John and Mike helped me look at some fender strats on February 13th, 2023’ i have to say if theres any employees deserving of appreciation, and praise its these two. The store was busy and the phone was constantly ringing but John and Mike were there every-time i needed them and went above and beyond to make sure i landed on the right one for me and made sure i was happy with it afterwards. Thank you very much guys!

It was no secret that they were swamped and didn't have the staff to handle the demand but the way it was handled and how each and every customer was treated was AMAZING!!! SO IMPRESSED!

I have just started playing guitar really for the first time since that easy beginner's class in High School. I'm taking classes with Daniel. I do have some physical disabilities, but he is working well with me and modifying his teaching so I'm able to get the most out of learning to play. Paul the lessons manager has also been a huge help in being able to point me in the right direction to maximize my experience. Whether it be training aids, equipment, or redirecting me to another person to better assist me. Doug the Luther I can't say enough about him. He's a true professional and a master of his craft. He takes the time to listen and explains the pros and cons of making changes to your equipment. Turnaround time on equipment is really quick and he takes care of your concerns and or issues with your equipment. John in sales is impressive. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He steers you in the right direction not trying to oversell you either. Overall this Manchester Guitar Center is a place that gives you a music home. Been going there for about 6 months and have been well taken care of. Now it's just time for me to continue my growth in music knowledge and improve on hand coordination. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone. Just have a little patients as they can become very busy at any given minute. I have observed many times, that they treat others the same way they have treated me. This is a friendly staff and it's nice to see this in a business.

Super busy right after the holidays so I waited a bit to long for my taste but regardless of the line that wrapped around the store The help was pleasant they knew what they were talking about and they were on point with their job overall a good experience

Friendly, knowledgeable staff!!! Great customer service!!! Wide variety of many beautiful instruments, keyboards, guitars, ukuleles, mandolins etc. I also saw a synthetic drum kit too, there may be more. They have lessons there too buy 4 get the 5th lesson free! 30 min. or 60 min.
