I got the best service in Katy from Lisle Violin Shop! We live in Katy and know this shop from school violin class. We have been rent since my daughter was in 6 grade. Better price better quality! High recommend!!! My work time 8:30-19:30, and 80 miles away I left early to catch shop time today before 6pm they close to buy a rosin my daughter lost , around traffic time it’s crazy when I went back to Katy!!! They leave door open for me and give it as a Gift 💝 So sweet and caring ! So friendly! Clean and safe environment in Katy! 6 star ⭐️

I brought in my daughter's violin to be restringed and have the tailpiece replaced. Jose was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in the matter. This shop provided me with excellent customer service and I appreciate the care they put into the cleanliness of the store as I felt comfortable there. This is the shop I will return to for my instrumental needs. Highly recommend!

I had to have my violin restrung the gentleman that did so was very kind he helped me immediately and he explained something's I had been wondering. Although to add that to be restrung and to be tuned it was $free$!!!! Which was AWESOME thank you very much!

My son’s violin bow was sent to rehair in Lisle Violin Shop yesterday. Ruby welcomed us at the first sight, she showed her great patient and professional, chatting with my son in a friendly way which left a nice impression to him. Unfortunately my son broke the free rental bow accidentally today on the way to Lisle, he felt awfully upset. I would definitely pay for the damage, but Ruby waived it after talking with the specialist. She comforted my weeping boy by some jokes about violin which made him feel much better. Thank you Ruby for your kindness and great service, I’ll definitely choose Lisle next time!

I rent an instrument for 3 years now with Lisle and they were alway prompt to help. Today I had a big problem as the instrument fall and broke right before my daughter’s audition for the high school. I called Lisle and they prepared another one right away and fortunately 1 hour after the issue my daughter was performing.. One of the best services I have experienced.

Great service & they know instruments! I have changed violin strings at a store (same name as the area name where staffs do not know anything about instruments) but sounded very strange. So I brought it to Lisle violin. Staffs noticed what’s wrong and fixed it right away!

I have gone here only for special purposes, twice because my strings broke, once because I needed a new chinrest and once because I needed my shoulder rest adjusted. All of my visits have been fast and very well handled, they have everything you would ever need for your violin and even if there is something they don't have they can tell you where to get it. The staff are very friendly and very qualified, I would trust them with my Stradivarius.

It's a small but lovely place to go if you're looking for some string instrument class or buy or rent a instrument. When you open the door, the magic begin, you will see immediately a lot of differents violints, in different sizes and even you will hear some violin notes. So professional and polite staff. They will explain carefully everything about your interest. Even they have different locations but in Katy it's so convenient. Thanks Lillian your attention was so kind and perfect.
