Titan Moving was great! I had to shift my move day due to being sick and they worked with me to get my move rescheduled. Once Andrew and John showed up to help me move, they made sure everything was covered and secured before moving all my items out. They drove all of my items safely to my new location and moved everything in with no issue. They also reassembled everything they had disassembled when they were moving me out. I was scheduled to have furniture delivered from a furniture store. I had waited 2 mos for the furniture to arrive to the store. The morning the furniture was scheduled to deliver, the delivery truck had broken down and I was going to have to reschedule. Since the furniture was in the warehouse I was able to pick it up. I called Titan moving in the morning and Angela was very nice and help provide excellent customer service! The crew was able to go to the furniture store later that same day and deliver my furniture. The crew was very professional and again provided excellent customer service!

I booked Titan on short notice and they showed up at the agreed time, ready to go. The gentlemen were very respectful and responsive to our needs. Throughout the moving process, all three movers were very helpful, and took the time to set up and level the washer and dryer. I'd certainly hire Titan Moving again. I moved several weeks ago and Cameron and JP were awesome. Super polite, timely, and great to work with. There was a mix up when the office took down my delivery address (and the office initially took down the incorrect moving date as well but luckily we caught that prior to moving day), but Cameron and JP didn't charge me for the extra time when they were guided to the incorrect address. Overall, a great experience with the moving crew, but double check your reservation details when you book your appointment.

The 4 gentlemen that took care of packing up and loading my home for a brief storage between my sale and purchase were amazing. The crew consisted of JP, Kyle, Andrew and Breyson. These guys had their system down, and worked very diligently for over 5 hours packing up my 3800 sqft home. Great company, great customer service. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and taken care of. Our initial quote scared me but I did a little research and moving is a little expensive these days, it’s been 20 yrs since we moved last. I was assured that Brian shoots a little high so you’re pleasantly surprised at the final bill, and that was true. There were no surprises, all details were explained, and it was 100% worth it. Cameron, JP and Zach spend the first day packing and we talked about protecting some of our antique furniture and they did awesome taking care of those items. Day 2 was loading and unloading and the same 3 guys worked even harder. All three were super friendly and professional and it was a pleasure to have them take care of us. I would recommend Titan hands down. If you’re lucky enough to get Cameron, JP, and Zach they won’t disappoint you. I’m sure the rest of the team is just as good and I would trust them just the same. Brian showed up towards the end of the day just to make sure everything was going well and check on his guys and I also got a courtesy call from the office to check on our satisfaction. At the end of the day Cameron went over the final bill in detail with us while the guys made sure there was no mess left behind. We couldn’t be happier!

Two hours was all that was necessary to unbox, build, install, and place an entire home’s worth of furniture. They also travelled at a reasonable price to pick up the items we had delivered. Used Titan moving to move from a 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment. I had quite a bit of heavy stuff, that’s also awkward to carry up and down stairs. The movers kept a good attitude, and finished the entire move in a very reasonable amount of time. Took good care in making sure my property was secured well, as to not be damaged in transit or while moving items in or out. Overall a good experience, and very happy with the quality of service received.

Titan Moving was subcontracted by the furniture company that I ordered from, as a feature known as “white glove” service. Titan’s team arrived right at expected delivery time and introduced themselves and oriented themselves to room where furniture was to be set. They handled the heavy new table as carefully as if it were their own. They had all necessary tools and were familiar with assembly. Trent was very careful to pick up every scrap of plastic and paper and both gentlemen were cautious not to track any dirt into house. They were courteous and professional. I was moving cross country, and the moving company I originally had planned backed out the day before needed them. I spoke with Angie and she was the nicest. Titan Moving has done several moves for me over the past 3 years, including a couple of out-of-state moves, and they were all done very well but the most recent move was probably the most impressive. I had an unusually large amount of things to move in one day, in fact it seemed almost impossible, but Cameron and Ryan did it, and they even made it look easy. They handled everything with the utmost professionalism, and they remained polite and upbeat throughout. This was no ordinary move, as it required extra skills including the ability to plan and strategize, very quickly, exactly how to organize a very large amount of things. Most movers would have been either scared away or physically exhausted by such a huge project, but it was no match for Cameron and Ryan, who knew exactly what to do and how to do it. These 2 fellows each did the work of 10 men, and they did it flawlessly. They literally saved the day, I don't know what I would have done without their expertise. Clearly they have the experience to know how to tackle any task, no matter how daunting it may seem, and their attitude was always positive throughout the entire day, and it took all day. They are worth their weight in gold. A friend of mine observed the whole move throughout the entire day and we both wholeheartedly recommend Cameron and Ryan for any move. These 2 men are outstanding, they do not hesitate to go above and beyond, whatever it takes to accomplish the best and finest job humanly possible.

Titan Moving saved the day. After my original moving company was over 4 hrs late I called Brian and his team to save the day. The sent JP and Trent within the hour to get me moved into my new place. I highly recommend Titan Moving. They were prompt and worked very quickly. I had just had the walls and woodwork painted in my new house. There were very careful not to bump anything. They wrapped my furniture in plastic and/or blankets and my items were not damaged in any way. My guys were so sweet and urged me to relax and let them take care of everything! I feel they went above and beyond what I expected. I will use them again in the future!

I hired them to move a safe from a ‘big box’ store on the west side of Wichita to my home. When the crew arrived at the retailer, they were extremely rude to the store staff and, per the store manager, had to be asked to leave once the crew retrieved the safe due to their egregious behavior. The crew delivers the safe to my home, and upon arriving, noticed the safe was damaged. I called the retailer and they told me to have the safe returned. The crew took it upon themselves, without my knowledge or consent, to call the other retailer in Wichita and were allegedly told the retailer had a safe in stock. The crew arrived at the other store only to find out there was no safe in stock. Their egregious behavior was the same towards the employees at this store. The crew finally arrived at the first store where I was waiting for them and the safe to be returned, I might add 1.5 hours late due to their errors. In the end, I still had to pay almost $500 for a $250 job. Do not hire this company!! ***** UPDATE **** I received a call from the General Manager of Titan and they have rectified this situation. The General Manager was compassionate and extremely kind and empathetic regarding this situation! For that I have changed the review from negative to positive.

Justin and Jaydon helped us move a washer and dryer across town. They were finishing a job before us and kept us in the loop the entire process so we knew when to expect them. They unhooked, moved, and went and extra step in setting up the washer and dryer in our new home. The entrance to the basement is a tight squeeze and they got it done fast and with no scratches or dings. 10/10 would use them again and if you’re going to use them, ask for Justin and Jaydon.

I moved today w Titan. 2 days ago I threw out my back and they helped me finish up my packing! One of the guys even helped me get my kitty into her carrier when it was time to go. They were super fast, careful and oh so strong! The value for what I received was outstanding! I will use them again and would recommend them over any other mover in Wichita (and folks, I’ve used most of them!) :) great experience!

They protected all items carefully. Chris is a master at placing items in the truck too. He and Darrell fit us in a truck, I did not believe could happen. Previous mover used two trucks. Cooper and Ron are polite and hard working. Cooper is considerate of property both being moved and the home itself. He is proactive in care. Ron always "has your back" and works continuously. I used Titan movers on two separate occasions now. The first time was a local move across Wichita, all went good with that move and I felt like the price was reasonable. My most recent move however is what really impressed me about them. The owner of the company himself came out to my home for the estimate; I was moving to a different state and I think he could tell I was in a bit of a pinch. I was given an estimate within a couple days for the long haul move, the price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule when I moved the moving date several times. They use blankets or plastic wrap to protect all of your items. The employees that did the move were both very professional and nice. The owner of the company was always reachable by phone whenever I had a question throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this company!

Good price and hard workers. We had 2 younger men load our U-haul and trailer. They packed things in very efficiently and quickly but seemed to stuff items in wherever they would fit. A few items were damaged in our move due being stacked together tightly. Our TV stand caved in from heavy items on top of it, a golf club broke and our grill punctured through a tub. We only really cared about our TV stand so we emailed Titan moving about the damage and what could be done. We never got a response so we had to buy a new entertainment shelf/stand.
