I have bought three suhr guitars here, and it is an awesome shop. If you are local, it is absolutely worth the trip. And if you’re shopping online, I am confident that they will be great to deal with. The only problem I have is, every time I buy a guitar there they post an even rarer and cooler guitar a week later.

Fabulous customer service and superb communication. I've only ever purchased a guitar on-line once, from Distinctive Guitar - and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They are patient, understanding and accurate with their merchandise descriptions and photo's. They have a reassuring return policy and the staff are very professional. They were sincerely interested in my satisfaction with th guitar and went the extra mile to make the shipping work for me. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.

I mean, they carry a ton of brands you can't find in any shops here in Wisconsin. The place isn't huge, which I prefer, they don't have 18 employees bothering you every five minutes, this is the antithesis of a big box chain guitar shop. Their amp selection is above reproach. Same could be said for their guitars and pedals. They carried Morgan, Tone King and Two Rock before Sweetwater did, so I was able to play them in person, which is rare for those brands. They have PRS, but they also have Rock n Roll Relics, Suhr, Novo, Fano(the new owners), Tom Anderson, LsL, Free The Tone, Crazy Tube Circuits, I could go on. The name sounds kind of basic, but it is apropos. They have it all. If you have custom shop money, but don't want a guitar/amp/pedal that literally every one else has, check them out. Staff is really friendly and in my experience very hands off. They let me poke around and try things, but never pressured me. I like this shop a lot.

they didn't have a huge selection of accoustics.... i was shopping for a Lowden, and they're a dealer. however, of the three they had in stock, i bought one and i absolutely LOVE it. the guy who helped me was a nice young man. great store, especially if you're looking for an electric. awesome experience.

Just purchased a Gibson ES 335 from this shop online. I had been shopping this guitar for over 6 months and couldn't pull the trigger. The communication from Andrew and team was excellent and they made me a great deal. Guitar arrived on time. Set up was perfect. Condition was as good or better than advertised. My only regret is that I couldn't visit this shop in person. Just looks like a really cool place to hang out and look at, play and talk guitars. Thanks!

Terrific place to do business with. Ordering was smooth and shipping was fast. They were very responsive to a product problem and got a replacement out as quickly as I could get the return to them. Even when the return got misdirected their immediate response was to assure me that a replacement unit was being held for me. Pure pleasure dealing with Noah and the crew at Distinctive Guitars. I just purchased a buckeye burl - topped Axis SS from them, and, a few years back, a Suhr Classic T. Both were outstanding guitars, and typical of the care they show when selecting their inventory. They are very comfortable to work with, can answer any question and the whole transaction is like a greased groove. Really nice people. I plan to stop by their actual store on my next trip thru Wisconsin.

I was ordering a guitar online during the covid lockdown in America , I was in New Zealand they made what could have been a struggle so pain free . They were super helpful in securing a case and getting the guitar shipped. Which during americas struggles with closures and postal slow downs is not easy. I would recommend to everyone ! ill be back

After trying to order a suhr guitar from the shop in Seattle and not being able ( due to the pandemic ) I decided to call these guys . I Was able to order the black Mateus Asato classic S and had it literally at my door 24 later . Pete who helped me out was pressure free and a great guy . He answered all my questions and made the process as easy as it could be . The guitar came in perfect condition and perfectly in tune. Absolutely recommend buying through these guys! Happy as F***

Rad selection of boutique guitars. Everything from vintaged relics, art tops and premium exotic wood guitars cover the walls, ready to played. Excellent selection of boutique pedals as well. This place will have you testing out all the details of each finally crafted instrument. Staff are approachable and knowledgeable, providing a casual atmosphere. Excellent store!

Tiny shop with exclusively top choice gear (as the name would imply). Median guitar price here is probably $2500. Weird hours and the small footprint means you can't hide in a corner and play in secret, but this probably isn't the kind of store for that. Regardless, I'm glad they exist and hope they stick around.
