Great experience. Worked with Rusty on getting this stellar 1966 Vox Tempest XII - got a really good deal, excellent service communication & support. They went the extra mile in descriptions / photos. The guitar arrived quickly, expertly packed & with new strings. Recommended!

I've been taking guitars to Rockhaus for 7 years now. Every single guitar Rusty has worked on has been fantastic when I got it back. He has performed cosmetic repairs, warranty repairs, basic setups, etc. Turn around time is always fast, and prices are extremely fair.

Been a customer here since the pandemic; Rusty hooked it up with strings before everything shut down and a pedal, stands, and capos after everything opened back up. They stock an excellent variety of instruments and accessories, as well as any type of tool you may need to create your sounds. Love this place and feel very loyal to it.

I brought in a 70's EHX pedal for repair and now it works perfectly. A lot of great guitars and amps in a small neighborhood store. Very happy and will definitely shop at Rockhaus again.

Recently brought a guitar in for a new nut, fret polish, and a set up. The entire experience was wonderful, friendly service, fast turnaround time, and my guitar came out playing like a dream. He made sure I liked the action before I left the store, it was perfect! When it came time to pay the total was less than I expected and less than I have been charged elsewhere. I have also been there in the past to pick up essentials like strings, picks, and cables. The pricing on those items was fair and comparable to big box music stores. High quality work, fair pricing, highly recommend.

First time meeting Rusty, he gave me a great recommendation on strings, sold me a buffer pedal I'd never seen before, and offered to help me fix a delay pedal I was having trouble with. Cool shop too. Great experience!

Love Rockhaus, I’ve been going to the shop since I was a kid and just starting out as a drummer almost 20 years ago. Rusty’s got a great and unique collection of instruments and pedals and is a great wrench when it comes to fixing road-beaten gear, he’s the only guy I trust with my Moog.
Favorite music store by far 👍👍👍

I've visited here to seek for a nice acoustic guitar, but the shop actually doesn't have expensive acoustic guitar options such as some name brands. I played something below $200 and these sounds nasty. But as for electric guitar and amps, the selection is awesome. The owner is really friendly and suggested me to the Wade's Guitar shop, where I find my dream guitar.

This place offers honest service. I went in to fix my acoustic guitar. The front desk person tested my acoustic guitar and said there was no issue and everything was working fine. It turned out that I had a bad cable wire, which could not connect with my amp.

I've been going to Rockhaus since the early days on 43rd & Forest Home. Great repair service that's fairly priced, plus some unique gear. Rusty is very knowledgeable too. Highly recommended.

The best guitar shop in town. Fixed my amp at a great price and I've never heard my amp sound so good. Super friendly guy and trustworthy as all hell.

Rusty is polite, knowledgeable, and beyond fair in the price of his work. Plus, he's got really cool things in the shop. Win/win!

The best guitar repair place in the city; their involuntary of instruments / amps isn't the best.
However this is the only place i trust to repair my guitars.
