After researching online, I decided to purchase a Yamaha Arius YDP-184 from Kraft Music. Their website provided the most thorough information. I found out through their site that this particular digital piano came with a three year manufacturer's warranty, which makes extended warranty, offered by two other vendors, useless and unnecessary.
I chose the rosewood finish which makes my piano almost look black. It is a beautiful piece of equipment and it sounds marvelous.
The piano was delivered by FedEx freight to my door in eight days. There were no scratches or damages.
I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I have made two large e-drum purchases from Kraft in the last 6 years and they are a reputable retailer that ships in a timely manner, offers good bundles and might even give you a deal when speaking to a rep. This time, however, the product I bought (Roland VAD 506) got upgraded (VAD 507) with a digital hi hat, hardware and module upgrade one month after purchase for only $399 more than the 506's listed price. One month. The VH-10 hi hat from the 506 was not really working for me so missing out on this upgrade really bummed me out. Regardless, I reached out to my advisor (Ben) who was very understanding about the unfortunate timing but there didn't seem to be an equitable way to get the upgraded components as the VH-14D was quite expensive by itself ($1,150), no matter who you buy from. But a few hours later he made it happen. I really don't know what to say. There is a reason I have bought from Kraft; they are simply the best. Best prices, best personalized discounts, best service, and fast free shipping. But this latest gesture is truly above and beyond. I have bought from other quality retailers, but nobody has done more for me than Kraft music.

I sent Kraft music an email three days ago but still haven't received a response even though I received an email stating one business day to respond.
Asked if there was any discount code that could be applied to my order and I was told there was not and then received an email for "KRAFT BUCKS" is discount codes after I had already placed my order which, was worth more than what was discounted from the service department tech.
I found a lower price on two different websites which fit Kraft Music requirements on an item but the company was not willing to cover the difference but did offer a discounted rate.
I'm originally from Wisconsin (born and raised) and wanted to support a hometown business which, I did by purchasing $1,080.63 worth of equipment, but I'm not sure if it was the right decision after my experience with Kraft Music. However, I wish them all the best in their future endeavors. "Forward"

Ordered the Yamaha P125B digital piano package. The website was extremely easy to use and exceptionally informative. Communication about order status was superb. Kraft emailed me a YouTube video before the products arrived explaining exactly how to assemble the piano stand which would have been a little tricky without the video. All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely call on Kraft again

After researching and calling multiple stores for advice I ordered a pair of Electro-Voice ZLX-15BTs with other misc things from Kraft Music online. There were a couple of websites offering the same for about $250 less but their online reviews were terrible. I'd rather spend a little more and go with a trusted business. I ordered them in the late evening and they were on my porch 2 days later. I'm in N.W. Indiana, I'm somewhat close but 1.5 days later? That's pretty good in my book. Everything was packed very well and nothing was damaged. I would buy from them again.

The overall experience was pretty great. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. The only complaint I'd have was the shipping process. I ordered the MX-88 Keyboard Synthesizer and the bundle package. It was a bigger order and required two packages. The first one came pretty quickly and all of the items were in brand new condition for the most part. For example, one of the items was a keyboard stand which had 1-2 dings. It was likely more of a shipping problem rather than a problem with Kraft Music. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of Fed-Ex Shipping. They have had bad reviews in the past. When my actual Keyboard arrived a few days after the other items, the driver seemed frustrated and in a rush (which didn't bother me) but was pretty rough with my package when delivering it. However, thats only an issue with shipping and not the overall experience with Kraft Music. Also, one other thing I'd recommend is to check your spam/junk mail after ordering something from here. After I placed my order, I wasn't sure if it went through correctly because I didn't receive an order confirmation for a few hours. Then I just thought to check my spam mail and I saw it was there the whole time. I guess Gmail checks it as spam and asked if I wanted to block the sender but whatever. Overall, my experience was good but the shipping was really my only complaint. 4/5!

I drove all the way out here for two hours and didn’t realize the show room was closed. But they do offer curbside pick up. I didn’t realize this until I spoke to Bill house, I called the 800 number while waiting outside and Bill was an extraordinary service representative. Thanks to him and the great warehouse people I was in and out in 15 minutes. Bought it $1400 piano over the phone, Bill was kind enough to call the warehouse and let them know I was outside, the warehouse people were extremely friendly and very helpful helping me put everything in the car. I don’t think this could’ve been a better experience even if I had been in the showroom floor, thanks Bill for your excellent service. And to the owner… congratulations, this is how you run a successful business!

Order process was easy, sales advisor was helpful and able to accommodate subsequent changes (I ordered satin black but then wanted to change to satin white after order went in). He was very straightforward, explained a logical reason behind their use of freight shippers for such. My experience with Kraft Music has been excellent. After extensive online study I knew that I wanted a Yamaha P-125 for my wife. I found Kraft’s web site and they had one in stock. I was pleased to see they already had a bundle put together with all the add-ons and accessories I wanted. I ordered the bundle Monday morning, 7/20. I went with Kraft’s free ground shipping expecting at least a week for delivery. To my surprise all pieces arrived Wednesday morning, 7/22. All ordered items arrived in perfect condition. I also received an e-mail from David Hall of Kraft Music offering support for getting things setup, explaining what I was to do if something did not work or if I was dissatisfied for an reason. Included in the email were three coupon codes for savings on future purchases. I am most pleased with Kraft Music. They will be my go-to source for all my future musical needs.

I shopped and purchased a yamaha keyboard p-45 along with the bundle which included a seat, stand and pedal for my son from Kraft Music at the recommendation of our music instructor. I shopped around first and found some cheaper but did not have all the features that I needed. I am so glad I went with Kraft. They were responsive and seems concerned with the customers satisfaction. I received the order on time and everything is perfect. The keyboard is exactly what my son needed. Sounds great and the keyboard has weighted keys which is helpful when switching back and forth from piano. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the items. Very well made. The directions for assembly of the stand were not that great but the you tube videos made assembly a snap.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I don’t often write a review, but I felt it was important to share my experience dealing with Kraft Music. I was buying a guitar for my son to learn, and I had done a lot of research and found the best deals for what I needed on the Kraft Music website. I was nervous, as it was an investment for someone like me, and I am not a musician myself. Shortly after placing my order, I received a friendly phone call to confirm my order and let me know it would ship that day. I promptly got my shipping confirmation, and before the delivery I received an email from Scott Collins with the company letting me know that if I had any questions and concerns, not hesitate to contact them. The delivery came as expected, and the quality of the packaging and equipment was wonderful. I had bought a guitar bundle, and the other equipment they included was all of a good quality. In this day and age it is often difficult to find quality business interactions, and rarely, if ever, do you feel a personalized and professional experience with on line buying. I try to buy locally, but I also cannot afford to spend more than I need to, and this transaction made me feel like I went down to a local store. The experience was friendly, personal, and professional. Do not buy your music supplies from Amazon when you can buy things at a better price from experienced, professional people like those at Kraft Music. I will definitely go there for all of my online musical needs.

Edit: The next day Kraft gave me a call and apologized profusely and genuinely about the issues I had. After acknowledging my frustrations they offered me a fantastic deal on a new DSI Rev2 that would take a couple of weeks to ship. Although this company made a mistake they went the extra mile to correct their mistakes, which is something you don't see everyday. Everyone is human, and this really shows how important customer satisfaction is to Kraft Music. With how competitive the current music tech market is, THIS is how you retain customers. I'll definitely think of Kraft Music for my next big box purchase knowing I'll be in good hands.
Previous post: Went to purchase an item they had advertised, and talked with a sales representative. We agreed upon a price and the next day I emailed them asking to make the purchase. They agreed to sell the item and said they would wait for a call. I called them and only after giving them all of my credit card information, having the card decline because of a purchase over 1000, and calling my bank to clear the purchase, were they able to finally communicate that the item was sold the previous day. Very unprofessional, and will not be doing business with Kraft in the future.

Fortunately, I found countless excellent reviews of Kraft Music, and after my own purchasing experience, I'm glad to say that I can count myself as one of those many happy customers. I purchased the Alesis Striker Pro Se w/ a TAMA iron cobra 200 from here in early 2021. A month after playing a bearing in the connector rod on the double bass pedal broke. I contacted Kraft music to see if I could get the part replaced and the compassion and the desire they had toward making sure I was a satisfied customer is night and day compared to anywhere else. From when I first email/called them to when the replacement part arrived at my door, they made it super easy to get to the replacement part ordered, they gave constant updates on the progress of the replacement part, and their attitude the whole time was *chefs kiss*

Ben made the entire transaction quick & easy and he was so knowledgeable about their music bundles & he was able to make substitutions for the products that I wanted. It's a great option to be able to build your own bundle. Everything arrived in perfect condition but after looking at further digital piano options, I wanted to exchange my purchase. I was compelled to purchase from Kraft as they appeared to have the kit I wanted in stock and engendered trust through their long history and community support (I have learned of VEX and other add-ons thanks to their forums). Another strong reason, especially from an eDrums perspective, was the "bundles" concept on offer, you have to buy all the hardware for eDrums, and that made it much easier!
The reason I'll return to Kraft for any future purchases is down to Senior Sales Advisor Adam Berzowski. He made the purchase process easy, efficient and fun; he obviously has vast knowledge and experience of the music industry. I felt completely confident that everything I was ordering was being handled, even a ridiculous request for overnight so close to Christmas. He also suggested and swiftly handled a call to your financier for a credit line increase, which was a great help to my cashflow.

After beings weeks late I finally had to go to UPS twice to get my piano, then when I got it, it was defective. I figured now was a good time to get back into playing piano. I did some research but really wanted to be able to talk to someone about the two choices I was wavering between - but who is available during this covid pandemic? I was also looking at bundles for my digital piano purchase when I saw kraft music. The bundle they had looked too good to be true, cheaper than all the bigger chain websites I had been looking at!! Not only that, this morning I called because the website indicated I could - and I talked to David who helped solidify my choice and helped me order right away! I ordered a keyboard online and was having it shipped to a neighbors house so that my kids would not see it until Christmas. I put the alternate shipping address in my order and went about my day. I got an email promptly asking me to call them regarding my order. I had the best experience with Kraft Music. People are always so quick to leave bad remarks, but often forget to leave good experiences. Our package was sold out when we ordered it, however Scott Collins kept the communication line open. I would email him and I would receive an email right back. The keyboard came with a manuel not in English and Scott sent me a link for one in English and also ordered me one in the mail. I had it in days. I highly recommend Kraft Music for any one of your music needs.

I ordered a Behringer TD-3 (Yellow Edition) a few days ago from the main website and after I had ordered all looked to be good. However, I had ordered 2 units by accident and had to call in to have the second order canceled and they told me that the TD-3 Yellow was backlogged until the end of April. It is now April 5th. I wish there would have been some sort of notification about the backlog, I would have went to Sweet Water instead and just ordered the cables I need separately (as opposed to Kraft Music who put together a thoughtful bundle). I play keyboards and want this machine as quickly as possible to complement by existing Roland JD-Xi and Yamaha P-125 digital piano.

I have found Kraft's customer service to be stellar, however I would caution anyone from ordering B-Stock items from them. B-stock (scratch & dent) items may not be shipped in manufacturers packaging and thus can be subject to damage. I ordered a Korg keyboard (a 50 lb item) which arrived in a flimsy cardboard box wrapped in bubblewrap. The box was much too big for the item allowing the keyboard to shift around and bubblewrap did not provide sufficient protection. The product arrive badly damaged from transport. They resolved the issue, however it involved me re-packaging and hefting the box back to UPS.
As a follow-up to this review comment, Kraft customer service did contact me and offer an equitable solution to this unfortunate situation. I would continue to conduct business with them in the future.

Wow! Talk about customer service! I was in the process of ordering my first-ever recording equipment and came across the Kraft Music web site. I emailed them with a question about one of their product offerings, and within a minute I received a phone call from Ben Hohenstein. He discussed product availability, ship dates and such, and then processed my order for me. He followed up with an email outlining several web sites that were of great help in getting everything set up. He also offered to answer any questions I might encounter during the installation. Incredible customer service. Ordered the complete home bundle of the Yamaha P515, which is an amazing instrument. This digital piano would satisfy even a proffessional pianist. But, getting it from Kraft was absolutely the right thing to do. I got a notice after I ordered it that the furniture frame was out of stock and they were sending me a stand to take it's place. I didn't catch that notice at first and didn't notice it was packed in with the keyboard ( beautifully I might add)...so I emailed them to say they shorted me the frame....within hours I recieved an email informing me an alternate stand was in the package and I could keep it and the furnture frame was on it's way. I was thrilled to find a really nice double x frame was included. The service in this company is exceptional....a timely delivery...beautifully pakaged...and the free stand to tide me over!? Without a doubt, probably the best customer service experience I've ever had - and I'm old, so that's saying something. Adam B. helped us customize a Nord Grand bundle that fit our wants and needs in this system. He gave expert advice on which pieces could be swapped for other compatible, performant choices. He double checked to make sure ALL the required cabling would be included to ensure that no surprises occurred during un-boxing and setup. When the stand for the keyboard showed back-ordered for several weeks, he threw in an economical stand at no charge so the rest of the system could ship in the meantime. He also worked a great deal on shipping the whole thing to Hawaii, and when the shipper (not Kraft) had a couple of hiccups, Adam and Kraft quickly stepped-up, owned the issues and made sure there was the least impact and inconvenience to the customer. Prices were competitive-plus, but with that high level of service? No comparison - they're in a different league, and they've got my future business.

I bought the Yamaha p125 keyboard and I could not be happier. I was looking for something that I could practice at night on without it being loud and it is better than I even imagined.
The bench that it came with is very professional and super comfortable. The headphones sound like you’re in a room with a piano, when I first put the headphones on I had to check to make sure they were in because it sounded so good. The pedals work amazing and the keys feel like a real piano.
I have been practicing Chopin, Bach, Debussy, Rachmaninov, and Albeniz so far and this keyboard blew my expectations.

We purchased a Yamaha P-115 digital piano as a gift for our friend. When our friend received it, she was so happy and sent us a pic of it and we realized he received a P-45 instead which was more than one hundred dollars cheaper. So we called the customer service and it turned out they shipped a wrong package and they were willing to help to send a replacement(which is not a replacement) only when the original one has been received cuz they need to inspect it first. so we have to ask our friend to pack up everything and ask a leave from work to stay at home for UPS pick up. She had to carry a 50 pounds package to the lobby and waited there for the whole afternoon because kraft music cannot schedule the pick up time. Totally a nightmare shop here especially when you spend more than $500 and try to give your friend a birthday surprise. I would admit that the bundle is a good deal but it doesn't mean it h

Being a lifelong musician who plays many instruments, I decided to purchase the new Korg PA1000. The going price all over the internet is 1999.99. I am a researcher by nature, and there is only ONE online music store that offers what Kraft Music offers. For only 50.00 more they offer a "Stage bundle" which also includes a nice soft keyboard case, a very heavy duty stand (320lbs rated), a sturdy bench, performance sustain pedal and foot switch. All this, if I bought it online would cost me 230.00 and they throw it in for only 50.00 more! And on top of that as I spoke with Brian and told him of my wedding plans, he dropped off the 50.00 calling it a wedding present to me! So I received from Kraft Music a total of 230.00 of needed items for NO COST! Also, I had an issue with both my 5 year old Korg PA600 and my brand new Korg PA1000 which turned out to only be operator error. Korg seemed to be dragging their feet in a response after 2 emails, so I talked to David Hall at Kraft. He suggested I send him an email of the issue and he would forward it on to Korg. Believe it or not, within an hour or two, I had my issue resolved from Korg. Thank you David for really understanding my frustration and getting me quick results. And thank you Ben Kraft for offering more value than ANY other online music store has offered to date. You are such a valuable resource to every musician both in value and customer service! After deciding upon the model I wanted, I looked for a bundle offer and found many of them available, but unfortunately, none that fit my exact needs. So I sent an email to them and Mr. David Hall responded to it very quickly.
I asked him if he could offer me a bundle with the items I requested (that were more expensive than their regular bundled items) at a fair price. He responded again very quickly and made me a really sweet offer that I couldn't refuse. It was great because I didn't even have to negotiate... the offer was that good and totally unexpected!

My son wanted a microphone for his computer for recording himself singing. I stumbled upon Kraft Music's website and started shopping. I found the microphone I wanted however I couldn't find where it mentioned if the microphone connected to a computer or not. I sent a message through the "contact tab" on the bottom and asked what I thought was a very stupid question.. "does this item connect to a computer" and explained briefly that my son wanted a microphone to record his music. Within no time I got a reply from "Ben" with Kraft Music. I order a guitar bundle on a tuesday night. It was shipped wednesday & I received it on friday the 3rd. Well I opened the package & checked all it's contents. Everything was in good shape. The guitar looked good & sounded good, however, there was a crack in the neck :( I was pretty sore about it because it was a holiday weekend & I didn't want to take my rover with me (The washburn rover is pretty quiet & my family isn't lol) But I sent an email & on monday the 6th I called Kraft music & spoke with Scott (senior sales adviser) & explained to him what the problem was. He got everything taken care of. I didn't expect to hear from them again & Jake (guitar tech) called me. He didn't know I had already spoken with Scott. Both guys were super friendly & professional. Customer service was great. I didn't have to pay any shipping & the wait was worth it to me. My new guitar was here on the 10th. A week late, unfortunate. But I'm not mad at all. We bought a mid-range keyboard through Kraft music and I would not hesitate to use them again. We had a problem with the initial keyboard that was sent to us that we discovered a few weeks to maybe even a month after we got it. Kraft music,Bill in particular, did everything they could to make it right with as minimal hassle as possible. It's easy to give a good review about a company when there are no problems.
