I'm so glad this place is right up the block from me, I ordered a guitar through their website but it was out of stock and they worked with me to get a different one. Really appreciate them, completely recommend

This is the best music store I've been to! I had to get my instrument fixed urgently but I forgot to bring a piece of my instrument. The technician and the employees were willing to wait until I brought my part back. They stayed for about an hour and a half and fixed my instrument perfectly. Highly recommend it

Amazing customer service and Knowledgeable . The guys were great. Did not have exactly what I wanted but did have a great selection. Ended up getting a guitar and a few other things. Not many places left that care about their customers but this place puts them first. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be back. .

Marty and Will have this shop and the run it like bosses. Every time I break my guitar or need my strings changed I take it in and it always looks better than when I dropped it off. I would leave 6 stars if I could!!!

These guys and ladies are great. I have a older acoustic model Takamine guitar which plays so sweet, but alas, with time the electronics on the internal pickup failed. I was trying to get by using a piezo Dean Markley pickup seated in the sound hole, but it just sounded nowhere as good. I tried going to other repair shops to get it fixed but I was told that the item was out of stock, not made anymore and not available anywhere. Bummer.... I went to the Guitar Center to see if they could just modify/fix the issue by inserting a new internal pickup. The wonderful guitar/instrument tech told be about a small American company that made replacement parts that should get the active pickup working, not an OM part, but he told me that they have a good reputation. He installed the new electronics ...... and man ... it works really great, I swear even better than the original pickup, much more tonal response/control spectrum. They brought my Baby Cakes back to life. Thanks Guys and Ladies.

Love the community feel of this little music shop. My daughter attends weekly violin lessons and the staff knows my family (and dog) on a first name basis. Not the lowest prices in town but some of the friendliest faces that you'll do your musical business with.
