I have gotten many services from U-Haul in the past week to gear up for our move to Tucson Az. I got a hitch put on last week and got the trailer attached today. We had a few issues today. First the pickup location was a different location than I was given. Once we got the right location, the hitch was missing the ball to attach the trailer therefore I had to go back to this location as they did my hitch. Mr. Chuck was very helpful and took care of the entire situation. He put the missing hitch part on and went to pick up the right sized trailer from a different location because they had none in stock. Moving day craziness but Mr. Chuck and the store manager at this location came to the rescue. I appreciated their kindness, understanding and helpfulness through this entire situation. They were very professional as was the other staff that assisted. I/We my partner and I waited in a nice waiting area and the manager brought us some cold bottled water. I have no complaints about my service today at this location. Thanks Mr. Chuck and the Store Manager. There is a small parking lot as well as street parking. This establishment is wheelchair accessible as well. There is a restroom located in the waiting area. They have all types of other moving supplies for your moving needs. They also have propane tanks and refills. We bought a lock for our trailer from here today as well. #Tonetta

James Lenhart was the technician who installed my hitch and not only did he answer all my questions but he made sure I understood what I needed and why. He showed me how to attach the ball mount and the locking pin and took the time out to ensure I was informed and I can not stress how much I appreciate that. Honestly, the whole store was friendly and after having such a positive experience I told my coworker and he had a positive experience as well. I took the time out to write this because it's people like James that create devoted customers.

Just Sayin'

This is an older building, but is clean and well maintained. The company I work for uses this place to store company owned equipment. It is secure, (ACCESS CODE REQUIRED TO ENTER AND CAMERAS EVERYWHERE) but still allows us access to our equipment 24-7. REALLY NICE RESTROOM for client use. (Great since I have usually been driving for several hours before loading and unloading at this location)

Got my trailer hitch installed here and stayed for the install. All the employees were super friendly at the front desk. As I sat in their waiting area everyone said hi or how are you doing or can they get me something to drink as they passed by. They were so friendly and welcoming! I had my infant with me who started crying for a bottle and I had 3 employees ask if I needed warm water for it. My hitch install took about 2 hours and was done in the middle of me feeding my kiddo. They told me to take as much time as I needed, it was no rush. Very grateful to their team for making this experience as stress free as possible for me!

As far as renting moving trucks within town from them, I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, counter to what some reviews said. They were helpful double checking I had everything I needed. The best part was that I totally left my wallet in the moving truck when I returned it and they called back within 20 minutes letting me know it was there; I didn't even realize until they called me I had left it - nothing taken of coarse from it.

Wait was not long. Check in and return was relatively easy. I always come to this u-haul when I need a truck. It helps that they are right next to a gas station when it's time to refuel. Great service.

Quick service and they know what they are doing. U-Haul has been around a long time. The trailer I rented was in great condition. They help hook it up for you and make sure you're comfortable with the equipment. Suggestion: very busy on the weekends and near the end of the month. Allow for that time. They sometimes have others waiting for the equipment you reserved so if your an hour+ late for pickup, they may give it away to a waiting customer. Be prompt.

We got some great customer service from Charles(or Carlos?) P. today at this location. He went out of his way to ask people in line what they were there for so he could pull up their rental to the front while they waited to do paperwork. He spent time helping us trouble shoot our hitch and got his manager to help, which was also amazing. Will definitely use this location again, very busy place but great people.

I have picked up trucks/trailers from this place and of all the u-hauls I have ever been to.. (quite a few). These folks have it going on. They are friendly (how many truck rental places can you say that about), cheerful and helpful. They are efficient, keep a full inventory of everything you need and go above and beyond expectations. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Fantastic service and helpful staff! They will help you acquire the moving van you need to escape your current personal housing prison that has turned into a life that is one long rolling panic attack. Everyone will tell you that the geographical fix to your problems won't work, but it can help if you sit in your apartment and all you can think of is setting the entire complex on fire and watching it burn from a high hill on a windy overcast day in March while drinking a Spanish red blend wine and waiting for the sky to fall. This place has what you need to get where you might want to be.

The online (national) system messed up my storage pod reservation, but the staff at Kingshighway was about to work out the problems with me and delivered the pod quickly. They were great to work with and very helpful.
