We hired Two Men and a Truck Sioux Falls to move us from our 5 bedroom home where we have lived for 48 years, to our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, retirement apartment. Communication with the office was amazing. On Monday morning, the day of our move, someone texted us that they were on their way and when they should arrive. When they arrived, 4 gentlemen and a big truck pulled up. We had previously notified them of the contents of the house that would need moved, including a large gun safe, that would be going to a different location, in between our home and the apartment. Upon arrival, the four polite gentlemen introduced themselves, Noah, Tristan, Luis, and Zander. They asked if we could give them a walkthrough of the house to get a "lay of the land" and I could tell they were already formulating a plan. They went through every room and assessed things. We also had things that were going into a storage unit, so asked that they kept those separate, which they did. Once they devised a plan lead by Noah, they started loading and didn't stop. These guys WORKED! And they were so kind, and patient with us. We have a lot of antique furniture and some of it needed to be taken apart and they carefully did that, and wrapped it in blankets and shrink wrap. We bought them lunch from Jimmy Johns, and then, they decided it was time to load the Gun safe. This thing is a BEAST.... I couldn't watch... They got it down the large staircase and right into that truck! Then delivered it to our friends house and down his stairs too! Then they arrived at the apartment and started hauling things in... And then they started putting things together, beds, tables, antique furniture... they brought my grandmother's china hutch in, which is 100+ years old.... it looked like the front glass was broken. Upon , further inspection, one of the beveled glass pieces had fallen out and somehow, didn't break!! We couldn't figure out how to put the piece of glass in, But somehow, Noah did, and it didn't break!!! They were absolutely amazing, Two Men and a truck, Noah, Tristen, Luis, and Zander, we can't thank you enough!!!! You all were AMAZING!!!

Easy to make an appointment. The young men took every precaution to protect my things and worked tirelessly to get them to my new home. The price quoted was a low, but after seeing all these guys did, I was happy to pay what it was worth. They worked faster to unload to help out. The managers checked in multiple times and after to ensure it was going well. These days you don’t find customer service like this. Highly recommend!!

After a bad experience with another moving company, we were very pleased with the service received from Two Men and a Truck. They had our 15 ft Uhaul unloaded in 1 hour (to a 3rd floor apartment which required maneuvering through narrow doorways and a small elevator). They handled our furniture with care and were very communicative throughout the job, asking where items should be placed and if there was anything they could help with after everything was moved into the apartment. The booking and payment process was seamless. Thank you Noah and Jenzen for the efficient job!

Two Men and a Truck did an excellent job moving my stuff. I did not do a great job of packing some items and they just rolled with it. The place I moved into was also not ready for all my belongings and they were very flexible and went with the flow. This move would have been a lot more horrible without Two Men and a Truck. They were done within just a few hours and a lot cheaper than quoted. Got my heavy things moved no issue!! They put blankets up to protect door frames and glass ans also took great care in removing the door from the frame. Both men were super polite and friendly. They appreciated the offer to play some music while they worked. They also put all the furniture right were I wanted them and were willing to go back and the love seat I accidentally had them drop off at my storage unit. I will definitely be hiring them again!!!!!

**Edit** While my first time with two men and a truck was very disappointing, the wonderful manager Van reached out regarding my experience and made everything right. If you go with two men and a truck and have a poor experience, reach back out as they will do what they can to make it up to you and keep a great attitude about it all. Van immediately tried to help the situation and kept such a pleasant and helpful attitude about it all. He sent amazing movers out to finish the job. Movers Josh and Dawson were fantastic to work with. They were personable while remaining professional. They got to work right away and were very fast and efficient. I have no complaints with the second go around and am very appreciative they reached out to try and make everything right. I called Two Men and a Tuck for an in state different city move, first they quoted me one price, and came well under that original quote, which is always a good thing. Second, the movers showed up on March 26th and we very professional, they wrapped all my TVs, curio cabinets, and other valuable furniture before moving them. They made short work of my apartment and storage unit, moved me to Mitchell from Sioux Falls and into the house I just bought in about 4 hours. Jacob and the boys were worth every penny. I highly recommend if you are looking for good quality movers that you give them a try. I don’t think I’ll be disappointed.

I assisted a lady to move from her house to an apartment in May 2021. She was a recent widow and really struggled during the move but the 4 young men we had were so amazing and patient as well as fast , neat and efficient. Out latest move hit some serious bumps; thank goodness Two Men & a Truck were with us to smooth things out! When we were all loaded up, and ready to go we found out that our house was not going to be ready did to some unforseen circumstances. We were lost, and in a panic; that's when the Two Men & a Truck team stepped in to offer solutions for us. They are closed on Sundays, and we were moving on a Saturday. Out house was going to be ready by Sunday. Our moving team of Denzel, and Joey offered to deliver, and unload our things on their Sunday off! The ABSOLUTE BEST, from office personnel to the movers themselves. Angela, Desiree, Karen and Lisa helped plan the logistics and answered all pertinent questions, and Dan and "Big Easy" were EXACTING in their care for my possessions, and worked their butts off carrying it all up 2 flights of stairs in 90 degree muggy weather....and quickly too! They put my massive king sized bed back together, were organized, and rearranged my furniture. It doesn't pay to rent a truck and hassle with everything. OUTSTANDING communication from start to finish, and well worth the money!

The office called the morning of the move to let me know the truck had just left and would arrive in 15 minutes (well within the 1 hour time block they committed to). Our movers we're kind and professional. A covering was laid to cover floors and carpet. All furniture items were wrapped in plastic and padding if needed. Getting my move scheduled was a breeze. I needed to move several large items asap and and Dylan took good care of me. My move was scheduled between 3 and 7pm a few days later. I received a call ahead at about 230pm. Steve and Joseph showed up at 3pm on the dot. That was great! They did a walk through to see what I needed moved, went over the paperwork, and got to it. The guy wrapped my stuff and moved it with care, as if was their own. That's for everything. . 5 star from the beginning to the end.

If you need EXCELLENT movers, call these guys! Reasonable rates, only charge from the time the truck gets there until the last piece is unloaded. Everything is padded and wrapped. The three guys we had, Chris, James, and Tony really hushed and we're very personable, considerate people.

The men were very nice. However they lost a tv and the cord for the other tv. They were also 3 hours late to unload and had no tools. So I had to find the box for my tools before he could put furniture together. They thought they had left the one tv, but it wasn't left, so we needed to buy another tv and a new cord for the living room tv. They loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently. But the missing tv was costly for us.

The 3 guys who moved my dead father's very expensive furniture moved the stuff without a scratch and they did it all fast, organized and were respectful to each other and to me. If they r not rewarded for spending their joints and young lives energy, then they r 2 good 4 u. They needs homes, kids, insurance, and all the things that make up a successful life.
