Ivan is the only place I bring my guitars and basses to in Anchorage. They always come back playing better. I do my own work on inexpensive instruments. But for the nice stuff, I prefer the piece of mind that comes with a true craftsman’s work. Totally worth the investment. Ivan is also a wealth of knowledge about music gear, everything from Martin guitars to Fender basses, from guitar pedals to recording gear.

Ivan was really great about solving a complex electrical issue i was having with my bass. Cannot reccomend him more. I'm going to bring him more projects in the near future. EDIT: I had Ivan replace the pre-amp and pickups in another one of my basses and he did a phenomenal job! Is is a dream to play and listen to. Cannot reccomend enough!

Able to fix the truss rod on an old Fender when the end was not turning the rod. Complete fix in 10 minutes. Very affordable and saved the original neck from replacement.

This is the place in anchorage that you should go for guitar repairs. Don’t be confused by the sign that says Fleck, just go into Petr’s violin and guitar central.
