I decided to go outside the box and I'm very happy that I did. No one, not Amazon, not Guitar Center, or anyone for that matter could beat their price. When dealing with customer service, which was a pleasure, they were honest, up front and willing to make the customer a lifelong customer and they really cared. They weren't there just to make a sale but to ensure the customer got what they really needed. Even though I spent quite a bit, it was well worth it, see pics, and again, nobody came close to their support, customer service or price.

I found this music store which apparently is operating online only. While no other online store has the Kawai MP11 SE digital piano I was looking for, they had some in stock and sold to me at excellent pricings including shipping. They answered all questions courteously. The transaction was professional and smooth. The piano arrived brand new and factory sealed. I highly recommend this store!

Ordered an open box Roland V digital drum set for about half price online... Got an e-mail, instructing me to call the store, there was a problem with the order... After a short and pleasant conversation with Liliana she told me that they could not send me the open box unit but would send me a brand new one with Roland factory warranty instead. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

Offered me a great deal on a digital piano over live chat (lower than all other online stores, 11% lower than most of them, including free shipping), answered all of my questions, and shipped out the same day. -1 star because they told me I had to commit to buy during that chat to get the discount and that there was only 1 left in stock (no indication of that on the item page, even after I bought "the last one"), clearly pressuring me to buy that moment. Would still recommend, just make sure you know what you want.

Shout out for Sarah helping me go thru my purchase which she spent the entire HOUR thru my entire shopping. I didnt make a big purchase, it's just a Roland vdrum kit but she make the entire purchasing nice and smooth. They are flexible, easy to work with and the customer service exceed ANY other store that I've experienced. I'm recommending you to give them a call or live-chat thru the website for purchasing musical equipment before you pull the trigger.

I was totally satisfied with the experience I had purchasing my Roland FP30 keyboard. Victor, the store manager, was really helpful to answer questions and demonstrate the keyboard's functions. He also plays beautifully, I loved hearing how each keyboard sounds. I especially liked their chat feature on the website, they answer you immediately if you have a quick question.
