This is the only place I will purchase equipment. Great customer service. I recently purchased a high value item, that was damaged from the manufacturer. Functionally 100% working just a cosmetic flaw, and no questions asked was exchanged for brand new, with opening and inspecting the new product with me in store. Love that I can still shop for such specialized products locally!

I was expecting a great experience. Am not sure about it now This is a review to all buyers. I went to buy a Pionner REV7 controller. Enrique was very friendly and told me someone cancelled one order of this item and I could buy it but due that person asked for an oddisey carry bag too, I have to purchase both if I wanted. Ok I need that, so I agreed even when I feel they pushed the sale with a condition, Enrique was very nice with me. I asked to see the controller, they told me was a closed box so I couldn't. I paid and the controller went out to set it on the case/bag, was covered by the white wrap all the time. The thing is when I got home and took the controller outside the plastic I realize the jogs where already placed in the controller and some nobs where used/moved. This is, someone already opened this box and played or tried the thing before. As far as I knew a brand new Rev 7 have the plates/jogs aside so you have to place them. The item looks clean new and so far works but now is in my head that probably they sold me a refurbished item or open box at the price of a brand new. I hope not.

So I ordered a few things back in November. Two totems and some lights. Needless to say but FedEx lost the lighting portion of the package. It took two months of fighting with FedEx to get them replaced. Enrike and the guys at 123dj never gave up battling them and got my lights replace! These guys are amazing.

Had my dj controller stolen a couple of weeks ago. Called and Juan picked up and he was able to set me up with a replacement right away. He wasn’t pushy to try and close the sale. He wanted to make sure he understood what I needed. When I went to pick up my replacement equipment, Enrike assisted me as well, since Juan was off that day. Ordered a “complete” DJ system to round out my back up/secondary small gig rig. Firstly - the speakers were out of stock, with no timeframe for availability. No problem, these guys upgraded my speakers at no extra charge. Second - flight case for my controller was out of stock, these guys tried a couple different models for replacement, unfortunately, they just didn’t fit. Again, no problem, they kept me up to date on the status of the back order. These guys went above and beyond to fulfill my order, got everything shipped on time(at least what they could control), and everything arrived very well packaged. I will keep going business with this company. Service has been top notch.

Best customer service ever. These guys are literally THE BEST in the business. I was mostly interested in getting set up with two KRK Rokit 5s and they had everything and more to help me. But what really does it for me is their customer service. They're open all the time and if you just give them a call to ask about anything related to your purchases (even with other 3rd party audio equipment) they are always more than happy to help. They're super knowledgeable about anything you'd need help with -- they don't just sell you the stuff and wish you good luck; they'll spend tens of minutes on the phone with you resolving any problems you might have or questions.

I originally left negative feedback, but after talking to Neil the customer service manager and he explaining the current issues at hand, I will retract my negative feedback. Neil is currently working on everything and I trust he will come through with it all. After Neil explained the issues with staffing, the issues with shipping companies damaging product, I understand why he will not ship it via UPS or FedEx. I am.excitwd to he working with them and even more excited to get the product!! This company just like many other companies are dealing with trying to get products in a efficient amount of time and dealing with the ever rising costs of the products they get from manufacturers.

I was in the market for a whole speaker set up, didn't know where to go. Everything I could get at best buy and places like that was amateur at best and wasn't very flexible so needed to go for a professional sound system. I ended up going here 4 times with a different budget every time and though I paid out the nose, it was worth every penny. The staff was incredibly helpful and comprehensive of my problems and had a great knowledge of all sorts of sound systems at different price ranges.

I called and spoke with a very helpful person who let me know what comparable item they had in stock and reassured me that it would actually be shipping from California (not Chicago) and would arrive early the next week (I needed them by Thursday). Ordered (1) One JBL 515XT. Everything was fantastic up to the shipping portion. It's very logical that if you are shipping $500 worth of merchandise you would require a signature. I have no problem with that. I had to work all week and could not sacrifice a day off from work. The speaker in question was arriving on Thursday. I had no idea what time. I called 123DJ to see if they could redirect the package to my work address a block and a half away from my house. They said I could not despite the fact that FedEx told me that they were the only ones that could. In the end I stayed home and missed a day of work to receive my speaker. The initial service and pricing can't be beat...follow through is VERY much lacking. If I didn't take a day off my customers event would be ruined. This is not how you run a business.

I have three good reason 123 DJ is one of the place to go too if you in the market to purchase a DJ system. First off all they prices is unbeatable in the market. The reason I said that is because I purchase a Pioneer DDJ-1000srt, a pair of Mackey Thump 15A and more. Second the staffs have the knowledge about all the equipment they talking about. For example Neil helps me put together the best DJ set without put a big hold in my pocket. He told me if I spending all that money on a DJ set put it in the best. Because I was planning to get an NS6ii and a DDJ- SB3 plus speaker and more, good thing for me the NS6ii was unavailable. Neil helps me make the best choice by choosing the best controller in the market and a better speaker and more. The final reason I love 123DJ because they have everything you need at one place from DJ controller to DJ cables. To conclude me (DjBeto) and 123DJ have a little up and down but we fix it very quick and very simple thanks to Neil. But that will not stopping from doing business with them, I am planning to go to Chicago this year to purchase a subwoofer from them. The experience I have from them was very good. Sometime you need to look pass all the bad comment people put online and give them a second chance. If you in the club business, please think about 123DJ.com you will save yourself a lot of money

I visited their location in Chicago, they are located on the 3rd floor of the building and no elevator is available. When I came in and asked for certain products they told me it was not in stock and had to be ordered and shipped to me. The guy that was there wasn't very helpful couldn't explain how a confetti cannon worked or where to insert the confetti. I did see a lot of stock in their showroom but they were hesitant to show me the products working. Was not too pleased with the experience.
