Very fair and upfront on process. Everything that iMove Auto said about other companies / brokers was accurate in the way they attempt to hike the price on you with even needing a deposit just to post. We received our quote on the exact day we indicated our car would be available to be picked up from NJ and it was picked up the same day. This was a Friday and our car made it down here to FL in just a couple days on Sunday. Not to mention it cost us hundreds less than other quotes / offers. Thank you!!

As Good As It Gets In The Shipping Industry I Move Auto did a great job for what they had to work with. They'll be my first (and hopefully only) call if I need shipping services again. Lousy sales tactics and somewhat lacking communication are the only reasons I didn't give them a 5-star rating. I honestly hope I never need to ship a vehicle again as this industry is AWFUL. Every company says the other guy is lying to you, which means you can't trust any of them when you're trying to decide. I ended up losing $100 to another company (UT123) who deceived me with a promise of a guaranteed price, and conveniently failed to tell me about the non-refundable fee if I go with someone else because they couldn't find a driver. In full disclosure, I Move Auto used the same sales tactics, telling me they were the only people I could trust, which didn't make me feel any better. After trying to find a shipper for a week, I was getting frustrated and looking for whoever would help me first. I Move Auto won my business in the end because they were the fastest pickup and delivery for a fair price. The good news is that it was smooth sailing from there. I Move Auto dispatched Night Eagle Transportation, LLC for the job. The driver contacted me and actually delivered a whole day earlier than the original plan. He was very courteous, professional, and still friendly. Growing up on a farm and spending some time in the U.S. Army, I've transported things before myself. The driver's rig was high quality and set up properly. There were no problems with the transport, and I wouldn't expect any from a pro like this. So, the industry sucks and is miserable to deal with. I Move Auto was at least courteous to talk to on the phone, had a fair price, and set me up with a great professional driver. I think they could improve communication some as I kept having to call them asking if they found someone yet after they kept saying they hoped to have someone tomorrow. They were always polite when I nagged them though, and got the job done right in the end. If I do ever need to transport a vehicle again, I won't waste time with the lousy industry. I'll go straight to I Move Auto because they at least earned my trust by doing the job right...and didn't steal any extra money from me.

iMove Auto made my experience moving a car from Arizona to Massachusetts so easy! I have shipped my car in the past with another company, which cost $500 more AND took 10 days to get across the country- so I assumed this was the standard. Then moving back East, I Move only quoted 5-7 days, and I received my car on the other side in less than a week (and with a much more affordable option). The brokers walked me through the process and were straightforward from the beginning. They definitely negotiated the best deals for me. The driver that they found was prompt and professional. Highly recommend using this service for transporting your vehicles!

They were very responsive. I did some research and understood that they were a broker. I originally went directly with a carrier but due to Covid they had to cancel the order. I was in a crunch with time and I Move Auto responded right away. Gave them a call, and they placed the order. Red Dot took the bid within the hour and set up pick up for 3 days out. Pick up was smooth and drop off as well. Paid $150 to I Move Auto and $900 to Red Dot to ship from San Diego, CA to Chicago, IL. They talked with me the whole way and were very professional.

I had an inoperable older BMW convertible that I wanted to ship from Virginia to Ohio for restoration. Many of the companies to whom I spoke wanted to charge substantially extra because the car was inoperable and because there was an extra transmission to be transported in the trunk. After making a single inquiry online, I was inundated by calls, texts and e-mails from over a dozen shipping brokers. The price quotes ranged from ridiculously (and obviously misleadingly) low to outrageously high. It became clear that the middle of the range was probably what the real market price for this trip should be. I-Move Auto did not hassle me with multiple contacts -- they waited for me to call them when I was ready for the pick-up which I appreciated. At the last minute, after a driver had been assigned, I ran into a logistical problem that made it so that it would be better for me to wait an extra week to ship the car (the restoration garage was not ready to store the car). I-Move Auto and their excellent transporter accommodated the delay with a smile and no extra charge. The driver showed up on time, loaded the car and delivered it seamlessly as promised, on time , in Ohio. When I need to ship my next vehicle, I will immediately pick up the phone and call I-Move -- perfect service and reasonable prices -- they fulfilled every promise. Of course they get five stars, isn't that what a perfect experience deserves? I couldn't imagine how they could have been any better.

This was the first time I shipped a car. I was a little nervous about using someone I found online. They were very professional. They emailed me all the information I asked such as insurance of the moving truck company and phone numbers, contract and contact information. They explained everything in detail. The driver called a few days before he picked up the car. The car was picked up from NY and delivered to Florida without a scratch. I was very happy.

Great company to work with. Got my husbands car down from NY to Orlando in 2 days (pick up Saturday morning, drop off Monday early afternoon). They didn’t take the deposit of $100 until they secured a driver for me which was comforting. The rest of the money was paid to the driver upon delivery. I had constant communication with Nathan at the office and Pablo the driver. I got all my questions and concerns answered in an orderly and timely fashion. Very fair pricing considering I needed the car down in such short notice. I would recommend them and use them again!

Contacted IMove after they gave me a quote for $800.00, their price was one of the lowest, shortly after they contacted me to say they had a truck in the area who could do it for $1100, which I said no, was not in a rush and wanted to pay closer to their original quote, which they said ok. This is a typical ploy when you are dealing with brokers because they're getting quotes from different carriers. They got another carrier who was able to do it for $900 and this went very well, in the notification of the pick up, my satisfaction with the driver, his care of loading the car and the drop off, all which went without a hiccup.

I Move Auto was super quick to respond to a last minute need and gave us a huge relief as we were moving a car from VA to TX while we were in Chicago. The driver picked up the car from the hotel, who was also awesome to hold the keys for us and give to the driver (Delta Norfolk). The driver picked up the car less than 24 hours after we called and delivered when he said. We were all very stressed due to the circumstances, son's car, he was going overseas from VA, it could not be shipped overseas because he slacked on some expirations, and we were flying with him part of his way and feared we would have to miss our flight and drive the car back. Thankfully i Move Auto was able to quickly help us!

So, I said God take control! Honestly, I need to say THANK YOU! The driver just took ONE day to bring my car from Mississippi to Pennsylvania when it was suppose to came on 3 days. I am so happy to have my car with me! All companies have good and bad reviews, but that doesn’t mean that all people will have the same experience. I can say that everything went more than well with I Move Auto.

I was quoted for an open trailer but received an enclosed at no extra charge. Door to door delivery with no problem. The customer service rep and the driver had great communication. I'M SO THANKFUL I WENT WITH I MOVE!! The process was easy and went incredibly smoothly. I Move was great at keeping in constant communication before and during the transport and our Audi Q3 arrived on time in L.A. (coming from NYC) and in perfect condition. Additionally the price they quoted me was lower than many other companies and they were successful in getting my transport done at their quoted price. I usually don’t write reviews but I just have to drop this one. I read all the reviews about this company and I almost completely let go. Surprisingly my experience was way opposite of all the “NEGATIVE” reviews. The service was straightforward open communication via Email and Call. The transport driver was on point. He pick my car on Thursday told his ETA should be 7am Saturday. Guess what? He was there on time. Personally I will use their Service again. If you are thinking of moving your stuff. Give them a try.

This a wonderful company. Very friendly and professional. I had used another dispatch company. We paid $200.00 was told the truck was picked up and on the way. When the day came for the truck delivered the truck nevered came. The company changed it’s number and to find out the truck was never picked up. I called I move auto explained what happened the said they will not collect the deposit till the truck was for sure picked up. Allen and Andrew kept us updated at everymove.
