I used All My Sons to move from my apartment to my new home and the experience was excellent! Prior to the move, the office staff (Bryce and Melissa) were very helpful and attentive to what my needs would be for the upcoming move. They did a final phone consult to ensure that the movers would have everything they needed for a successful move. On the morning of, I was greeted by three of the most respectful, helpful young men that you could imagine. Phil, Jamon and Dylan took their time to make sure all of the furniture was adequately protected and asked questions along the way, so that they had an idea of just how I wanted everything. They performed a walk through before beginning and when we got to the destination. They reassembled everything that they took apart and removed all of the packing material. Long story short, this was a great experience that met all of my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

These guys moved us out of a third floor apartment with no stairs, some heavy furniture and they did a great job. It was even a very cold day trying to snow! Joel and his guys were happy and friendly and willing to help out in any way. Communication was good and they did an all round excellent job.

I called All my Sons on a Monday for a Wednesday move from one city to another. The move included actually packing boxes, loading items into truck, and delivering 3hrs away. Their team were all willing to make it happen. Both Philip and Dylan were great, making the whole experience seamless, and doing all the work! They were professional and helpful. Would recommend.

Phil and Quan made an awesome job with our move! They packed everything very securely and were responsive and professional. Thank you so much for helping us! Edit: I'd like to take the time and leave a more detailed review of our moving with All My Sons. They charged an extra hour for transportation (which they mentioned on the phone) AND another fee of 20% the entire bill for gas (which they didn't mention over the phone). They arrived at 8:00am and the time starts running when they get there, not when they start moving stuff. The time was already running when they started the paperwork so if I wanted to read everything carefully they would be charging for that time. I would recommend requesting 3 guys as opposed to 2 because that way everything moves faster. The two guys were professional and secured everything very well in the truck, however, I would have liked them to move faster in general. There was even a moment when one of them stopped to answer a phone call that lasted around 5 min. Our moving ended up being more expensive than we expected. In general, we liked their service but would make those changes in the future. Thank you!

Bryce was my direct contact leading up to the move, and he made me feel very confident in picking All My Sons. Fast forward to the day of the move, I had to work. My boyfriend and mom stepped up and took over. I was nervous, but I almost got a call immediately from my boyfriend of just how good of hands we were in. He and my mom were very impressed with Sam and his partner. They could not stop talking about how smooth he made everything go and how nice the pair were. These guys definitely will have my business again if I need them.

Philip Wakelyn and his team from All My Sons moving company were extraordinary and amazing to work with! They went above and beyond to complete the moving in of my furniture and (everything else that comprises my life) quickly, efficiently and very gregariously...I almost feel like I've gained 4 more grandsons! Their work was seamless, and they followed directions to the letter...not to mention the fact that all my belongings were handled with the greatest amount of care! If I could, I would give Phil and the team from All My Sons a million stars. I VERY highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a moving company! I have never had movers before so this was definitely a learning experience. Melissa helped get everything set up for me and answered all my questions, even when I had tons of them. Bryce followed up with me during & after the move to make sure I was satisfied with the guys and didn't have any additional questions. I had 2 movers, Joseph and Jeff. They were both nice, chill, and easy to talk to. They took great care of my stuff and made sure everything was protected. My overall experience with All My Sons was a great one. Exceptional customer service! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I had a bit of sticker shock when all was said and done. They send you a quote with a price list of supplies and fees in case you need them which helps adjust & prepare your budget. But what gets you in the end is the 20% fuel surcharge fee of the total amount of the labor hours. You won't know the total of labor hours til the end of the move. That's a lot of extra money that you can't plan for and if your doing a local move of less than 10 miles between homes or whatever your move is, that's a HUGE amount of money for a small amount of fuel consumption. I would suggest fuel charges should either be a flat fee based on miles driven or a flat fee so there's no surprises. Other than that I am satisfied with my overall experience and would recommend their services.

My experience with All My Sons from beginning to end was extremely satisfactory. The three movers were on time, very professional and respectful. They carefully wrapped all the furniture working efficiently. The only damage was to an inexpensive plastic tub. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The only issue we had was that the price we were told originally was much lower than what we were charged. ORIGINAL REVIEW: TJ and his crew were on time, courteous, worked hard, and did a great job getting all of our things moved safely to our new home. ——— REVISED REVIEW: Unfortunately I have to revise my rating because as we are unpacking we have discovered that 2 of our computers were broken during moving. Additionally, we were charged 4 hours for unloading but it only took 2 hours and have yet to receive our refund for that time. ——— NEWLY REVISED REVIEW: We spoke to Bruce today and he was very apologetic and worked with us to solve the issues we had. He took care of getting our refund back to us and is helping us with getting our computer issue solved. Great customer service!

My grandmother hired these gentlemen to move when she was downsizing to an apartment. One of the employees unfortunately had to leave on the day off because of an emergency. The office and manager did what they could but we had to finish moving the next day. We had 3 the first day and 4 the second day including Samuel Green, Treyvon, Dylan, Aidan, Mikey and one more person whose name we can’t recall (sorry). They were all very helpful and professional.

All My Sons is a fantastic moving company. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent with people. They came out and moved my things from a 45 feet container into my home. The team was careful and handled all furniture and boxes like the items were their own. The cost of emptying the container was reasonable and realistic. I can't praise this great company enough. They are the best staff we have worked with in the U.S.A.

All My Sons Moving is RIP off. I was quoted one price on the phone and was charged twice the the phone quote. Only 8 furniture's were moved to a storage facility 1.6 miles away from my apartment. A 2 hours job turned into a 2.5 hour job and additional hidden charges. I could have done the job myself and saved $280.00 dollars. Never again with any moving company.

This job was tough!!! The individual that we all HAD to deal with in this situation, in order to rectify my fiancé Hunter and my belongings, was insufferable. The job was supposed to take two hours total. But alas, it it will take 6 hours, to complete most likely. I want to take a moment to recognize, Samuel, Amzee, Torian and Henry!!! They did an amazing job, the worked diligently and tirelessly, with almost no downtime, they were courteous, accommodating and especially polite, considering the difficulty of the unfortunate individual. The guys Lamar and Phil were awesome. They worked extra hard were there until after 8 finishing up. Wrapped everything so it couldn't be damaged. My only complaint was how expensive it was. 20% fuel charge based on the bill is ridiculous. That alone was $135 !!! I feel all the charges weren't explained very clearly. All in all I would not recommend them as my bill to move from a condo to a townhouse 20 min away was $900. The 5 stars are for their hard work.

Andre, Jorge and Tyler arrived at 8am sharp. We were moving from a four bedroom home into a two bedroom room apartment. Andre and I immediately did a walk through to show which items were going. They quickly began moving our boxes and furniture. I am very particular and hear and notice everything. I never heard a bump, or a crash or a complaint as they worked. When we arrived at our new place they staged everything exactly as we wanted it. I even changed my mind about where a small sofa should be, and it was no problem.I was most impressed with their speed and efficiency. The entire move took about 3.5 hours- nothing broken or damaged. If you are looking for a moving company use ALL MY SONS, and request Andre, Jorge and Tyler, if that's an option. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company and their team of professionals.

For my move out team: I called asking for some same day/ last minute help filling a storage container because I had no idea when I was going to get access to my new house (house buying drama). I was so grateful that All My Sons had a team that could come help me. KJ, Keith, and Dylan had just finished their day, but they rallied to come help me instead of going home for the day. Not only did they come motivated to move, but they came with awesome personalities and kept me smiling during my unusually difficult move. I would have loved to have them come help me with my move in, but their schedule was already booked. Which brings me to my move in team. Jeffery, Markurious, and Rae listened and made my priorities their priorities. They took care of my stuff and made sure that they were putting everything where I needed it so I could start getting my new house organized. I was definitely stressed out when they showed up, but all of their hard work put my mind at ease and got me smiling again. Both teams were so awesome to have helping me. I am sure moving other people's stuff gets tiring, but all 6 of these men showed up ready to go, and showed no signs of fatigue or annoyance (definitely 2 things that would have happened if I had to bribe friends to do the same work). I so appreciate everything to include all of the office staff that called for confirmations and check ups on how the job was going, and how it went after. Last minute move was called in at 3pm I got the first appointment the next morning! They were on time, quick, professional, kind and helpful! If we ever need a move again we will defiantly hit them up!! I am so glad two guys and a truck was too busy for me! Post move, still great they fit me in but full disclosure I was told they’d only change me for the packing material they used.. 12 tapes were used for one dresser and mirror .. packaging material was $182. Melissa called me back and said it was an accounting error and refunded me the money. I really appreciate the dedication to good customer service. It wasn’t so much the money as the principle and open honest communication. I’m glad they took the time to clear it up for me and it shows they’re made of the right stuff. Will recommend to anyone needing fast and great care from beginning to end.

We had both good and bad experiences with this company. The actual movers that showed up were absolutely amazing. Anthony M, Justin P, Zavion W and Phill W all worked extremely hard to get our items packed and moved with care. When we expressed our concerns about the time and cost they worked even harder to get the job done without skimping on the customer service and without damaging our furniture. Moving is expensive and stressful. When we called the office about the cost being $600 more than we calculated and budgeted for, we were told basically to figure the payment out and make calls. I asked about payment plans or what would happen if we couldn’t afford it that day. They said they didn’t offer payment plans and that it would cost $250 a night to hold our things. I realize this is a business but my problem is, those that make the decisions are the ones in the corporate office worrying about the bottom line. They’re not the ones in the field busting their humps, nor are they the ones in the office fielding the calls from upset customers. If they cared more about the families they provided services for they would bring back the option to make payments, especially since there is the additional 20% surcharge for gas on the whole bill, not just on travel time or mileage. Bottom line- if we could just rate the crew it would be a solid 5, if we rated the company it would be a 2 and that’s being generous.

I'm giving 5 stars to Courtney, Matthew,& Robert only. They were fast, professional, ontime, and addressed all my needs. They done an outstanding job as well handling all my items with care. As far as management goes, make sure this company provides you an estimate in writing first before you book them. I moved a 3 bedroom house & they informed me over the phone the move would costs approx $648. Once we got to the storage, the cost was $2,300 with $350 of that going towards gas and my storage unit is approx 8 mins from my house. The amount of money is never an issue ONLY if you know approx how much up front. If its not in writing, it doesn't exist with this company. Please stay away from phone conversation estimates with All my sons.

Honestly, there's no such thing as a perfect moving experience, no accounting for slight hiccups or dings that can't be avoided. There is such thing as a consummate professional. Which is what these guys were. They were on time, polite, efficient, never complained about lugging a sofa upstairs or doing 3D Tetris with ikea bed. They accidentally damaged a bookshelf, yeah.
