Reviews of Motts Military Museum, Inc.
One of the best military museum I ever visit. Many rare precious historical things to discover here in door, and many military equipment outdoor. Ask them if you have questions regarding history of any items, they will explain the interesting history of them and show you the unique things in the museum. Strongly recommend this museum!
Bigger then first thought. A must see if you like military museums. In the process of adding a 911 section, already has some equipment on view from 911. Very informative, and I will be going back to take a little more time.
A truly great museum!! Fantastic story about the founding of this museum and it is a great place to see some really cool and interesting artifacts including guns cannons bombs planes helicopters boats trucks and tanks!
Incredible place! The history lesson could go on for days if you really took the time to visit each Era. We will be back! Definitely plan on spending a good chunk of your day here, or else you will feel extremely rushed and miss out on so much of our great nation's history. We'll done to the museum creators!!!!! My 13yr old loved the place.
A great way to spend a weekend day. Guys there are awesome ready to talk and share their knowledge. Very insightful. Would recommend it to any one who has not been there.
This museum in amazing! It is a must see. The care and dedication to detail is immaculate. It’s a clean and well run facility. We drove over 100 miles to visit this museum and we are so glad we did! Our tour guide Tom was the best!!! 🇺🇸
Was in the area for a USAF Security Police reunion - Kunsan Korea 1978. Told about this museum we had to visit. Well worth it! It covers from the Revolutionary War and even includes the space program. Of particular interest, there's a K9 tribute with a wall remembering the names of the over 4,000 Military Working Dogs (MWD) that served in Vietnam. I found "Thor" 76M5, I handled him in Udorn Thailand. A wonderful collection of historical memory's.
What a fascinating and vast collection of military artifacts! So many families have been generous with heirlooms dating back to the revolutionary war up through modern conflicts. This gem of a museum has something for everyone to enjoy, while it honors so many veterans as well as some famous people too who recognized the valor of our veterans. My three boys (22,19,13) were calling to each other to check out something they found in the displays, and then outside, among the tanks and aircraft, they were wide-eyed like when they were little. This museum is a must-see! Well worth the small admission price!
Mott's Military Museum is a very special place. It is a unique collection of fascinating historical items of military significance throughout America's history from the French and Indian Wars through modern day. We have visited several times now, and there is always something new to see that I missed before because the collection is so vast. You'll be greeted by volunteer veterans at the entrance, where you'll receive some brief information before exploring on your own. Awesome experience - highly recommend!!
Never knew this place was here. Heard about it on one of the news channels over the holiday. Cannot say enough great things about everything they have and how they honor the brave veterans that sacrificed so much. And that includes the service dogs and their handlers. So many artifacts and pieces and to see. Everything from the Civil War to Desert Storm. Absolutely amazed at everything that has been collected from donations and brought back from the wars. Could literally spend days there viewing everything. A true gem in the city of Groveport. Definitely worth visiting. Not only for the older generation to embrace history bit for the younger generation to see firsthand all the sacrifices made to get us where we are today. There is also going to be a 9/11 memorial soon. Has accumulated many pieces from that as well. Had the chance to listen to Mr. Motts explaining things to a family and their younger children. Adds so much to actually hear about history as well as see all the pieces from each era. EVERYONE needs to visit this museum. Words truly do not explain or do justice for how incredible this museum is.
This museum has a mind-boggling collection of military artifacts and the staff are friendly and personable. Unfortunately, this huge collection is crammed into a building WAY too small to do it justice. As a result, the display cases are so full it becomes a disjointed and jumbled mess that is difficult to fully appreciate. Literally a case of sensory overload and too much of a good thing. Additionally, many of the items in the display cases are low, to near floor level. In order to see them and read the description cards (which are small with small type font and hard to read) you have to kneel down on the floor to get close enough. My biggest complaint is that there were many instances of items that were period-incorrect for the display or the information cards were simply factually incorrect. It is not unusual for museums to get some things wrong, especially with ammunition and ordnance, but this museum was very disappointing in this respect. I discussed this with a member of the museum staff and was told that much of the information comes from the veterans who donate the items on display and is "how they remember it". This is understandable, as I'm an aging vet myself. But, I would expect some effort to make sure the items on display in a military history museum are described accurately and period correct.
What a gem!! So much to learn, and so much to see. You could honestly spend a whole week here and not see every little thing. There are uniforms, weapons, ammunition, medical kits, buttons, medals, ribbons, and a whole bunch of other memorabilia and artifacts from just about every major war. Outside there are helicopters, planes, tanks and other military vehicles that you can view close up, and an exact replica of Eddie Rickenbacker's home. The staff and volunteers here are all so knowledgeable (and many are veterans themselves). I am always amazed that this museum is not more crowded.
A unique opportunity to visit and view many decades of military history. Indoor and outdoor exhibits and is handicap accessible
I loved this museum. I greatly recommend it. Expect the best, you get the best. This has everything from all of the wars ranging from the Civil, Revolution, WWl, WWII, You name it and its there. It has many old models of everything. And that's not it. They have tanks, helicopters, anti tanks, and artillery. I strongly recommend you to go see this place and say hello to the friendly people there too.
It has so much on display inside. A good place to visit on a rainy day. An umbrella would be helpful on a rainy day... but no required.
This is one amazing collection of military history that one man has put together. From the Indian War to Afghanistan, Freedom train and into the the beyond of space, a bit of everything is to be seen. Very impressive and a must for history buffs.
As a long time central OH resident I left Mott's dismayed that I hadn't gone before, actually shocked by the depth and breadth of the offerings, and planning to go back soon. Everything was interesting but I think what got to me was how much memorabilia they had which had actually occupied the time and place in history being represented. A real gem, and easily worth the time and admission.
What an amazing collection! this place has everything you can imagine and more than some publicly owned museums. Warren is a wonderful host, if you are lucky he will be there to share a story or two.
Large but not overwhelming. Massive display of artifacts from all USA wars. Little or no narrative to provide context for the various conflicts. Well organized with note cards to describe each artifact. Modest outdoor display of military vehicles and planes. Replica of Eddie Rickenbacker boyhood home.
I love this place A Top 5 Military Location on my map. I have been here many times too do research and also enjoy the exhibits. Lots of very good information can be found here.
Went here for Howl of Duty '22, was a great experience for my young cub scout. Alot of interesting items, wonderful facts on ohio military veterans, and nice layout. There was also space items and histoey here as well. Nice 1-2 hour walk through th facility.
One of the best military museums I have ever been to. Staff is friendly, tons of artifacts from all US involved conflicts, Civil War stuff is amazing. The Vietnam War Dog Memorial is top notch and was honor to meet the handler! K-9 leads the way!
Amazing museum! Great experience and a great amount of information.
So many personal and one of a kind items. Amazing museum!
It's cramped packed full of military history from the Indian War to Iraqi freedom . With exhibits of Ohio veterans. I myself found the place very interesting . I would recommend this for anybody that's in the history or War Buffs
The greeters were friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to visit and learn. So many rare articles that bring the people of history to life!! Will go again, couldn't see all in an hour and a half.
Very nice place. So many things to look at. Looks small but definitely has a ton of stuff packed in. Well woth the time and money.
Very interesting! I could have spent much longer than we did there. I can't wait to see progress on the 9-11 museum.
Artifacts from Civil War up to Afghanistan. Very knowledgeable staff, including 2 veterans who were available for questions.
Outdoor portion contains several tanks, helicopters, airplanes and an exact replica of The Rickenbacker House.
We enjoyed the museum a lot. Our group included kids aged 6-14.
Would recommend to everyone! Very nice, clean museum. My son and I went earlier today, he loved it. . . So did I. Friendly veterans we're on site and happy to talk and answer any questions we had. The military vehicles were very interesting as well. Gift shop too.
It is a must see. Lots of military memorabilia. Kept in great conditons! If in Columbus, OH, visit it!
This place is a hidden gem. They have many one of a kind artifacts.
This place is a must..whether ur a Vet or not..I'm a vietnam era vet, enjoyed the displays, especially the Helicopters I traveled in and track vehicles i drove..the gentlemen that greeted me at entry were Vets..really enjoyed our conversation..put it on ur bucket list..support local
Motts Military Museum is a must stop destination for any patriot! Learn American History through items that each have a personal story attached to someone that sacrificed everything so we can live in a free country. The museum has doubled in size over the last couple years so now is the best time to visit. I can't say enough about this place, don't miss out on getting to find your personal connection with history. It's an emotional experience and I learn something new every time I go. Well quit reading about it and go...
An awesome place for US military fanatics. They have artifacts from the Revolutionary War to the Iraq War. The museum also explores the stories of Ohio service men and woman. Outside they have a wide range of vehicles to explore. I look forward to coming back soon.
This is one of the best collectons of military equipment in the area. In fact, I would say that this is one of my top 3 musumes, and I've been to quite a few. If you like military history, weapons, or things that go BOOM, this is the place for you! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the museum is very is well organized. The gift shop has lots of cool things too! My favorite item in the museum would have to be the fire truck from 9/11. I highly recommend this place!
Such an incredible experience! So much to see both indoors and outdoors. Could spend days looking at everything!
An incredible collection of military artifacts big and small. Spanning from the Civil War to present day. A must stop if you are anywhere near.
- Nice museum
- Lots of good information
- friendly staff
- Good price for tickets
- Big collection of different history
My family went today for the first time. We loved seeing our history so we can learn from it.
What an amazing experience....this place is very impressive and definitely cares about the preservation of the military. Top notch faculty and displays
Great privet museum, you will need a lot of time as this place is filled with treasures small and large. The displays are to my liken but some may find them cramped. Honestly that is because they have so much to see and space is limited. A must see for any Military enthusiast. five star all the way.
Really cool small museum with some neat exhibits. I had never heard of them but saw the signs on highway and decided to stop. It was totally worth the very reasonable price of admission.
Unique place, worth visiting at least once in your lifetime. Probably not for kids under 8, but older kids will enjoy.
Awesome..... makes you appreciate our America. Thank you to so many brave men and women through the decades.
Had a great tour of an amazing place to go to see military and historic stuff ☎️🥁🗡 …
My uncle volunteered there for years, serving as a tour guide and as management. He could never run out of nice things to say about this museum. The people who work there are great, they are all very knowledgeable about the exhibits and hardware on display there, and a lot of them are honorable military veterans with direct experience as well.
This is a must visit spot if you are in there area.
5 star! Well put together! Just a nice small museum! Keep up the good work! Semper Fi!
Went here for a school trip today and got a tour from the legend himself, Mr. Motts. It was a very fun trip and great experience. There is a huge variety of artifacts and there are some items that seem so rare you can’t put a price on them. The history that is in such a little place is simply priceless.
A fantastic not heard enough about museum. Tanks. Helicopters and a complete history of all the wars and conflicts the USA has been involved in. Take kids and grandkids to experience life of years ago. Very very reasonably priced. Go support these veterans who fought so we can do what we do!! Just embarrassed I haven't been there years ago.
Really cool experience here. It was fun to see so many veterans from WWII, Korea, Vietnam. This weekend was the Non-profit bbq competition held in honor of the veterans and their service to our country. I am a veteran of the Army, but I was still in awe seeing those veterans come out, have some good food and hear their stories Hosted by Honor Flight and Mr Motts. Great job!!
An amazing collection of military items from all periods of U.S. history. There is so much to look at that it's a bit overwhelming at times. I spent several hours at the musuem and could have spent several more. Kids will love the big diorama of Pickett's Charge. Staff was very friendly, easy to find and plenty of parking. Thos seems to be one of the better kept secrets in the Columbus area, but not sure why.
Most amazing collection of military memorabilia I have ever seen. Couple that with a tour by Warren Motts himself. Amazing stories. Would highly recommend visiting.
This was by far one of the best war museums I have been to. I give 5 stars to all the war veterans that volunteer. They were the nicest most passionate people I have met in a long time. The stories I heard today braught tears to my eyes. The exhibits was perfect! I highly recommend this museum over and over.
Great collection of military items and history. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.
I loved it!! What a gem to find in this little community outside of Columbus!
Great historical place to visit & it's right by my home!
My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. I’ve ALWAYS wanted to go. They have SO MUCH stuff for a small space. I loved it. We will be back. This place could take you HOURS if you actually read every thing about every item. Such a good experience.
Must see! Looks can be decieving, this building is definitely bigger than it looks, and houses some incredible artifacts. I can't wait to see what this place is going to become, the owner has incredible plans for an incredible collection. We are keeping tabs on when the 9/11 and holocaust building will be complete, we may have to come back before then though. Amazing museum!
This was an awakening and a new respect for our service men, police, and firemen. Also there was an awesome car show. This was a truly American way to show 911respect to all that we lost that day but moving forward with joy and 💘 love of American culture. …
This is a real gem. If you are in the area PLEASE go you will not be disappointed. It is a small museum BUT a very good collection and the people are great and have a great knowledge of the museum. If I get back in that area I will go again. Thanks to all who work there.
Great place, Hero's throughout the place! Always a great adventure here. I renewed my membership and bought a few items to take home.
Excellent experience. Owner has dedicated very much of himself to this museum, and we were lucky enough to have him lead our tour. Very knowledgeable on the items he has and America's military history. We will likely go again and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great lesson in American Military history.
A true gem! Fantastic artifacts from the Indian wars in America through Desert Storm. Lock of Lincoln's hair. Planes and helicopters outside. Rare and valuable objects and displays. Admission price $8 for seniors (62+). Memorial Wall of Ohio Vietnam
This is an amazing place. Warren Mott has accumulated the best of the best from every conflict in our nation's history. The fire truck from Ground zero in New York City is one of his latest acquisitions and an impressive addition to the Military history of the United States of America.
The experience was great. There was so much to see we will definitely make another trip
Definitely worth the trip and support.
The collection of wartime memorabilia was quite amazing. Mr Mott has done so much to preserve and display inside and outside the museum. Now with a ladder engine from NY 911. Awesome!
I just went to the museum a couple days ago and was really surprised by the amount of stuff to see there. The building looks small from out front, but once inside, it can almost be overwhelming to see so much history on display. Much like another recent review says, it's easy to spend two hours or more to see everything in the museum. Between the variety of things displayed through the country's history and the quality of the displays, I'm glad to see that someone cares so much for history.
Its a great place to see military history and artifacts of the USA
Good for children and adults. Lots of cool things to look at
Visited with my Dad, my boys and my nephew. We couldn't believe how much military history is represented in this museum. Well worth the admission price. We were lucky enough to have Ed Reeves as our guide. Definitely a place everyone should visit.
Mr. Motts' collection of weapons and military items is one of the coolest places I've ever been. Seeing all the little (and not so little) pieces of history there and their stories of where they came from is interesting. Very cool place with a lot of history
Was there for the 911 memorial Service. Thank you to Mr. Motts and the other speakers for sharing their experiences on that truly horrible day. Groveport is very proud to have this great Museum
I was surprised how much larger it is than it looks from the outside. If you or know someone who loves military history, this is an enjoyable place to spend a few hours. Highly recommend!
Outstanding selection military history dating back to World War I. I was astounded to learn and see they have the greatest collection of 9/11 artifacts outside the state of New York. Excellent ceremonies. Excellent staff. Great appreciation for military veterans and their families. Definitely a diamond in the rough on the outskirts of Columbus, OH.
I can praise them.enough. while I was there I had a family emergency
Had to leave. Even borrowed a set of jumper cables. They didn't hesitate. I took care of what I had to then came back. Got to finish my tour.
God bless everyone that works there. You are a special kind of people. Thanks so very much.
This museum is a must see. It is well arranged from the Revolutionary War to the Iraq War. I was astonished at the number of Civil War artifacts they have, from Lincoln’s death mask to actual Civil War uniforms. It may look small on the outside, but it took me a good two hours to go through. There’s also an outdoor portion that showcases a lot of military vehicles. I was very impressed.
Wow I was quite impressed with the collection of military artifacts in this museum. A great preservation of our military history and a tribute to residents of Ohio who served and died for our freedom. Would have taken hours to read everything.
The WWII traveling casket was very moving. A great reminder to appreciate the sacrifices that were made for our nation.
Enjoyed the astronauts exhibition highlighting Ohio rich history of going into space.
This is a must see for anyone who loves military history. A top notch off the beaten path museum.
What a great place to learn more about our Military history.
What a fabulous collection! The museum director and guides are fonts of information, friendly and engaging. We stayed for 2 1/2 hours and could have stayed twice as long if we'd had time.
There is so much to see at Motts Military Museum. Everything is nicely presented and there are detailed notes within each display, too. We visited with my Grandpa, who is a Vietnam Vet. If you haven't taken the time to check this place out yet, you should. And their collection continues to grow.
Amazing amount of artifacts here. Worth every penny. Staff is extra friendly and helpful. Not the most modern set up, but you will definitely learn about several centuries of American history focusing on Ohio.
This is an impressive privately owned military museum with artifacts dating from the revolutionary war to the war on terrorism. They have many 9 11 exhibits including an FDNY fire truck that was partially crushed when the World Trade Center collapsed. The museum is a little off the beaten path but well worth a visit.
Very good for a private organization. Will go back.
Excellent displays of everything military and some space exploration and train displays. Actual planes, jets, helicopters, and tanks / armored transports outside. And there is even a full scale replica of Eddie Rickenbacker's home. Definitely worth a visit!
Very nice displays. This an old prisoner of war shack from Camp Perry. A must see
A must place to visit!!! Such a blessing to see so many stories preserved and shared!!! An absolute preservation of our nations heritage!!! I will ALWAYS cherish this day for as long as I live!!!
I had never heard of it until the Honor Flight Columbus held their reunion there. Great place!!
This place is really awesome. Has a ton of cool artifacts from the military and space programs. So much stuff it will take a while day to see everything. Thanks to the Mott's family for creating this museum.
A must see if you have any interest in American military history and artifacts. One of the best privately owned museums in the country. Everyone is amazed at the uniqueness of the thousands of items on display here. You will not be disappointed.
There are no words for how amazing this museum is. You can tell that this is Mr. Mott's life passion, the amount of memorabilia in this museum will absolutely positively blow your mind. It is well worth the trip. I can't stress that enough. No matter what you come to see, there is stuff all the way from the revolution to 911. An amazing experience which will not soon be forgotten.
Amazing! Very cheap admission, huge variety of artefacts, tanks, helicopters, reliquies, love the Elvis part and very kind, sweet people works here 🇨🇱❤️ …
Amazing amount of memorabilia. You could spend days here and not see and read everything. I loved it. I'm from South Texas and am glad I had the opportunity to visit this place. I am going to try and go back before I head back to Texas. Great museum.
Fantastic place! It really surprised me how many items they have on display. The different time periods layout was like telling a story of American history. The currators are nice and very informative. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
What a fantastic museum! Outstanding collection of military items. And the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
What an incredible experience! This is a MUST stop when coming through Columbus. Warren Motts is a true historian and a rare jewel. You will find artifacts and parts of history here NOT found in other museums. Thank you Warren.
Wow. This museum blew me away! A fantastic collection of historical artifacts from the military History of the United States. Artifacts from other country’s involvement in these US conflicts are well represented. Lots of firearms and memorabilia. On top of that, I met some very interesting Veterans. One of whom was involved in the defense of Pearl Harbor at the beginning of WW2. I highly suggest taking the time to visit Motts and if you see a veteran, talk to them!
If you love history, military or honoring veterans, this is a museum for you! Motts is packed with so much history!
Incredible collection. If you appreciate military memoribilia this is a great place to wander about. The volunteer staff will tell you some great stories about how they got some of the items and some of the history. I was impressed that they had LTG Jim Gavin's uniform there.
Humbled by the experience! More than I could even take in with one visit. If you have the opportunity to 5ake a tour, you will be amazed at the wealth of detailed information you will hear. Mr. Motts is certainly a good steward of this history and these memories. Thank you Mr. Motts, Eddie, JD, and Sharon! We look forward to visiting with you again!
Great place to learn and see military history. Get the Groupon to save on admission
This museum offers rich military history, and we met the owner while he was working on a gun display. He was so kind and knowledgeable and so enthusiastic about promoting remembrance of all veterans.
Have a 911 Memorial Ceremony at 7:30am on Sept.11th with a NYC first responder speaking. You can see several artifacts from Ground Zero including a fire truck. A good way to pay respect and NEVER FORGET with a trip to nearby Canal Winchester
Great collection of military pieces. Lots of history here, and notes on all the equipment helped. The staff and volunteers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Wright Patterson AFB, & Smithsonian are further away; Motts Military Museum is right next door. Vietnam, WWII + 🇺🇸
Lots of different and cool artifacts, great to walk through! A little sporadic with the organization but overall a great place. Super friendly staff :)
Awesome must see gem in Groveport. Mr. Motts has a huge collection that is one of the largest I have seen. Looking foward to seeing the 911 vehicles and artifacts get their own building in the future. We really enjoyed talking to Mr Motts.
Really great place to visit. The guide was terrific even though our party was low on time and he needed to shorten his speech. I definitely will return taking other friends along.
Wonderful place to look at many interesting things about the wars this country has been in and much more thank for. Will be back soon.
First visit was awesome, will make the 2 hour drive at least once a year. What a great collection and great staff. Thank you for preserving our military history.
Interested museum for the military history of our country... Lots of displays, artifacts, and examples to see and understand. Well worth the price of admission. Fascinating 9/11 history and artifacts as well.
This place is fantastic!!! Better get there early and have your itinerary cleared. There's so much to see and take in that I'mnot sure it can be done in one day. The people working there are auper friendly too. Wife and I will be going back soon.
Excellent small. Museum
A great museum and, show those who were not in service get to see our equipment used in wars.Splendid work done.
First off let me say I’ve visited many museums. The Imperial War Museum in London, all of the Normandy/D-Day Museums, the Berlin Wall Museum, National Pacific War Museum, Dayton Airforce Museum, etc. The Motts Museum is by far, absolutely, the best museum I have ever been too. Ever. The collection is mostly donated, meaning there’s a recorded history of nearly every single item in the collection. As far as the actual items, they will blow you away. Items formally belonging to such historical characters as Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Saddam Hussein, and many more. No where else will you find such an exspance of important historical items with genuine stories of the men and woman who sacrificed so much, and were able to bring home mementos of their service. No matter who you are you’ll find something that will speak to you personally. Please! Ask the volunteers questions, they’re very knowledgeable about history and the collection. Warren Motts is truly a hero, and as cliché as it sounds, a literal national treasure for all that he’s done in preserving the worlds history. It will be worth every single last penny it costs to visit, which is a very reasonable price that goes towards maintaining the museum. The Motts Military Museum will give you a new prespective on the world of warefare, and on the service men and woman who walk among us everyday.
It's a compact well organized history of the military, with interesting displays and a gift shop which carries a large selection of military hats from all services and a large selection of pins for hats also quite a few toys are available. It's worth stopping in.
A must visit location. With the expansion, the museum is great. Laid out in a very logical sequence. Well displayed items, both inside and out. A credit to our community and those who have served our country.
Do not judge this museam by its size. It may look small but has a whole lot to offfer. The museam has exibits ranging from from the Civil War all the way to the War on Terrorism. Not to mention the new 9/11 exhibit is a very pwerful experience. There is so much to look ay in this museam you can actually spend a whole day there.
There is an extensive collection of military memorabilia on display. One thing to note that the website doesn't is they do not allow photos taken of any of the displays inside of the building. You can take pics of the displays outside.
Amazing history and culture! Hifhly recommend if you are a history fanatic!
Me and my 13 y.o. just went for the first time today. They had a lot more stuff there then I imagined. Its sort of like 4-5 long hallways of glass cabinets full of stuff ranging from indian artifacts, through all the wars, and even some 9/11 stuff. Lots of photography equipment and history. A small section on nasa and the space program including some space shuttle parts. Then outside in the back are some vietnam era helicopters and tanks and other misc artillery. We spent about 90 minutes there.
Very neat place alot of history there. There are military vets there that walk around and answer questions supper friendly. So much stuff there if you was to read everything I couldn't make it through it from a 8-5 shift
An amazing museum honoring our military and sacrifices they made for our freedom🇺🇸❤we got to meet veterans from WWII and a Pearl Harbor survivor amongst others😍truly an emotional experience and with so much history to see, we will need to come back! …
This museum is worth the trip, it's very well laid out and so much history in one place. The items displayed are well marked and displayed very visual.
It’s so cool I want about Vietnam and World War II there they also have a gift shop that I bought MREs and there were cool thanks
One of the best military museums I've ever visited. They have exhibits that the D-day Museum don't. This Navy vet was pleasantly surprised!
A wonderful museum that brings to life the stories of many members of our military. Fascinating military pieces from throughout the history of Americam
Great collection of military memorabilia. Mr. Mott is very passionate about what he does and he'll talk forever about the collection once you get him started.
Excellent Museum !!!
Packed with Tons of Military Artifacts from the Civil War until Today !!!
Definitely a Must See !!!
Very nice place. More to see than you can really absorb in one visit. There is also, a nice outdoor exhibit. Recommend going more than once.
Amazing people would recommend
Incredible experience; my daughter and I always find something unique and new with each visit
If you have served your country this is your place. An important place to take children
Wonderful place. Awesome people
What an amazing museum. I love this place. Everyone should come for a visit. It had so many great exhibits and artifacts.
Magnificent collection of personal (largely donated) Military artifacts housed in a 10,000 sf Musuem with a wide range of Military Equipment outside on the 1 acre Property. Exhibits include a rare WW II authentic Pacific Theater "Higgins Boat" Landing Craft (LCVP) and tourable exact replica of the boyhood home of Auto Racer/WW I US Ace of Aces/Eastern Airlines Magnate Eddie Rickenbacker.
Great museum. We recently visited during an event for Honor Flight Columbus.
Motts military museum is a wonderful attraction for central Ohio. Give yourself plenty of time - at least 2 hours - to go through and enjoy the collection.
