Nashville's drummers are so fortunate to have Fork's Drum Closet in their city. The selection of new and used percussion equipment is incredible. If you can't find it there, chances are you didn't want it. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help out on a personal level. Marshall was super helpful with my questions and they have made me a loyal customer. When I'm in Nashville, there my go to.

This place is no joke. Never in my 35 years of drumming have I ever seen a bigger selection of cymbals to choose from. Consider the decent selection at guitar center... and multiply it by 20 at least! This place is a drumming mecca. Knowledgeable staff was very helpful.

These guys are awesome. Out of any business I've ever dealt with (music or not), this has been the most helpful customer service. I had a problem with one of the toms of a kit I bought from them and Daniel went above and beyond to fix the issue. With a very unassuming front window and road sign, one can not imagine what is inside...But that is the charm and attraction to Fork's Drum Closet. If you are a professional drummer, or just a beginner, this is the one place you would want to visit. It has a nostalgic history of its own, as some of the greatest and best have crossed its doors. Anything that you would want for your kit is here, and if it is not available, then it will be ordered for you. The service is great and the staff is very knowledgeable, but at the same time if they don't know, they will say so. It is a truly a drummer's haven.

When we vacation, we visit local drum and music stores. Fork's drum closet was 1 of 3 we visited in the Nashville area and it did not disappoint. Amazing, knowledgeable and super friendly staff. I've been a Fork's customer for years and have purchased many items there, including a xylophone. They can fulfill any percussion needs - not just drums - and if they don't have items in stock they'll special order them for you. Their stick/mallet and accessory selection is second to none. They also stock hardware/parts and can help you refurbish equipment. Moreover, they'll generally beat competitor's pricing while providing top notch customer service. This is your one stop shop.

Great selection of equipment! Inventory is updated daily, and prices are very competitive. Too bad chattanooga doesn't have a similar store, or I would be there everyday! They had a used mapex sledgehammer snare on sale for $199. Simply astounding. The employees are very helpful in determining specifically what you need for your playing style as well. Excellent! Patiently helped this novice drum kit buyer over the phone thoroughly explaining options with no trying to upsell. Assembled and said would hold it for us until we could pick it up. It wasn’t quite ready when we got there bc original guy we talked to was out sick..which was NO BIGGIE to us at all...but they went over the top in accommodating us for the “trouble” anyway. This is a drummers heaven and with staff that knows each and every brand of gear they sell inside and out it really sets Forks on a whole different level than your average music store. If you are in the area of Nashville you would be crazy to not give this incredibly well stocked store a visit. If they dont have it, they can order it as they are an authorized dealer for just about every major drum and cymbal manufacturer and even ones you dont regularly hear about. This truly is a one of a kind place but Nashville wouldnt be music city without Forks

Forks Drum Closet must be the best drum shop in the United States, perhaps the world. This friendly but highly professional business is well supplied with most imaginable brands of new & used equipment, but more importantly, the store is filled with percussionists and drummers who love drumming in All Quarters. These gents help you assemble the pieces of the puzzle to make your drumming experience correct. On three separate occasions, I brought random pieces of hardware into their store, and asked if they could help me find a solution for missing pieces & parts. And on every occasion, these humble professionals (who are all pro percussionists) not only found a solution, but made it better than it was when new. Remarkable & unparalleled professionalism I can’t imagine why anyone would shop anywhere else? If drum set/kit work is your gig, it is absolutely positively guaranteed that you are going to find a fantastic solution for what you need any time you walk through the door at Forks. Five stars rating is not enough. There’s an author named Tom Peters who writes books about efficiency and you know the dream of achieving excellence and so forth. One of those books is called “A Search for Excellence”, another is named, “A Passion for Excellence”. The idea being— whatever you do, do it with all you’ve got and make it only Excellent. This store, Forks Drum Closet, epitomizes the concepts and ethos prescribed by Tom Peters. Bravo Zulu! Everyone at Forks Drum Closet!
