Mammoth Music is the best! I've gone in countless times over the years, and always had great service. I bought my Taylor from them a while back, and came back for my girlfriend's Martin. Their crew has always been helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I've taken my guitars in for adjustments periodically and they give great, quick service. Most recently, one of the employees, Santos, went above and beyond in helping us track down a case for my girlfriend's guitar before we leave the state. I've been to most of the music stores in town, and Mammoth has always been my favorite. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

I had a bass guitar setup. It was purchased elsewhere and needed an initial setup. The action is perfect, all strings/frets play perfectly with no buzzing. They did a very nice job. It took about a week, but they wanted to make sure my instrument was in the correct humidity before working on it; they made sure the job was done right! And, the guys in the shop were great. Cool local business!

I have shopped at Mammoth since 1987. I like being able to buy anything from a high end effects Pedal to a set of matched Tubes. They have whaat you need or they can get it. you never know what you may find also, a lot of people do not realize the gear that ends up in Alaska! Mammoth will treat you right , Acoustic, Electric , Live Sound, Lighting , Parts, Drums and Lessons! What more do you need!

Mammoth will sell you what you need for anything not a brass or woodwind instrument related except they stock reeds because they are noncommission sales people. Fb marketplace and cli will have you constantly getting the wrong stuff.

Great customer service. The guys here are were knowledgeable both times I stopped by and even though I don't know much about microphones they were very kind and patient. I appreciate their professionalism and treating me with respect. They also have a great selection of instruments and seemed willing to help me get in stock what ever I needed.
