Linda SheaAfter at least 15 years of researching and searching for the right Steinway, Shawn found the one for me - a 1921 Hamburg Model O!
It couldn't possibly be any better and it takes my breath away. The silky smooth action, the tone, clarity, brightness and sheer beauty of this one of a kind Steinway is simply stunning! Shawn and his staff's meticulous and artful craftsmanship is unmatched. I just can't stay away from this piano. It's the nicest thing I've ever owned. Shawn seems almost as excited as I am and it's obvious he loves the restoration process. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their own "right" piano.

Shawn is extremely knowledgable about piano design, construction, and restoration, so you know you are in good hands. He can answer any question big or small about pianos and makes sure you feel comfortable with your choice. The experience was very pleasant - low key, no pressure. The showroom is a pleasure to visit. Delivery and removal of our existing piano were both prompt, and expertly handled. Would definitely recommend Shawn’s Pianos and Ritmüller if you are in the market for a new piano!
