This store is hands down the best in Montana. We travelled from Bozeman (where we got terrible treatment at the Eckroth store) and the fine people at this location were outstanding. Perry and the team answered our questions, were patient, and helped us get everything set up. So grateful for their hard work! Thank you!

Reasonable music store for all your school band needs. They have a great selection. The service is a little slow however very attentive when it is your turn. Have no baseline so assume this is good place.

They were very friendly and helped me and my daughter find what we were looking for there prices are also lower then the other stores. Very nice music store.as far as the stores here in town I recommend them over the other stores they seem to have a better set up it lookes as tho they offer lessons but I'm not sure and there prices are lower.very good local store.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! Plus a great selection of sheet music for almost any instrument! My only critique would be that I wish there were more options for classical vocal music, but that’s coming from a vocalist who happened to wander into an instrument shop!

My husband and I are blown away at the level of customer service Mike and Cade and the other 2 employees from the Billings store just provided us. I am a professional musician from Pennsylvania in town to play for a wedding but due to circumstances had to rent a violin to replace my own. They both were phenomenal in asking what I was looking for in my rental violin and gave me great options to choose from all while showing such kindness to me, my husband and baby and were so calm, pleasant and truly seemed very happy to help me find the right fit of a violin. They knew their instruments and even helped pull violins that they knew would fit my Celtic style. They just could not have been anymore wonderful. Thank you so much for bending over backwards to make sure I had what I needed to perform and making it a really fun visit to the music store!!

We love Eckroth, as a band geek family we often rely on their expertise. We recently visited them for Reeds, my daughter insisted she knew what she needed but sure enough we needed their help and they were right on it. We've had to visit them for instrument cleanings and repairs and they're affordable and honest - there were times I thought I needed something extensive and they were quick to let me know what was truly needed and saved me a small fortune. I highly recommend them!

Great experience at Eckroth this morning and fantastic customer service. Rebecca was SO knowledgeable, and not only answered every question I had, but went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I have a few children interested in learning cello, and she patiently helped them test out the instrument. We will definitely be back!

Is very knowledgeable and gives good recommendations when asked. Has a lot of traditional band instruments at pretty reasonable prices. My child's instrument was used but in really good shape and the payment/rental prices is very reasonable.

Drones in Pursuit

By far the best music store in Billings. They have many accessories and a wide range of high-quality instruments for purchases and renting. However, they may not have the specific brands, such as Selmer, that one may be looking for. But, repairs are available here for a fairly reasonable price, the staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgable of the items offered in the store. Overall, this is my top choice for purchasing instrument accessories in Billings.
