Bekins was assigned to do my move for the military and needless to say Gustavo and his crew were absolutely AMAZING and the nicest 3 guys I ever met. They asked where I was moving too and I said Hawaii and they went double triple overtime with making sure my stuff was super packed and secured in all my boxes, made sure to wrap my couch up like they were moving their own furniture, and to add they came a day earlier than scheduled and waited 45 minutes until I arrived from work and were super understanding “that work life happens but him and his guys were there to make my move as easy as possible” I cannot thank these 3 guys enough and whole heartily have the strongest recommendation for people to come move you! When I come back to VA I hope to see these guys again!!! Beckins these are super stellar employees and deserve a raise!! Side note Bekins was also super flexible with scheduling things in a 48 hour time frame when they were handed my account super last minute. Customer service was great all the way around, thank you for making my move cross country painless as possible.

Doris, Kenya, and Michele were such kind ladies! I was nervous about my first household goods packing/move and they were nothing but warm and personable. They tackled my house at a swift and efficient pace and were very thorough and considerate. They didn't leave any mess behind for me to clean, and they had the incredible foresight to set aside things like a few rolls of paper towels to clean my place with on move out, and my phone charger! I'd forgotten to set these things aside myself and would've had to buy new if they hadn't placed them aside for me. I highly recommend my fellow military members or their dependents choose Bekins for your HHG preferred TSP company.

My experience was phenomenal. The team that came as Michael B., Dion, and Nick B. They came right on time, assessed the home within minutes, and got to work. Took them about an hour and a half to pack up my whole apartment. They were friendly with my cats, courteous and respectful when handling our stuff, and just a great/ efficient morning. I can’t believe that they would have anything less than 5 stars! They were the most kind, thorough, helpful movers that we have ever had. All of our items were packed and unpacked very securely and they offered to do a full unpack for us without me even having to ask. They really cared about making sure our home was ready to live in and held great conversations and tips about where to eat/hangout in this new area for us. We just finished our pack-out moving experience with Bekins yesterday and we had an excellent experience overall. On the first day, Doris, Robin, and Mike arrived to work on packing our household goods and to our surprise, they completed everything in one day. The very next day, Christian and his crew of loaders arrived and were able to have everything on the truck by 5pm. Both teams arrived around 9:30am both days, allowing us plenty of time to wake up the kids and finalize those last minute items that always come up during a move. Thanks Bekins!

Moving with the military is rarely a good experience. However, Bekins from Norfolk made this a great experience for me and my family. Rob and his crew were extremely professional and responsive. They worked very hard to move us in and put our furniture back together. We could not have asked for a better crew. Additionally, Antoine took time to come back and help put together some furniture that had been missing. We are extremely pleased with Bekin, from Sal at the warehouse, Antoine dropping off our remaining furniture and remaining to help us put it together, and Rob and his crew's hard work and courtesy throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.

The moving guys were great. It was 2 Roberts. We asked if they would put on shoe covers and they did, although we had to provide the covers. Now the company itself I'm not so pleased with. We have moved several times and are always able to get bubble wrap and tape to pack up but this company wouldn't let us and that's disappointing, they claimed that they had to do it all themselves and if they gave me supplies they couldn't charge it correctly which doesn't make sense to me because they can write "given supplies" in my file and charge that.

Bekins did my move back in August. I had an overall wonderful experience! The packing team did a nice job the first day. For the most part, they handled my belongings with care. A few things were packed oddly, such as light, fragile items packed with heavy items on top of them, shoes all thrown randomly on top of eachother, etc. Nothing too bad though and thankfully nothing was damaged besides shoes being crushed and misshapen. I can handle that being the only thing out of our entire household that's "damaged." The second day, June, Christian, and Brett came to finish packing and load everything onto the truck. THEY WERE AMAZING. Christian wrapped my couch completely in plastic wrap - 360 style - to keep it from getting dirty in transit. They did not leave one single mark behind on the walls, doorways, or floors as they carried everything out. Brett even came back on the third day, after the initial load up, to pick up a single box that got left behind. THEN, the best part!, Christian and Brett personally drove my household goods out to Pennsylvania and unloaded it. AGAIN with such kindness and care for my things. Not a single piece of furniture came back damaged. Every single box that was packed in Virginia made it to Pennsylvania and was accounted for. They miraculously got my gigantic couches in through the tiny doorway and lowered my washer and dryer down the stairs and into the basement. Nothing in my apartment got damaged in the process of bringing everything in. They provided the best military move I have ever experienced. I wish they could do all of my moves. Thank you guys again for your hard work!! I can't say enough good things about them.

They also bent the front piece of my Nordatrack treadmill. This is the portion that holds the computer screen and motherboard for the computer. Other than that, no complaints.
