Great Used gear shop for musicians of all skill levels. I've been coming in every so often for a few years now, and they always have an interesting and heavily rotating selection of all kinds of amps, pedals, Guitars and basses. They also give a fair price for your trade in's and stuff you just want to sell. Check em out if you're in the area.

This is not Guitar Center nor do they pretend to be. No frills music shop that deals in trades / online sales. If you want a 59 Les Paul go to Carters in Nashville. If you want a fair price or even great price on gear you have researched and are informed about - this is your place. I bought an amp in primo condition from these guys for $200 less than another exact amp advertised on Reverb. Always friendly staff is helpful and willing to barter. I love this place.

Better than it used to be, but it still feels like a glorified pawn shop. I think their goal is just to move gear as quickly as possible. I swapped an amp for a Strat they had, and one of the tone controls didn't even work. Not a big deal, as I upgraded all the wiring anyway, but you can tell they don't really go through the gear to make sure everything is functional. They had a fairly beat vintage Boss CE-2 they were asking top dollar for, and one of the knobs was falling off. Seems like you'd take the time to at least tighten up a set screw before attempting to sell a vintage pedal. The guys there are nice enough, but don't seem particularly knowledgeable about gear. Also, I found it interesting that they turned around and listed my amp for $1400 on Craigslist when it costs less than $1200 brand new.

Amazing place. Lots of things to see. Drums, saxophones, guitars, violins, they got everything! Went in today to see if I could sell my guitar and amp but couldn’t unfortunately. You win some you lose some. Walked out with a drum kit though, very good price! Jason was very helpful and nice during the entire process. Even helped carry it out to the car! Very good music shop!

Have a good selection of musical equipment. Some new and some used. Deals can be had, prices are very fair. They buy used equipment and offer a fair price. Call to make sure items offered on website are still available before drive to location as items tend to move fast.

Awesome store! Really great selection for being all used gear. I came in one day looking for a tube amp and they had this little blackstar that was perfect. It was like 2 minutes within closing and they still let me play it and buy it. Really friendly guys and they gave me way more for my amp than I thought I would get. This is the best shop in town! You can always find a used treasure here, we have bought so much gear from these guys and we always get a killer deal on a great score. Used amps, vintage and unique guitars, outboard gear, keyboards, cases...they have it all! It changes every day and it's worth checking in to see what they have. Also, they buy gear and pay good $$$ for it when you need cash to get something else, and they also take trades on gear which is huge!! 10/10, these guys are the BEST in Denver!!!!!

Gravity Music Gear has always been extremely reliable. I acquired an amplifier from them the first time I visited the store have been satisfied with the quality of the amplifier and the level of service and professionalism. I have also conducted multiple purchases via the telephone where Gravity has given me honest advice again. Overall they are a good business and treat customers fairly. It has come a long way in the last 2 years. It was off and on pretty sparse in there and not much staff. But my latest visit with my brother who bought a beautiful beautiful instrument at a very good price., the place had changed quite a bit it was well stocked with guitars electric and acoustic guitars as well as several nice amps. There was plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand. I will return. I'm happy I gave it another chance. One or two bad experiences is no reason not to give a business another go. Especially a local business.

The store itself is a great store. As far as selling your gear to them goes- they’re kind of fair. That’s the best way I can put it. They claim to give the highest offer right off the bat. Sure, whatever. I’ve sold to them a lot. I appreciate doing business with them. Just know that they’re at least going to offer you 30% below retail value, and then mark it up at least 40% to make their money. All good and standard resale practices. What else can you expect I suppose. If you don’t know a lot about the items you’re bringing to them though- they’ll probably take advantage of that. Shopping here is awesome and the guys are knowledgeable, the prices for customers (rather than the sellers) are alright.

I recommend Gravity if you want a quick buyer for your gear, or if you're like me, you can trade for something cool that comes in and end up with more gear than you have space for.

A kind of quirky little store specializing in used instruments mainly guitars a wide selection of price points and types of guitars. They also have some band instruments and other music equipment the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I saw their ad on Craigslist called and then they put the item on hold and I went in and paid for it and picked it up. It was a very easy process and I would do it again.
