Beautiful place❤️🖤💚. They are closed on Mondays but I took these thru the windows. They open Tuesday starting at 1pm. I can't wait to walk around and really see what's inside. I would love to Volunteer there couple hours out of the week.
I think it's free, maybe they take donations I'm not really sure

Great place to learn about the history of Minnesota's African Americans. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and volunteers.

The Minnesota African American Museum is smaller than I expected, but surpassed my expectations of the immense amount of Minnesota African American history it incompassed. I was greeted quite warmly the moment I stepped into the entry. The displays are immaculate quality and accurately informative. As stated before Enjoy the experience. I will definitely recommend everyone who is a lover of American history to visit the museum.
