I don’t often leave reviews, but MediaXpress deserves their flowers. In physical media what they do is very important and they do it the best. I ordered dvds and customer service was great start to finish. Their web credit card processing was down and so I called to place my order and was greeted on the phone with kindness and apologizes. Every step of my order was easy and I was never stressed. And of course I was thrilled with the turn around and product. Support small business media print!

Absolutely amazing. I was worried that I might not meet my deadline and I did not express these concerns to the company because I hate being "that guy" so I just hoped they came through. very fast shipping. the product was very quality. Do not look anywhere else this is where you will get the best bang for your buck.

I was admittedly a little wary of ordering from MediaXpress. I had found mixed reviews online and their website seemed dated, but I wanted to support a local company instead of purchasing discs from an online competitor. I'm so glad I chose them. Their customer support is terse, but informative. After calling a couple times to make sure I had my files set up correctly and finalizing my order, I was surprised to get my order about a week early! I couldn't be happier with their print quality, turnaround time, and price. I'm certainly going to be a repeat customer.

I am a skateboard video producer and have worked with Max on three projects since 2010 with great results. Approximately 500 DVDs were ordered for each project. As an independent filmmaker, deadlines can be very stressful, but MediaXpress was always there to make things go smooth, from their ability to do quick turnarounds, and their flexibility with ordering. Every time I stopped by at their storefront, the staff was very helpful and went beyond the normal level of service by providing us with some tools we needed to complete our projects (extra boxes for shipping and blank DVD sleeves, both at no charge). We were able to get physical proofs of our work the same day we submitted our artwork, and Max was eager to give us a tour of the studio and showed us how the DVDs are produced. In the end we got our product on time at a great price and good quality. I always unquestionably recommend this business to my fellow skateboard filmmakers.

I have been so pleased with all my services at Media Express. The most recent experience really boosted my business. I needed 5x7 cards for a conference and had a 2 day window. This order was expedited and delivered ahead of schedule. My products are so good that I often get follow up queries relating to who designed my media and products. I have used different companies over the years, and these are hands-down the best! They do orders of 25, you can call and they make the whole process simple and easy. The discs are always top quality! (I noticed a bad review cause someone shipped international and had to pay $70 for 25 discs -- every other company does only orders of $50, and you'd end up paying over $100!!) This is the best company by far If you're not super computer savvy, call your order in. I often have orders of 4 different discs, and I find its helpful to have someone set the whole thing up on the phone first.

I have been burning DVDs for years and finally wanted to have printed discs instead of handing out blank ones. As with anything new & with technology, you are a bit skeptical to take the step forward. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality of these discs. They arrived within a week and look like something from a big studio! My uploaded design looked great. Price is very reasonable and I've had no issues with functionality of the discs. Will be using again!!
