I highly recommend working with Two Men and a Truck Wilmington for any moving needs! They made sure a large donation was delivered to Nemours Children’s Hospital. The staff was so professional and they made sure to confirm all details before the move. During the move, Ben, Abdul & Sam were very professional and quick. Can't recommend their team enough! My moving crew was polite, professional, and efficient. It truly is amazing how quickly they were able to load and unload my apartment full of stuff! Further, when there was a minor mistake with our moving process, the owner, Ben, was responsive and understanding. He communicated with me openly and made sure to make everything right. I can't say enough about how fabulous this company is. I was in time crunch. I called them on Wednesday and they did my move on Thursday. Being in the construction contracting business I know how important customer communication is to a client. Their response time was spot on. the office was efficient in finding what my needs were and sending the proper documents i needed to insure that i could get them met efficiently. The move team was stellar. I was given a window of 8-10 and they showed up 8:05. They are a well oiled machine. Everything went like clockwork, they were precise but careful. They let you know every move they make and are not afraid to do a little extra to help you along. Thank you so much for taking a load of worry and stress off of my mind! I would definitely use them again, and again.

This is my second time using two men and a truck. They are always fabulous and on time. We ended up having 7 men moving us and they were all so nice. Will issues and damage happen YES! Will two men and a truck correct it with ease? Most definitely. We had some scratched floors because of difficulty getting some furniture out of the home. Nothing damaged was intentional and will be fixed. I wouldn’t use any other company. Thank you!

I used Two Men and a Truck for the second time - moving from an apartment to a house. I can only say I wish I had used them every time (I've moved 6 times in the past 4 years and unfortunately only used Two Men & a Truck for two of the moves). They wrap everything up so well so they don't damage your furniture - they ask questions instead of assuming and they did not damage or dent up the walls of the new house. My team was lead by Abdul and he and the four other gentlemen were great. All had great attitudes - had great friendly personalities and I appreciate their professionalism with moving some very heavy furniture. Two Men & Truck have to be one of the Best moving companies out there. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Our move was local (~8 miles), moving a full house of furniture and "stuff" from 3BR house to 4BR house on the other side of town. Initial estimate was reasonable and I liked the people involved in it, so I didn't look further. I packed most of the items other than furniture over two weeks, but had to have the guys finish up some of the stuff I ran out of time to do. The move was truly outstanding, everyone was both professional *and* entertaining, and even with the unexpected packing, they were done an hour under the estimated time, saving me a few dollars at the end. I *will* use them again for any large/multiple items I need to have moved, and maybe even for just moving furniture between floors. Three thumbs up for Two Men And A Truck!

Easily 5 stars. The representative I talked to over the phone, Brian, was extremely helpful in the early phase of the moving process and he was even able to get me on the schedule within a pretty short notice. The guys that came out to the house were very polite and nice to talk to, but they were also very professional and did a great job moving all of our stuff quickly and, due to how fast they worked, saved us a substantial amount of money. None of our items sustained any damage.

Totally thrilled with Will and his team! They moved us out of our home of twenty years and into our new home in four hours flat without single hitch! Their teamwork and their hustle was impressive, and all our possessions were treated with care. Every guy on the team demonstrated a great attitude and a solid work ethic. This is the 3rd time I have use the Two Men and a Truck team from New Castle, DE and I have been overly impressed each time. The crews from each move were friendly, punctual, and took extra care with my belongings. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend the this team to anyone in need of a moving service. I wish I remembered the names of all the movers I have had as I would love to give each of them a shout out, they ALL deserve employee of the month, pay raises, and everything else in between!!! And its not like my moves were easy, they moved me into and then out of a 3rd floor apartment in a 150+ year old historic building that had steep narrow stair cases and tiny doorways. They made it look easy, while I am sure it was far from it.

Everything about our moving experience was perfect. From the thorough prep work and communication beforehand through move day, I would not change anything. I shopped other movers but didn’t find them as responsive, and they didn’t offer as much. I am very happy with the choice we made. I had an elliptical that had to go into a small elevator, up six floors, down and around a hall and then squeezed through a smaller than normal door, and the guys got it done! Easiest move of my life! Jeanette was extremely friendly and GREAT with helping me set up the moving time/schedule/quote, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The quote was exactly as expected so there were no surprises come moving day. She made sure to follow up with me with a confirmation, which was nice. On the day of the move, my movers arrived a little earlier than expected, but it ended up working out perfectly. They were very laid back and friendly, while still being professional, and they moved all of my furniture/boxes so quickly and easily. They made sure to ask me exactly which boxes and furniture I was taking and even helped me throw out a couch I wasn't taking. All the paperwork was explained to me thoroughly and everything was as expected. Unloading the truck took no time as well, and the movers made sure to put my boxes and furniture exactly where I needed them in my new apartment. I'm so happy with this service and will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to do any size move. It was a little pricey (ended up being close to $400 for 2.75 hours but it's honestly so worth it), but that was expected and it was so worth it to not be stressed out on moving day!!! This was honestly the best experience I could have hoped for with a moving company. I was provided a quote within an hour of requesting it online. Aleaha, was so nice and incredibly helpful answering every question I had. I received a confirmation call the day prior to ensure everything was set to go. Thank You Jeanette for smooth running move. As for moving crew Brian was the lead and he took charge And moved speedily and efficiently. Another young man was with him forgive me I can't remember his name. He too did a great job. They even took care of my belongings when the storage unit I rented wasn't large enough. They contacted the owner of the unit and arranged for me to rent another one. They could have left the remaining contents in the hall. These guys are caring, respectful and courteous. This is the third time we have used Two Men and a Truck our of the Wilmington office and once again they exceeded expectations. We called them on Tuesday and the move was completed the next day! The office staff was very courteous and they made it very easy to do business with them. Overall, we were happy with our experience. It was easy to set up the appointment, and the moving team really knew what they were doing. However, they were not able to fit a piece of furniture in our house. They said they would get us a discount, but when they gave us the final price there was clearly no discount there. Pretty disappointed to have paid A LOT of money to have something moved that we are going to have to get rid of now.

Excellent, excellent service! The movers were timely, courteous and extremely cooperative. During the loading process they loaded from two different locations with no complaints. They took more items than they had estimated for, free of charge! There were no "hidden fees" or additional surprise charges. Very satisfied! The two guys came 10 minutes early and got started right away, which was really nice. The estimated time was 4.5 hours and they finished within that time. They moved all of our big furniture with no problems, including two big retro arcade games that were super heavy and a pain to maneuver. Overall, I was happy with the moving experience. I had 3 movers who were efficient and courteous. My only problem with it was that they left a bed frame partially disassembled after I asked them to put the bed together for me, as I was expecting my roommate to be discharged from the hospital that afternoon. They left--telling me I was all set--without telling me that the frame supports were not all in place. As my roommate is a big man and heavy, I was especially disappointed. I am having to hire someone to reinforce the bed now.

Excellent experience! The company sent three guys for an 8 hour job tasked with moving one house and one apartment to a bigger house. The guys arrived early and with a great attitude. All three men worked hard and finished the entire job in 6 hours also saving us some money. Not one thing was broken and they even took apart and reinstalled our beds. I used two men and a truck to move just a short distance away. The two men that helped me (Anthony and Tyrone) were nice, friendly, and extremely courteous. They put mats down in my apartment and cushions on the doorways. It was raining that morning, so they made sure to take the TVs, etc. outside once it wasn’t raining. They made my move very easy and they did it all very quickly. I highly recommend using them for any move!

The two movers were excellent! The office representative was very responsive. The price, however, was high for the service provided. This is the only thing that led to a 4 instead of a 5 rating. When the truck is not needed and only the service of the movers, there should be a lower price point. Customers should not be charged for the truck and travel back to your facility.

They moved my mother yesterday from her retirement apartment to assisted living. I live in Atlanta and have hired Two Men and a Truck locally for my past three moves. I was happy to find them in Delaware and Jeanette was very accommodating and patient. I contacted them one day to move my mom the following day. My sister was onsite and said the movers were kind and efficient, took great care with my mom's things and easy to work with. I found their pricing to be better than the movers that my mom had contacted and I had peace of mind that she was in good hands, as I have worked with them in the past. I booked 2 men and a truck a month in advance after getting an estimate. I don't think it was a difficult move since there was mostly large pieces of furniture and beds. We had a few boxes, but they didn't have to pack anything like kitchen stuff. We marked each piece as to their room placement. They came on time, asked relevant questions and wrapped all the antiques as well as the mattresses. They had rubber matting they put down to protect the floor as well. An hour and a half later everything was in the truck. They called me prior to arrival and the bill came in slightly under budget even though 2 large items were added. All in all a painless experience but it helps to be organized.

They would be better if they were sent with a battery operated screw driver to be able to take things apart in a quicker manner than just with a manual screwdriver.
