Mathew, Julio and Leander did an excellent job from start to finish. From carefully wrapping and packing, to moving my things into storage until I’m able to move into my permanent home, I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Brought plenty of material, explained exactly what and why they were doing things….since it was going into off site climate controlled storage. I will request them if possible to be the same crew to bring my belongings to my new home. I can’t say anything but good things about Good Greek Moving, from my initial contact, to throughout the day the office kept in touch, to make sure things were going smoothly. At this point I’m a very happy customer!

Ryan came out to my house and told me what I needed to know not what I wanted to hear. He walked me through every facet of our move. I’ve had other moving companies in the past that gave me one price and charged me triple! Ryan explained the business and how other companies work vs how Good Greek works. He guaranteed me the price and they honored it. He explained the training process for their movers, and he even showed up on the day of the move with Publix subs for me, my wife, our kids, and his crew. The crew was very professional and gentle with our stuff. Nothing broke! We had to move our moving date a few times because of the buyers and I felt bad to call Ryan on a Sunday but he took the call, changed the schedule for us and it all went smooth. Ginger and Daniel were very helpful in communicating when the movers would arrive the day of the move, where are stuff was in transit, and when our stuff would arrive in Michigan which was very important because we had plane tickets already purchased and hotel rooms booked so there was a lot to coordinate. Highly recommend Good Greek!

We moved my parents this past weekend. I cannot say enough good things about the crew of three men who moved them. They worked tirelessly all day only sitting in the truck on the way to the new place. They obviously knew how to organize a move and load a truck. Their experience was obvious. What most impressed me though was how very very polite and respectful they were. Providing excellent customer service was a top priority for them which I find to be rare these days. I have to say that moving companies are certainly scary with all the terrible things folks have gone through with various companies. However, after lots of research, I was not sorry for hiring Good Greek Moving & Storage to pack & transport my items to a storage unit which I had secured 4 hours away!! And then they had to unload all the items into that storage unit! Good Greek sent Billy, their Certified Moving Consultant. Thank goodness they sent me Billy!! He was so helpful in assuring me not to worry about all the horror stories I have read about. I never had to guess about anything, because Billy explained all the details & answered every question & concern that I had in a knowledgeable & professional manner. He also helped me keep the cost down to a reasonable amount. Also, anytime I had a concern or thought about something I forgot to ask, Billy gave me his cell phone number to reach him & he answered every call & every text, every time- and rapidly too!! The crew that was sent was a husband & wife & a new young fella. They were very pleasant & professional. The crew had to wrap & load up furniture & miscellaneous items in two bedrooms, kitchen, living room & a storage room full of boxes. Everything was wrapped so precisely! Everything was going well and then.....There was an incident when the new fella was moving items through the front door, he lost control of the dolly & it leaned to the side & took a chunk out of the wall by the front door!! I had a contract on my condo & it had to pass the last inspection, so I had to fix this right away. I contacted Billy & he immediately resolved the issue right the spot by refunding me the cost to fix the wall which he deducted from my total. Luckily, I was able to fix this in a day. So, after the crew loaded up my items, I sent them off with drinks & cookies & they proceeded to drive 4 hours north to my storage unit. My son was waiting at the storage unit for the crew. The unloading went smoothly without incident. Thank goodness, I was now able to breathe. I was unable to hire Good Greek to move me from the storage unit to my new place, because they do not have facilities in the area where I live or I would have hired them to help me again! Thank you Good Greek Moving & Storage, your crew & most importantly, Billy! I appreciate all of you & thank you for taking such great care of my life-time of personal items!! I called them last minute and they sent a great team who came in very clutch and did an outstanding job and on top of it all I paid at least 10% less than every other moving company was charging me. I scheduled Good Greek for a local move where I was moving a little more than a one-bedroom size worth of furniture. I was the first scheduled move of the day so they were right on time. I had prepared by packing in advance so once they arrived and the path was noted, they got to work wrapping and loading my belongings. We did have a small hiccup where they did not have tools to take apart my adjustable bed but we were quickly able to resolve that. They worked quickly but professionally. I really appreciated that dispatch called me during the move to ensure things were progressing smoothly. I would definitely recommend using Good Greek for your moving needs! They truly made me feel like a valued customer.

Moved my 2/2 Condo into a house within Saint Pete. All the furniture was wrapped and handled with care. I have big furniture, 2 couches with motorized recliners, entertainment unit, dining table with 6 chairs and server. Full bedrooms. Damaged furniture, damaged walls, insurance refusing to pay, and slow and lazy movers. I was sold by the customer service I received from Ali. I felt heard, valued, and like an individual. I haven’t had any experience with this company before, I haven’t even had the truck and movers come out, but I hope that part is just as excellent as Ali was.

The Good Greek moving Team of Matthew, Lyander and Julio did an OUTSTANDING job moving us on December 15, 2022! They arrived on-time (a few minutes early actually), and were ready to WORK. It hadn't rained in our part of Florida in about 30 days, but the day we moved it started out as a drizzle, but about 2 hours in developed into a deluge. The Team kept working, despite very wet and slippery conditions. We had a virtual river running down our street but the Good Greek Team persevered, battled through the storm and somehow managed to complete the move 15 minutes under the estimated time, with no damages and nothing missing. After having a horrible experience with another Florida-based moving company I will mercifully not name, I HIGHLY recommend the Good Greek Moving Team in Tampa.

Steve, Ernesto, Julio, and Wilfredo were incredibly efficient, patient, kind, and attentive to our needs. There was some miscommunication from the GG office to the crew, which created a drawn out moving process. However, Steve and his guys adapted to the situation and got the job done, no matter the 14 hour duration. I can't thank them enough for working so diligently in 3-digit temps in the peak of summer, loading our stuff from a third story apartment to unloading it in a two story home. 95% of the reasoning behind my 5 star review is because of the crew. For the hard work they do, they easily deserve the highest pay in their industry.

Changed my review to 5 stars because customer service called me and resolved the problem quickly after my review. The movers were great. The issue I had is I was quoted one price and charged a difference price. I understand mistakes can be made but the manager did not want to solve the issue and said it was because I was quoted in a different location. That is not my problem. I am being reimbursed the extra charges and this issue resolved. Excellent customer service.

From a 3rd floor apartment to a 2 story house, they handled everything so carefully and wrapped everything so well. Not carrying any furniture up or down stairs was amazing. 10/10 recommended!!! Initial quote stated one day packing, pick up (partial move to another location) and storage of remaining items. That was a bit under estimated, it took 3 days, all local. However, the crew of Faber, Osvani, Aliezer and Omar were fantastic. Timely, professional, courteous and responsive. I would recommend this crew. My items are in storage for 6 to 7 months. Once delivered to new residence that will be the true test of the moving experience. I plan to use same crew.

Only issue I have with this company is that I had to CALL 4X to speak to some one who had knowledge of my concern and was then and finally addressed favorably. Before this issue was resolved by obtaining the information I was seeking, I was transferred to another person; another call sent me to a different department; and yet another person on this call said he couldn't help me and hung up.. I was determined to get the info I needed so I called again and a woman answered who knew and understood what info I was requesting, found the paperwork and sent an email confirmation the following day. In other words, DO NOT SPEAK TO ANY OF THE GUYS, THEY ARE ON ANOTHER PLANET!!!!!!! Women are more efficient, (sometimes) and I LUCKED OUT!!!!

They took extra care of our belongings, provided extra boxes and tape, and secured everything multiple times over for safety. Very hard working professional and respectful crew of 4 men came and help me move from my 6 bedroom home in champions gate Davenport Florida to my new home in Wachula Florida I agreed to a hourly rate that the company kept with no hidden fees how ever I miss understood the time and half overtime thing in which the company mentioned to me at booking however since the move extended past 8hours of labor I went in to overtime and I explained I misunderstood that part and they were nice enough to give me a $100 off my total bill. We used Good Greek movers on Nov 10, 2022. They packed us up and moved us out due to a cat 3 water sewage damage. They did an excellent job. However, when they moved our furniture contents back in on Dec 10, 2022. They did an excellent job, however as usual when furniture items are moved there could be some breakage. We had a couple items and made them aware of it. The owner of the actual tv commercial which I was impressed with the way he contacted me right away. I spoke with Sherly as he stated and filed a claim. She was very professional and even let me know that she had received the claim. The next thing I know, Megan the claims manager sent me a letter with the offer for settlement. I agreed and sent it back. These folks are professionals, and I would recommend them for any move that you have. There on top of any issues and have great customer service skills, which are extremely hard to find these days.

I had Leo, Steve and Zane take care of everything for me from Good Greek. My spouse was away and choose this company knowing I needed full moving/storage solutions and I’m so happy he chose Good Geek. The 3 men worked about 4 hours emptying my shed and inside my home. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, all furniture was padded and wrapped. They even disassembled furniture I just didn’t know how to and we’re very pleased to help. They all got along well it was good to see such great team work like a well oiled machine everyone knew what needed to be done. They were extremely kind to me and my daughter and also my 2 dogs who tried to stay out of there way and didn’t seem to mind being barked at. They showed me where parts were placed during disassembly, as they explained most likely the crew that moves me into my new home will not be them, so they wanted to ensure I knew where the parts were located. I really appreciated that! This service doesn’t come cheep but if you physically can’t move your own house and also need climate control storage then I would highly recommend Good Greek because not only do you get moving from house 1 to house 2 but storage because we all know access to house 2 isn’t always simultaneous. You get your 1st month free for storage which is usually plenty of time for the final move. I can’t thank Leo, Steve and Zane enough they completely took any anxiety I had over the move and took care of everything. Best Team Ever! Thanks guys!

Freddy and the team I had were phenomenal. I had the moving job from hell, and they were life savers. Unfortunately…The price of materials is robbery from the company so I recommend being prepared ahead of time, I was to an extent but not enough, and it’s a bank breaker… whatever you think you need for packing supplies, buy 5 times as much!! Regardless he checked constantly to see how I was, what I needed, was truly there for me. He was attentive to every detail, expression, reaction, and more. Amazing crew, honestly an awesome team, ready to do whatever is thrown at them. He said he was there for me, and in a way I think it was sincere. I’d use the company again if I could use the same team, hands down. Not as OCD organizing packing as me, but 10x the packers, and can definitely pack up and move a crazy life and house!! Knowing that movers don't call until the day or two before the move to confirm really made us feel better. The move was awesome and the guys were (Jason, Fabian, Fakir) were above and beyond. They had to wait a bit for us to collect keys but had no problem, when we arrived they were directing traffic around their truck on the small street. :) I will definitely use them again.

Although it was a small move, I felt no less important than if I were moving the whole household. Communication by the office personnel was excellent and Daniel and his team of 3 arrived on time and immediately got to work. I was nervous that some of my heavy furniture, which was upstairs, might get damaged in the move but they did a great job of wrapping everything for protection and expertly navigating around the corners and down the stairs. You should read this: I needed a mover, same day. I read the reviews for Good Greek, thought they couldn’t be as good as all this. Still, I called. Fast and easy, they gave me the terms and pricing. Again I thought, too easy. Still I gave him me card for the deposit. Kept thinking I’d been had. Within 2 hours, Dan, Leo and Ozzy were there, working through a very difficult situation (on my end) and they packed every single thing. We first used Good Greek Moving and Storage for my mother’s move from her condo in South Florida to a senior community in 2019. Jack and the team at Good Greek handled packing, move-out, and move-in perfectly! The boxes they used for large TVs and for delicate items were high quality, and the employees know how to pack things correctly. They were also very kind and personable, which made my mother and I feel confident and calm. When it came time for our own move from Michigan to Florida, which also included moving our business and office furnishings, Good Greek again provided excellent service at competitive price. They even accommodated a last minute request to store our items when our closing was delayed. In 2021, Good Greek’s Tampa location again helped us with a very short notice small local move for our daughter, and with the move of my father’s desk to my brother in the Midwest. Each time, Good Greek provided excellent service, great communication, were on-time, provided very fair pricing that was all-inclusive with no surprises, and the employees were professional, capable, and kind. There was a delay in getting to the new building, and once we did, they both did an amazing job of moving things as quickly as possible so as not to incur extraneous costs. Talked to me politely and walk me threw the whole process gave me an hourly rate at a fair price and set up a time to help me. Later I got a call from a man name Dan to let me know that they was on the way. Three professional looking men came to my house and quickly started getting the truck ready while Dan come inside and walk threw the paper work with me. When the paper work was done Dan, Joe, Omar and Jordan started working on wrapping and protecting my furniture and belonging quickly and safely. Once they was done they ran all of my stuff into the truck I couldn't belive how fast they was done with the whole load up. I thought they was going to take a long time but they didn't. They took my stuff to my new house and unloaded even faster then they loaded up. The whole team in Good Greek was so great I had to tip them very well. I would definitely use Good Greek everytime I move and will definitely tell everybody that move to use Good Greek. These guys are really superhero mover thank you for a very fantastic experience!

They were provided garage access on one floor. A full line by line inventory hasn't been completed, but will be. A discount was applied as a courtesy due to the delayed delivery. This concludes all status updates. 25 April 2022; This company is Not to be trusted. Our belongings have Not been delivered as paid ($3k) and arranged, totaling more than $7k paid to date. I've called the General Mgr twice today and have Not received a call. The company is THREE DAYS DELINQUENT delivering our belongings. Not a call, text or email to communicate there would be a delay. Very tacky and unprofessional. 01 April 2022; As arranged pursuant to discussions with General Mgr./Shane, I've been sitting and waiting for him to arrive for about 20 minutes despite calling before departing the hotel. 17 March 2022: This company has been nothing more than a thorn in the side of my family, following the deaths of my mom (1/2022), my dad (10/2021) and uncle (9/2021). Not only has the management not been responsive, but the female manager there by the name of Ginger is rude, combative, hostile, disrespectful, abrasive, and condescending. Despite several attempts to pose very solid questions to her about the errors the company made, she remained very unprofessional and lacked the ability to provide adequate answers. We were overtalked, interupted and falsely accused of being argumentative. My family paid this company over $4000 and has continued to pay this company in advance of the due date for storage. As of today we are not able to speak to a professional customer oriented manager, a general manager, and don't understand the additional fees that are being assessed to us for a prepaid service , as we are being given the runaround for a pick up date that we established in advance. Any and all attempts to mitigate the errors and the issues have been met with nothing but excuses. I will never use this company again and I will never recommend anybody use this company. I pray that the relationship with this company is resolved positively and that we can go on trying to heal and grieve the losses of my parents and my uncle peacefully. *********** At this very moment on 18 March 2022, Mitigation efforts are in progress with Shane/ General Manager. ************ Move pending. The general manager has mitigated the initial issues and discrepancies.

From the initial call with Ginger, to the job estimator, Jessica, and Dan and team who packed and moved us. I work 10 hour days, I had no time to pack and move. I needed a full service team and these guys got the job done. There were a couple of little things that were frustrating; however, the team worked hard, put things were I needed, and adjusted items when I changed my mind. I called Good Greek and asked if they would be willing to move us the next day. Their quote was a few hundred higher than the other company but I was so happy they could do it on short notice. The next day their big yellow truck and 3 guys arrived. There was quite a bit to be loaded and moved but they had it carefully packed and in the truck in about 2hours. They met us at her new place and had it unloaded in even less time. They set everything up as we asked and were very polite, professional workers. I would definitely use them again!! I haven't gone through everything but so far no damages. I just can't get over how helpful they were to us when we were in a tight spot. I moved from Maderia Beach to South Tampa. I went from a 3-story townhome to another 3-story townhome with VERY heavy F F & E. My treadmill weighted 500 pounds and they took it to a second floor. I had scheduled for another moving company just because the name was very well known I just googled that and that company had sent me a confirmation they will be out the next morning well later that evening I get an email from them that they canceled on me they were overbooked. So panicked, I googled movers Tampa and I found these guys they were out to me within three hours he sent three guys and I believe it was a 26 foot truck the guys were very nice I didn’t mind it was last minute in mind that they had to do some packing minutes and have it done but they did not complain one bit it was a Jio, Leo, Deman. Well the original quote seemed a little higher than the other companies really wasn’t because the other companies have a lot of hidden fees but that was all right because in the end they had it done about an hour below the estimate so it ended up being about $150 less than the quote which was amazing! I would highly highly recommend this company they were honest they were upfront they did what they said they would came out when they said they would and they made a very stressful situation for myself much much better.
