I have dealt with multiple storage places but this location has the best by far customer service. I moved things in may after losing my older sister. The Store Manager Aila was so beyond pleasant. She did not even know my situation but her warm welcome and just making sure i was ok and had everything I needed was so comforting. Also there is a store associate Kenny he is awesome as well Thank You Both so Much!!

I came into the store and spoke to Chris Pugh about the different prices and types of storage units that were available. He went above and beyond answering all my questions I had. He was so polite the entire time! Highly recommend if anyone needs anything dealing with storage go request Christopher Pugh!! I found out you can even go there and pay your storage fees for their store or sister stores!! Highly recommended!! Thank you for being so polite and having patience with all the questions I had.

If I could post more than 5 stars I would! Having never utilized a storage company service before, I was blown away by the welcoming nature of Aila when I went in for the first time. She went above and beyond my expectations of service and she really created an amazing first impression. My second impression- JUST AS AMAZING! I was again impressed by the advice and knowledge Aila had, but also Jonathan! They both answered any questions I had and were both extremely helpful. In conclusion, I will be taking my business no where else, as the welcoming nature of the managers really sold it for me! Also, the storage units are immaculate, climate controlled and with great security. I totally recommend!

When you have a last minute move that has to happen - Aila at Life Storage rocked out and welcomed us with the most professional & courteous experience anyone could ever ask for. We've had the unit for 2 weeks and we've had zero worries.The couple of times we've visited our unit it's been spotless and very inviting. This was not the closest facility by far but I'd drive across town for this service anyday. This is the best storage unit we have ever rented and probably the most cost effective too. We reserved the unit online. The check in process was the most wonderful experience we have ever had a storage facility. Aila checked us in and she was absolutely great. She explained everything, showed us the unit before, and even helped us make sure our door-code worked before sending us on our way. She was so cheerful and kind to my husband and I. The rest of the day we moved our belongings into the unit and we never had any issues finding a parking spot, or cart to move our stuff, and never got held up at the elevator. (They provide various sized carts so there is no need to make a million trips.) Thank you again Aila for all your help and awesome customer service! Pro-Tip: Check their website for online offers. (That is how we got our great deal)

Moving from ATL to Tampa. We didn’t go with Life Storage b/c they didn’t have a big enough storage space available but Aila’s customer service was much appreciated - so much so that it prompted this review. We are downsizing and weren’t sure what unit size we needed. Aila called me every week for a month following up on where we were with deciding. Although we unlimately needed a larger unit that Life Storage didn’t have available I very much appreciated her helping to lessen the stress of part of our move. Much thanks, Aila!

Jonathan was amazing! He got me in and out explained everything and I was on my way. The place is air conditioning very clean and simple access. They even offer free truck moving up to 30 miles free. Not a bad deal so if you looking for a clean environment to store your belongs this is a nice place to do so.

I have been renting from Life Storage since they took the building over from Seminole heights storage. Jonathan and Aila are GREAT!!! They are always Professional and Polite. The Building is always clean and in order. Do NOT EVER get rid of these 2. They are a Great Team!!! As long as they are at this location this is one bill I do not have a problem paying. I really look forward to seeing them on the first of the month. Keep up the GREAT job you 2.

The place here is emaculate. In my line of work I see alot of storage facilities all throughout Tampa bay. This is one of the best, parking near the front, just feet from the elevator, carts have been readily available everytime I've shown up, and they have very affordable pricing options.I saved alot. Its a great find for those looking for a storage unit in the area.

The Associate manager gave me such a wonderful tour of the facility she even showed me where my storage was located. Amazing customer service and the walk ways are all named after streets in Tampa! I think thats so cool lol so I walk down Nebraska Avenue to go down Bayshore by my to my storage lmao. Walk ways have Street names so u might get a storage on Overstreet Ave lmao
