Reviews of Walk of Fame Park
Kelly Ruston
Cute little spot to sit and relax right across from the Country Music Hall of Fame before you walk the rest of the block up to Honky Tonk Highway. It's not very big so it won't take long to walk around, and it is free. The stars are given to people who make a significant contribution to the music industry and have a connection to Nashville so you'll see names like Tootsie in addition to select musicians.
Brianna Wright
1/24/22
Walked around to check out the stars! I enjoyed seeing who all I knew of. The music hall of fame museum was right across the street. About a 8 min walk from Broadway.
Haley Canby
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I loved it here. Getting to see all the stars of my favorite singers made my vacation. My kids were crabby so I would advise bringing small children. The bar strip was just lit up and blasting with live music. Everybody was so friendly and accepting. I def would love to go back again some time
Sam Ogles
Beautiful park right in the heart of Nashville, but far enough away from the boardwalk to relax and enjoy some sunlight. Nashville has some rich history and the Walk of Fame is a good way take a break between museums or other sights nearby.
Josiah Dahlstrom
This was a cool park. Music influences us all and these stars have really created an impact. Thanks for making difference.
Picky Jim
A nice place to take a break from the Honky Tonk Highway or after visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame. From the website, "The stars on the Walk of Fame, spanning genres and generations, honor those that make, create, record, perform, and present music to and for the world. The Walk of Fame is uniquely Nashville and completely Music City." Picky's Recommendation: there are some surprises among the listed stars; people you would not expect to be in Nashville across from the CMHoF. Worth a visit and doesn't take too long.
Trevor Sparks
What a location to honor bands and musicians! My wife and I enjoyed our visit to the Walk of Fame Park.
One of the best free things to check out.
Matt Hutchings
It's a nice touch but will only take a few minutes to go through it. The stars show some of the celebrities but little information further beyond that.
Oscar Diaz
Decent little "walk" of Fame. Across from Country Music Hall of Fame. Could be cleaned better for a park.
Brandon Sims
He’s gone country, look at them boots.
Austin Hossfeld
This was a spot on our trip to Nashville that we had planned. As we went during the COVID-19 pandemic, some attractions were closed, most notably The Country Music Hall of Fame across the street. This is still a nice little walk where you can see some familiar names. Some of the dates that they were added surprised me, but there is a good variety of names here. A nice grassy area accompanies the park and apparently is good for yoga.
Brandi (Brandi)
It was ok. smaller than I thought. figured ther would be a lot of different celebs. It was a local hangout for a lot of the homeless in the area. It also was a rain storm that day so we didn't get to stay long.
beautiful world
You should see it... its free and right across the hall of fame museum.
Karen Bland
It was ok...not sure what qualifies artists to get a star...not all were county musicians...and some I felt should have had a star way earlier than it was given to them. The area was riddled with homelessness and a bit sketchy.
Jolene V Xiong
Love walking through this path! It's a nice view of Nashville skyline!
Sara Beth Wade
It's not that special, just a few names in the pavement. It's kind of fun to see who's there, but it's just a park square in the end. This section is an extension to the Country Hall of Fame across the street.
Nicholas Reynolds
Small downtown park right across the street rom the Predators Bridgestone arena.close to everything downtown and just enough space to walk a dog or sit back and relax for a second. There are a few tables and a drinking fountain, not much else. The city hosts many events here year round.
Marcy Hamrick
This is a quick stop while in Nashville. It only takes 5 minutes to see it all but I’m glad we did. Cool to see it’s not all country music. There were markers for Christian musicians and other significant people in Nashville. There were some homeless people in the park next to it but nobody bothered us at all and we felt safe.
Rachel Webb
Definetely a cool place to check out if you're looking for something free and easy to find. There were a lot of people sleeping on the benches and grass in the area, but everyone kept to themselves.
Swan Spirit
Fantastic, now one of my favorite get away spots. Friendly people, clean, so much to do and see!
Charene Robinson
While in Nashville...
Well, it's a free exhibit and we decided to check it out. It was kind of fun to see the starts for Johnny Cash, Elvis and Dolly Parton.
It's not quite like the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Hollywood, but it's Country Music's way of honoring their top legends.
We enjoyed taking the 5 minutes to look at the names and snap a few pics, but it's just ok.
Jess McConnell
Nice, small park. Quite heavily trafficked with tourists. Gobs if homeless panhandlers. Good meet-up spot.
Chris Hall
Fun place to visit. Quite a few familir bands and singers monuments here.
Avalus
It's a nice tribute to the stars who have literally and figuratively paved the way for country music and made it a household industry. The sidewalk is interspersed with concrete slabs among some of the biggest names in country. My primary concern is the amount of trash and homeless people throughout the park. I had to literally step by a few who were congregating and sleeping right next to some of the tributes. It's very sad, and I don't think they should be forced out, but it would be nice if the City of Nashville took more time to relocate them into a place that's less likely to bump up against a high-traffic tourism area.
Yuwen Lee
Nice and clean park in the musical downtown of Nashville!
It's great to have a sunbath here during warm sunny day after a long cold winter. ❄️
And also, watching party buses and bikes running around is such a fun part for tourist!🤹
Wendell Doe
Fun to walk around and play Frisbee. And people watch. Did see an officer telling a bum sleeping on the bench to leave which was nice. There's alot of bums downtown and when leaving we seen a bum on the sidewalk laying in his own urine and pants pulled almost all the way down. That was absolutely disgusting. Other than that the park itself was nice.
Lori Perry
Hard to locate; We walked by it twice before realizing. Free area in a park near Country music hall of Fame. Many homeless share the park.
Dinesh Ghimire
Pride of Tennessee. Love the scenario at night time. 😍 Full on music moooood.... …
Ozark Ldy
These are really fun to see! Thought we were going to an actual park but much more a square on the edge of downtown hoopla, fun, music, amazing food, bars, souvenir shops, museums, symphony hall & the old Ryman theater. All very appropriate for family during the day. BE ADVISED at nightfall, streets become "grownup" atmosphere & Walk of Fame is where many homeless congregate. None of which bothers me but not the best climate for kids as I herded my 12 year old back to our car. Answered her "Why?" with "Because it's like Sturgis with less leather & more clothing 😂 "
Dave Dreyer
Wicked cool to see so many of my favorite artists honored for their contributions to country music!
Leah Underwood
Small I almost missed it! Right in front of the Country Music Museum. It’s a quick stop on your way to Broadway.
Richard Tickle
So much information about Nashville, beautiful park setting with Bell towers and a food court with a farmers' market. This is a place you will want to spend several hours of walking, taking pictures and feasting in the comfort of the food court. We were in Nashville in mid-March the weather was pleasant, and the tourist population was less.
wendy bestpitch
Awesome place but under construction at the moment
Angelina Henegar
Puts me in mind of rodero drive but why not have one for the country singers after all it is the music capital #nashville I have way too many videos I had taken of the walk of fame and not sure how to upload it or I would. That too was a good time
Things In Nashville
Back before Covid this park had lots of different events. It is still a great place to just relax and chill. Walk around and see all the stars representing all the famous musicians. I'll add more pictures later.
Kelly Valinsky
Nice little park. Wasn't busy when we came, but it is January.
Kassandra Collins
Cool venue. Lots of differnt events held in and around the building, from Taylor Swift to SEC.
V.M. Marinco
Nice (small) park next to the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, TN. If you are in the area stop in, but don't make a special trip. 5 minutes is all you need to check it out.
Sarah Ram (Sarah)
Just a wonderful experience, everyone is so polite, friendly and helpful! I'm in LOVE with Nashville TN
Jackie Becker
Fun stop, and pretty and well kept park! Can get great photos with your favorite “star”.
Belinda Diggles
It’s free takes 5- 10 minutes to look at them
Ryan Winterbauer
Cool place. Alot of homeless people though.
Amanda Hatfield
Smaller than I expected but still cool.
Madison Flatman
went early in the morning so it wasn’t as busy. Super cool to see if you’re in the area visiting the Hall of Fams museum but would advise parking far away & walking if you’re there just to see the walk of fame as the parking was 30.00 for a 2 hour trip.
There was a tree that most likely got knocked down from the previous nights storm covering the star of Johnny Cash.
Tomas Chaloupka
Nice little touch front of Country music hall of fame.
Thomas Sutter
This city is full of music!!! It was great and we had really fun there!!👌🎸🎶🎷🎤 …
garreth marshall
Great view and very nice place to visit
VL Benton
Enjoyed walking down memory lane to see the plaques of stars. I'd like the city to give more care & attention to the area. The walking area had bird debris on the walk & seating areas . With the weather hitting over 90 degrees it needs more shaded area for guests when using the park for festivals & such.
Marina
Pretty cool to walk to if you're already on Broadway!
Jude Quick
Amazing . Just wish they would keep the area cleaned up
Alexander Hohmeyer
Good photo op with some of the current and past country music star stars, nice little park
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum across the street
Jerry Jackson Jr
Such a great little place in the heart of Music City! Saw many of my hero's stars.
Jesika Croom
Lots of stars to check out. A few benches and shaded areas. Directly across from the country music hall of fame building.
Georgie Bogle
There's so much to do.... budget some time to come out for bars, music and sights. We only got to come out for a few hours and got to see so much but not enough time to see it all.
(Drink in photo was at Honky Tonk Central, live music was excellent)
MnB family
Beautiful area to relax in with benches to sit down and a beautiful field while looking at the city. My 4 stars is only because of my expierance this day but I'm sure it's not like that all the time. My experience was a drunken man hollering and yelling just causing a huge scene 🤣 …
Elayne Chavez
Some homeless people in that park but good to walk through.
Windfall Marshall
Uniquely beautiful Park to showcase Country Music's greatest performers!
Brenda Cruz
I'm here in Tennessee for 2 days. I have always wanted to meet Brenda Lee since my Parents named me after her. I know that's probably not going to happen,so we're going tomorrow afternoon for a photo with her star on the walk of fame instead. 😞 It will be placed on my living room wall as my "I almost met Brenda Lee!" Remembrance! 😆
wendell Doe
Had fun playing Frisbee in the center of the park. Kinda felt like I was in NYC for a minute. Nice park
Joel Carter
Well deserving artists in the hall of fame. Come see their plaques! Beautiful park if you don't mind the homeless population in the area. Go with a friend if you'd like to feel more comfortable.
JD Chez
Great outdoor place to enjoy downtown Nashville.
William Viverette
Give him what it is this park is sadly understated. Yes, all the stars are there. But there are also quite a few homeless sleeping in the park, people riding through the park on scooters - kids, yet, ignoring the rules. It really could use some sprucing up, maybe some nice shrubs and plants and flowers. It is sadly kind of drab.
Natasha McBride
It's a pretty area! A must see if you love country music! Hopefully they add more stars to it!
Sarah Burkhardt
Wasn’t marked super well but definitely a fun place to check out!
Flor Ba
It's a good idea but it needs more. Went there with more expectations maybe. Just the plaques on the floor
Tdb
Seen Tony hawk doing a skate board show for donations
Dan Andrews
Great place at night to blow bubbles. Beware that there are a lot of homeless people that often stay here
Sean Willeford
Quiet park across from the Hall of Fame.
Michael Fisher
Nice park. It looks like it is new so the plantings need some help. It will be a very pretty park once they grow some. The plaques for the famous musicians were fun to visit.
Sharon D Tillman
I happened upon the park so exciting and peaceful despite being in the middle of downtown Nashville:)
Sara Mendez
Homeless people laying on every bench and walkway. Not as interesting as I thought.
Jacob M
Nice to see some big country singers!
Nate Hayes
Cool little park in the hart on Nashville right next to the the museum
Brianna Hicks
It was so neat to see once we found it. We enjoyed taking photos with some of our favorites "stars."
borai beelen
Right in time for the beerfestival! Bands are playing, you can get some food from food trucks and of course... Beer!
Kat S
Outside walk of fame paying tribute to legends! Here are some pictures of my favorite artist.
William Ramirez
Very nice and visited park...great events can be held in there...thank you...
Veronique La Femme Unique
Had so much fun riding rental bikes at night!
Jessica Mac Farlane
Dirty. Doesn't feel safe. This park seems to have a homeless camp. Vomit and feces all over the grounds. If you choose to visit this location, go during the day.
Brenda Johnson
I took pictures of almost all the stars on the Walk of Fame, and put them all on a CD, in order to have a great memory of going to Nashville. Now, when I miss Nashville altogether, I just watch the images on the CD. It is so AWESOME to look at!👍👍 I sure miss Nashville, so I will definitely have to return!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😄😄 …
Sandra Bergeron
Surprisingly clean porta johns.
Matt Latsha
Looking for a nice place to sit at a bench and admire nicely mown grass? This works. Want to see the plaques of country music stars the city wants to honor? This is your place. Want a flat area to let your kids run around for a few minutes? This gets the job done.
There's not much else to say. It's a block-sized green area whose claim to fame is that it is Nashville's version of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Steps away from major points in lower Broadway, it's the easiest place to rest your time without being accosted with loud music.
Kent Fink
Always a good tyme in Nashville, TN.
jenii911
So awesome!!! I got to take photos of every star on the walk of fame! It was raining so that sucked but other than that it was so cool to ba able to see such history. It was very well taken care of as well.
Kat Marie
Nice
Ted Giraldin
It is so neat to stand in the middle of all the great attractions here in Nashville and just think about the stories, the lives, the loves, the music... the careers that have been made and not made in this mecca of country music. Even if you aren't the biggest country music fan, you can't help but get caught up in it just being here!
Bonnie Lee Lewis
As always I feel my life fast forward to awards etc when I was younger then left that..anyhow walk of fame reminds me everyday I camd back with A listers and there is nowhere to go but forward...
Ken & Tina
It's difficult to rate any one area independent of greater Nashville itself. The Music Walk of Fame is a great idea with a fun way to come see the stars. 5 stars for the concept!
Unfortunately Nashville is home to a noticeable amount of homeless citizens and many public areas smell like urine. Combine that with vomit from the previous evenings patrons. The lack of nightly cleanup has a tremendous impact on the desirability of the downtown area. Savannah parties hard but keeps their streets clean and beautiful. What's happening in Nashville !!?? Get it together ......
JusA Piece
Beautiful place to honor musicians. The location across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame makes this a must see. It is a great place to check out and take in all that is around you
Tammy Kesey
Largest city park unisex PUBLIC restroom that's open 24/7..... Nashville does not have porta potties or public restrooms that can be used 24/7..... it's really bad to have all the bars and drinking and no restrooms to use on your long walk back to your car in the overpriced pay 2 Park area that you was fortunate to find havimg. been stuck in a long traffic jam on your visit to downtown Nashville
Melissa C (Melissa)
We visited during the Fourth of July holiday and it was busy with bouncy houses and other family-friendly activities. It looked like every enjoyed their day!
donny simpson
I liked the fact that they didn't have everybody that has ever played a song. They had a select few of the very best musicians. My opinion.
Elijah Whites
Great place. I went in the early morning, so I could only see what wasn't being slept on by the hobos in the park. P.s downtown Nashville smell terrible in the mornings. Trash and sewage is the combo.
Shannon Knight
Not really what I was expecting. Guess I thought would have more information on the artists. Many homeless people and skateboarders made it a quick walk through instead of a longer visit. Not as easy to find as I thought it would be either.
Codrin Arsene
It's a cute little walk of fame featuring various country music singers. Not really impressive through their design of "stars" or breath of singles represented. It does not warrant a repeat visit is what I'm getting at I guess.
Stephen Schmitt
We visited on the first day of spring so there really wasn't much going on yet. The grounds were well-kept and the stars were fun to see.
mad zax
Don't miss this. After all it's why most people come to Nashville. This is music history and you can learn about all the great ones. Great place to go on a nice day.
Trish K
A small star studded walk immediately across from the main enterance to the country music hall of fame. Nice grassy area in the center with some benches. You will see stars for Dolly Parton, Reba McIntyre and Kenny Rogers as well as Luna C Naff who is the woman responsible for putting the Ryman on the map
Dave Higgins
Nice place to take walk.
John Zeman
Some of the letters were very hard to read . It looks like it's not been well taken care of. ☹️
Korena Davis
Price was pretty steep however we knew the vehicle was safe and for the time we were gone it wasnt to horrible
jodi trottier
It's worth going to say you were there and saw it, but if you didn't go looking for it you would never know it's there. It's a nice, clean, well shaded walkway.
Kim Prestel
What a very well kept park! Preds Fest!
Harry Vasels
Nice way to honor our music makers
Chuck Smith
Had a blast, definitely worth your time. Cant wait to go back. If you like country music, put this on you're bucket list!
Christopher Prchal
Great view of the river. I nice walking trails with great landscaping and even a pet park. Even the views os Ascend Ampatheater are majestic.
Pustin Prudolph
Nice place to meet with people. Though I'm a homebody, it's cool to watch the sunset in that area.
Rob Hemker
Nice park to walk through when wandering around downtown Nashville. Especially convenient when taking the walking bridge to Nissan stadium if you park on that side of the river.
rob tolle
If you love music this place is for all music lovers you can review history and see your famous stars before and after they became a hit see all their gold records and as well as Elvis Presley's Cadillac amongst all others who have made it into the music world recommend this place for everyone great family place
Bridget Neibel
Well this is a nice area there is sometimes some sketchy characters that loiter around as well other then that nice spot
Lanell Williams
Nice open park in the downtown area. Clean, minimal public - great for social distance!
Zoe Owen
Great place to take pictures!
Sam Nafzger
Preds play game 3 at Bridgestone no watch party
Tiffany Betts
Such a neat thing to see! Worth stopping by to check it out ❤
Jason Jockomo Cares
What a spectacular and beautiful place! A must visit for all, you won't be sorry unless you miss out on the chances to experience some incredible sights and info.
John E
Nice park to sit and rest, that is if you can handle a few homeless laying around.
Kelley Woodard
The Starz the Starz very awesome..
Guillermo E Martinez
One of my best places i been
Katelyn Ascheman
This was cool, we got here early in the morning and there were many homeless people around the walk.
Melissa Blietz
We enjoyed it even though we aren't a big country family. My kids love Elvis and Johnny Cash though!
Melissa Alewine
I really love seeing this park.
CT Steil
Like most everything in Nashville, it's great if you love country music, not so much if you don't. Clean park, well kept.
Jon Odi
Nice place for sightseeing and walk around
Tasha Cole
Enjoyed walking the path of stars. Everything around it was gross though. Trash everywhere. But path was nice.
AJC Travel Bug
Check it out!
Nice little walk right off Broadway
Zgierz Morales
Amazing place immortalizing the country music legends.
Laura Batey
Not as impressive as I would have expected. Nice history of country music but would have enjoyed more information on the artists - bio, hits, interesting tidbit.
Steven MacKendree
Nice little quiet spot right off of the pedestrian bridge. Our son loves the fountain
Kelley Evans
Not as big as I thought it would be. But it was fun to find the names of our favorites.
Terri Garcia
This is one happening town. While most of the places feature country music you can check out places like the City Winery for special guests and the 1st floor of Acme Seed & Feed is sure to surprise you.
Addison Morgan
It was great to walk around and take pictures of all the stars in the ground! The walk was much shorter than I expected, but still good.
Brian Courtney
Nice park to visit.
Tom U
Smells like urine and there are homeless everywhere. People not keeping their dogs on leashes, letting them run wherever. I didn't really see the point of visiting this park whatsoever.
Gabriel Garcia
Cool walk way honoring musicians with plaques. Right across from the Country Music Hall of Fame. Some of the plaques could use a cleaning / scrub.
Mel Bentz
Very crowded tourist trap. Like walking down Hollywood & Highland, Melrose or Bourbon Street. Dont miss it but plan other activities too.
Martin J Cremaldi
Was disappointed, I thought therr would be a lot more starts. Nashville needs to help the homeless situation, I felt like we were in NYC.
Carol Wandemberg
Beautiful park in downtown nashville
Paul Darrow
Had a ball !! Preds game was great, e everybody was nice !! Food trucks were great . Only negative was beer was way too high !!
Louise Cormier
Not much to see, just names in a walkway. Lots of homeless sleeping at the park... kind of sad.
Garrett Grasshoff
Cool to see the stars. Not very many but cool to see regardless.
Cheryl Williams
It is awesome. Very peaceful place to just walk through and see all the stars with names here across from museum.
Ashley Rioux
Cute place to see. Needs more things for kids to do tho. Could add some more unique plaques
Mike Howard (HeavyArms)
Inside is pretty cool but it's $32 just to park.
Bill Packheiser
The variety of musicians on the walk of game is amazing and very cool!
Lalo Ajuria
Sparse but decent place to walk the dogs for the area.
Angela Edwards
Good to visit for a short time.
Natalie Thornton
Great to snap a few pics but other than the walk of stars not much to see.
Ernesto Ramos
I work next door to this park and believe me I had a blast learning a lot of these Hall of Fame singers Etc it was a history moment for me
Debbie Little
Came to Nashville to see family & CMA Fest. Always a great time. Very crowded however everyone is so pleasant.
david gould
It was just okay I think it would have been better if we had done the audio tour but we did not.
Cherish Stalnaker
Nice place to take the kids.
Wisdom Mills-Owoo
I love the idea of this, but the park doesn't seem complete. But it was still a nice thing to check out. It's a short walk from the strip
Bryan Kipke
Good little park just off of Broadway and Honky Tonk row, and right in front of the Country Music Hall of Fame. There is always something going on at the park.
Eric Kierstead
Very clean and not overdone. The city could do more with it, to make it a bigger attraction. But really its fine as-is.
Francesca Wellman
A very interesting place to visit and learn about artists like dolly parton Elvis Presley Kris Kristofferson the clothes they wore at the time and much much more it is worth looking round highly recommended
Joel Mattews
An experience even to the most seasoned of country music fan theres always something that you did not know and great experience for everyone needs to go I would advise
Dwayne S. Jones
Beautiful place to visit and enjoy your day with family and friends alike.
Mark Pennington
Fabulous so Mary stars, I got all starry eyed!!!!
Christina Barrett
I REALLY enjoyed this pace.....it was fun to see who made it in before others.....look forward to going back in a few years and see who else has been added
Darlene Wells
My husband and I was in the process of moving to Oklahoma and stopped for the night in Nashville I loved it
Wish I had more time to spend here
Nerys Mispel
Super cool 😎 this place is so pretty. …
melissa f
Stars were cool to see but definitely needed better landscaping and to clean the stars off.
Cindy Malanowski
Was a neat little walk to see the stars that have their names on it. Surprised by some of the names because I thought it was for all country singers.
Fred Stanton
Brought back memories of some greats
Susan “Suzie” None of
Spacious and handicapped accessibly
Warren Bays
Enjoyed the opportunity of being able to watch the fireworks there and NOT be crunched in with 150,000 on Broadway and Riverfront park.
Phillip Winkler
Okay went there and the walk is short, wasnt much going on at the park....however, downtown was amazing!! Expect to pay 35 dollars for parking.
MarieAshley Carringer
It was really nice..I enjoyed it.
Kristina Carlisle
This was really cool to see some American Music History.
Ryne Chandler
The updated park is wonderful. the event space is lovely and you have great access to downtown.
Jodi Conley
Not much to review. It was fun to see the "stars" and a nice short walk from the strip.
Judy Quick

Broderick Johnson
