I stopped with my daughter’s left-handed acoustic guitar to be restrung summer 2022. Since we were heading to the lake, they said I could pick it up in a few days. When I picked it up, it was in the case so I asked for confirmation the guitar was restrung left handed, which they said yes. I then shipped the guitar to my daughter in Tucson. She finally took it out of the case to play it, and it was restring right handed. Eckroth Music-Fargo should know a left-handed guitar even without me reminding them. It was unfortunate and a huge inconvenience for my daughter.

Always extremely helpful and when you rent student instruments you can use half of the total rent towards the purchase of a new instrument. So I paid $700 for a $1,400 violin after renting for 4 years.

Great customer service! Quality supplies. There was a time were I was disappointed there, once. I had a clarinet that needed work done on it. It took them 3-4 months to get it done! It wasn't much work! Besides that, the employees are really friendly. I get all my instrument supplies there! They sell great string tuners, and Vandoren reeds. Thanks Eckroth!

I came here looking for a keyboard. They only had 2 options and one wasn't available to play. The employee didn't offer help or ask what we were looking for, even though we were the only ones in the store. We left and purchased a keyboard at Schmitt Music who were very helpful and had many more available options.

We rent instruments for a couple of our kids here, and whenever there is a problem -- broken string, etc. -- I can simply bring it in and the folks here either a) fix that problem while I wait a few minutes, or b) swap out the current rental instrument for a different one. They make it EASY, and the store is always calm and quiet. I'm very glad we go to Eckroth.

He didn't have what I needed in stock, offered to order it, but then pointed me a couple blocks away to a place that specialized in the $5 part I needed. Had a nice a supply of student guitars, violins and basic accessories. Thanks Eckroth Music!

Daughter gets her music here. She has a maintenance program set up to check her instrument periodically & it's worth the cost. If her instrument needs repair, it's covered under this maintenance & they (Richard for one) are very prompt.
