was super lovely as always.. her store is spacious and she's so knowledgeable about the local music scene as well as world wide celebs. Chk her out..
Mama Peaches and the entire peaches family are wonderful !!! You can tell they love what they do, they are always able to help me locate tough finds and even do special orders. I've been shopping with them for several years now, they are my go to for vinyl finds and creative finds from nola natives. 💛 …
great record shop with a lot of local artist. i loved the conversation with the owners , they know alot about the local artists. it took me a while to go throug all the intresting sections .. you have to leave your bag at the counter ..im not nagging about that becouse the atmosphere in the shop is great and they are always willing to help you t find some new gems.
Old time record store in a old Woolworth's that still has the Lunch Counter, lot of vinyl and clothes good eclectic mix of music related items. Very laid-back a good place to waste an hour.
The lady at the register was friendly enough and there was a lot to choose from. The store had plenty of room to roam, but the prices were waaaay outta line for my vinyl budget. I did enjoy the walk there
you can find almost any album or artist here. the live acts are so much fun. everyone is welcomed, and the owner is the sweetest. however, prices are VERY high, even for a record store.
Great quality selection, but you're going to pay for the curation. Don't expect bin diving for hidden treasures on the cheap. Good quality used commons are $10-15. Rarer selections are $20+.
I love their new(ish) location on magazine street! Super friendly staff and great selection of records. Don't miss record store day here as they usually give out drinks and prizes!
Amazing retro like being in a dream world.
A few months ago I went in there just to check it out with the intention of buying anything, but declared it too expensive, like many of you (there was a used george Clinton cd that more expensive than when I saw him live in Amsterdam). But after receiving a $50 non-refundable gift card for Christmas, I had no choice but to go back. This time I noticed a used cd section that had some good stuff in it each about 8-12 bucks a pop, so not too bad. I'd overheard two separate people tell employees that this place was waaay too expensive. Now I have some sympathy for everyone working here, because they must get that all the time. When I cashed out they were very, very nice to me and we had a good conversation. Anyway, overall definitely not the best record store in New Orleans, but staff is friendly and helpful and there's a pretty decent selection of music.
This is a great store if you're interested in music and pop culture. They have a lot of vinyls, but they also have thoughtful, cute music and celebrity-related gifts.
Loved the eclectic selection of things here! Not only records, but knick knacks, odditys, and gag gifts galore!
I visited the old location prior to the current one now. The staff there is really cool and friendly. I was amazed at most of the stuff there (alot of it you won't find in other places) I'm from Nashville home of country music which im not a fan of. Here they value their local artist (No limits Records aka Master P, Magnolia Boys Lil Wayne, Baby, etc. Put some Respek on his name, Kevin Gates and every other artist from NOLA). Even though alot of stuff is highly priced I won't say over priced due to location, however I really enjoyed this place during my trip.
You don't go to Peaches for the prices...I have seen other reviews and they just didn't get it. My husband and I had heard about the store while we were looking for some music that I knew I would have a hard time finding. Real true old time Louisiana music, you can buy stuff on every corner but you can't find anyone that knows what they are selling the way that Shirani Rea does. Not only did she take us to the side and personally find out what we were really looking for but she handpicked it out for us and gave us a deep discount. Then she made a call to a friend over at The Palace Cafe and had a meal waiting for us when we arrived there with their specialties. We felt like we really had received a personal touch and she didn't know us from Adam. If you want an awesome experience, ask for her, and just let her roll........By the way, She picked out a Corey McCall and his Evangeline Aces Album, been on my playlist every since......PERFECTION!
GREAT quirky staff. Kent is the best. Local for like 25 years (that it shares the name with a former big chain is very strange but coincidental). Huge, massive collection. Tshirts and books and CDs and gifts galore, though vinyl is the heart of the store. Located on one of the very best spots on earth for window shopping and people watching and eating and coffee. I could not love this place more than I do.
The proprietor, and her lovely children, are treasures. Knowledgeable, kind, helpful, loving, and committed to sharing those gifts with the community. Could not be more grateful to them. Exceptional place to obtain vinyl, but they also have an extensive array of cheeky, smart, and novel knickknacks and gifts. Local books and music are another forté. Love Peaches!!
Yes, the prices are sometimes retail. But who will give you the backstory to why A famous musician stopped playing guitar and took up piano instead? Who will tell you that a particular release is minus a well known guitarist? They love music and it's history. Like everything, there are some warts. But it is one of the best music buying experience in the city hands-down. Engage with them, ebjoy their company. It is what a music store should be.
Spent $200.00 there. Discogs shows same items would be worth $158.00. So, Peaches is a bit overpriced, but had items I couldn't find elsewhere. Cashier claimed items were already half price. DON'T believe it.
Great place for new and used vinyl. They even have cassettes. Crazy. I found j dilla donuts. Been looking for a seal copy for a while now. Had to go back and get a copy of Eric b and rakim paid in full. Great staff great stuff.
Huge place in an old Woolworth. Lots of vinyl at premium prices. Fun selection of T shirts books, and groovy socks, also with high prices. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It's great to see records stores still making an amazing impact. This store is filled to the brim with anything you could ask for. Vinyl, posters, even cassettes! Amazing little knick knacks.
A definite new orleans flavored "record" store, yes an actual record store with albums, vinyl. etc. Of course they have a little bit of everything with a cool and laid back staff. Definitely check this place out if you get the chance......👍👍 …
I love this store. Was missing a couple of great albums but I can only blame that on popularity of the albums. While I was in the store they also have live performances from local bands.
Huge store, everything is wonderfully sorted. The entire upper floor is used, so it's fun to troll through and pick up a few $5 specials. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they even took my info down to let me know if a specific album I'm looking for came in later.
Mother daughter owned local New Orleans business with a neat collection of records and music memorabilia. Great to browse and pick up something special for your collection or a thoughtful gift for friends/family.
The best record shop in NOLA, hands down. I had a great time talking to the owners. We will definitely be back next time we're in the big easy!
Great store with deep roots in music, they also have many hard to find albums.
Very cool place with a lot of vinyl and even more character. It's and old Woolworths and still has the lunch counter although they don't serve food. They have cds DVDs and even cassettes.
The best. Great selection of records, CDs, and other music-related items from turntables to 3-6 Mafia socks. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable
Their country selection wasn't bad. Their jazz section was lacking a bit. Rock section was decent. The staff are really sweet and attentive. I dig it.
The owner is a Goddess amongst men. She knows more about music than anyone else I've ever met, and I can't help but keep coming back to Peaches to get recommendations from her.
Incredible selection of CDs, vinyl, and rare collections. Also nice to see them support so many local artists! A must-see on Market Street.
A true New Orleans gem! Staff will always treat you like family. They are very knowledgeable on all music. Their merchandise is awesome.
Great record shop with a huge selection. They even have cassette tapes for those of us still living in the 1980s. Some things seem a little overpriced but otherwise it's a fantastic record store.
The owner is the friendliest person! I love that she preserved the lunch counter. She didn't have an LP that I wanted so she mailed it to me. Definitely will return!
Wonderful environment!! I love the way the store is decorated and set up! This is the first place I ever shopped for records at! The prices are exspensive but that goes for all record shops Theese days! I love it here! Would totally recomend!!!
❤️❤️❤️ You won't be disappointed. Awesome music collection and gifts. Always fun to visit!
Great old vibe shop with lots of nostalgia!! Store is huge.
Great personal service from the owner herself. Even when she couldn't get in a sold out album I was looking for, therefore making no sale, she took the time to tell me why and was really helpful.
Tshirts, new/old/used albums, buttons, iron-on-patches, magnets, tin signs, Archie Mcfee items and many more! I was a kid in a candy shop when I walked into this place and was overwhelmed with the magnitude of the store. Peaches also does trade in with albums but i'll give you the heads up that when you trade in make sure the album/cover is in great condition or else you're not gonna be happy, but if youre trying to save space, make some money, and off-load some albums then this is your place to go in New Orleans.
It's an okay store, very big because it used to be a Woolworths store back in the day. Besides CD's and vinyls there are t.shirts, ornaments, snack products. Very pricey, wheelchair accessible.
This place is awesome. We bought a ton of vintage vinyl. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for vintage and new vinyl this is the place to go.
National Treasures, both the record store and the owner. Amazing local selection and you're treated like family. I can not recommend highly enough!❣️
Very unique store. Many vinyl records from old to new.
I enjoyed my visit to Peaches and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase music on vinyle or CD. You can find awesome original and repressed pressings of almost any famous artist on vinyle.
Great new and used vinyl. In an old Woolworth's, they still have the fountain and in-store Grill down one side of the interior.
Great venue for a birthday party and kids drum workshop!
Love this place!!
Great music in various formats... including ACTUAL RECORDS!!!
"Live" performances, NOLA memorabilia, teeshirts, books, CD's....
Great employees and owner.
Stop in and say hello.
I always Do!
The selection of rare and out of print records is unbelievable. Wiah I would have had a few hundred more to spend a day get more vinyl.
Very nice lady working there. If you went to see old Woolworth counter, and the supplies deli go there. It was amazing to see how cheap things were back in the day.
very nice selection sensibly priced, if you have special requests, there are more records in the back that they'll bring you. one of the best New Orleans Spot with Euclid records
Huge selection of vinyl and very nice people who work there.
Such an underated gem. Amazing selection of records,CDs and dvds among other things. We were greeted immediately and the enviroment is lively and fun. Coming here was an experience of its own.
My favorite store for all types of music, movies, t-shirts and other items.
Wonderful place! Vintage records, dvd's and current CD selection. Former Woolworths that houses an original lunch counter!
Excellent selection. Modern, old & rare. Friendly knowledgeable staff and also a good selection of books and other funky little bits including t-shirts.
Free beer and pizza on RSD! Great shop with a ton of merchandise. Go support local business!
Love this store. Great selection of vinyl, and lots of quirky gifts.
Pricey but they have a great collection!!
Fun, quirky store. Really neat old Woolworth lunch counter. Staff watched me like a hawk. Slightly unnerving as I'm a middle aged woman who is not schetchy AT ALL.
This place is a great. A really cool experience checking out all the cassettes and vynals records. They have it all. New and old school.
One of the greatest record stores.
Great selection, but the real draw here is the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A must-visit for any music fan.
Really appreciate you taking the time to read this and thought of you when I saw the post I am not going nowhere and you can get it from you tomorrow morning and I will be there for sure I will be able to make it today she's going nowhere near you that I have not received any information on the house phone number and I will call you tomorrow morning plus the fact that I have been talking about this one and it was so great
amazing stock, friendly workers, beautiful space.
Old Woolworth bldg still with the original sundae counter. So cute!!
I love to see that this place still exists. Im from ft Lauderdale and we lost our PEACHES RECORDS a place a particularly grew up in. N.O. keep supporting this store can't wait to visit
This place is a time capsule FULL of little treasures and off-the-wall gifts and collectibles....not to mention the HUGE selection of vinyl music. MUST GO if your ever near Magazine Street!!
As a record enthusiast, if i do say so myself, this place is paradise. New selection is expansive, but you could most definitely still find hidden gems whithin the older used selections.
Best record store, more selection than anywhere else I've been. Great atmosphere too
Great place and friendly staff. Reminded me a lot of Amoeba back in LA just a tad smaller. Little pricey, but you can snag some good deals.
Great selection of vinyl records, and new and used CDs. They have local artists' albums and the staff was very friendly.
One of the coolest stores ever. This is a great place to find Christmas gifts for the music lover on your list
Love this place, great service, great people, great music selection.
Giant record store with many eclectic titles and lots of fun gift items, trinkets, and merchandise
Great record shop with an excellent selection of new and classic albums in a number of physical formats. Something for everybody!
Very nice store.
Friendly quirky staff, collecting of everything from vinyl to tape to CDs. Also have some other gifts. Nicely organized and easy shopping experience.
So many options and genres of music to look through, the look and feel.of Peaches also catches my eyes, even outside I was just looking around, and I saw it, and said yes! I'm going there.
Vinyl records here, come check it out
Very cool store, with records ranging from old to new. Gives off a nice vibe, all with an arcade machine.
My favorite record store of All time. I completely enjoy the staff and ambiance.
Love this record shop! Wonderful record selection and great merch on top of that! 10/10 will go back!
If you're a music lover or you love the nostalgia of vinyl. You can absolutely done better part of a day and get lost at this place!
Records, CDs, cassette tapes, novelties and oddities. We picked up a pretty lit Clark Griswold candle for Christmas.
This is a record shop in New Orleans if you're a big fan of the Allman Brothers this is a mess stop and that the Allman Brothers album eat a peach this was a peach
Wonderful record store. The owner is really nice and friendly. I go every time im in the N.O.
OMG. Great service and THE place to get your vinyl.
Unbelievable selection of music and vinyl. Lots of other fun stuff and historic lunch counter. Say Hello to Lee, the owner, from Jeff
Vintage!!! Great memories, eclectic stuff. My daughter played a pinball machine for the first time and then a game of Mrs. Pacman.
Very welcoming staff. Found exactly what I was looking for which I was surprised to find. Great selection to choose from. Highly recommend.
Great selection of records and concert t-shirts...lots of gifts..
Retro meets New Orleans history with culture traditions and heritage collected at this music business establishment, for its more than a record shop.
This is a foundation and landmark of New Orleans...
Really fun record shop, lots of cool art and funky items
Nice Stop, good inventory of LPs in an old Woolworth's store.
Very cool place, lots of gadgets and trinkets to look at and a sick collection of vinyl.
Great place with amazing staff and beautiful records! I can't wait to visit again next time I'm in New Orleans!
Bought my first bit of vinyl at Peaches
Great store for music lovers!
Old records on vinyl and many more!
Cool place friendly an helpful staff good inventory of old and new music
Loved it! Heaven of records and CD's! And lots of cool little things you can buy!
Kinda steep in the pricing. Just because it's old, used vinyl does not mean it's rare and classic. Everyone is friendly there but save those prices for the gullible.
Great family owned and operated business with excellent customer service and selection of all forms of recorded music and memorabilia.
