Tom did a great job replacing the key tops on my 1947 Hamilton. Done with care and skill, and completed well ahead of his estimated schedule. It looks great now! NOTE: Posted hours are no longer accurate. It is best to call or text for an actual appointment to ensure you'll make contact.

Highly recommended. Tom is very knowledgeable and helpful. Talked me through adjustments on our 1926 Gulbransen player. Works great now. He suggested a great piano tuner for us (Drew). He also does great work.

By far our favorite piano store in the Milwaukee area. Down-to-earth father and son owners who are honest and have been in the business for decades. Very reasonably priced pianos and if they don't have something on the floor, they probably have it in refinishing or can get it for you. Tom also referred us to a wonderful mover and tuner. We would recommend seeing them to anyone in the market for a piano.

My wife and I just bought a Piano from Neuhaus, The owners were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't looking for anything spectacularly expensive. We found one at what I consider to be a very reasonable price with 100 dollar delivery charge. Very good experience. Highly recommended

The store is a walk back in time. Pianos in all price ranges and working Nickelodeons too! Friendly staff. I will go back when I have room for something larger. I did it! Traded my console for a Baby Grand!Next I will be adding a player mechanism. It will be my new entertainment center.
