I was able to book them for my 1 bedroom apartment move. They were great! I had some heavy items, plus a couch that had to get out via the second floor window since it wouldn’t fit through the door. They made it look easy! One building had stairs, the other had an elevator. They moved quickly (even with the stairs) and easily fit the job within the estimated time frame. None of my items were damaged. I recommend them and would use them for my next move.

Getting a quote was easy and there was flexibility about what could be moved compared to another company which had a limit of 10 items and other restrictions. The guys showed promptly on the date and time agreed upon. After brief explanation about what needed to be moved they started wrapping the furniture with plastic wrap and loading it into the truck. Both guys were hardworking and were following my requests about what items I wanted to be loaded in the truck which was nice. I think they could have used more care when wrapping - they skipped an item or two and a bed frame got a bit of black marks - not a big deal in my case but should not have been missed. The unloading was quick and they took all items to the rooms I indicated. In general I am satisfied with the movers. They did the heavy lifting and followed my instructions. The price was good and I was able to book them on a short notice 2 days before my move.

From start to finish I had an amazing experience. Everything was well organized, clear communication, efficient and well timed. The text/email reminders were sent out at the right times and I wasn’t buried in notifications. The bid was clear and I received it very quickly. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and a pleasure to speak with. I was impressed with the level of care that my things and home were treated with. My family of 5 was moving from Maple Valley to Buckley and needed some quick help. Saw a Yelp for these guys, looked up their LLC (which checked out), and hired them for my move. The inventory process is super helpful. I was able to plan the whole move much better by doing inventory. Remaining organized kept move time down and therefore costs low. The move crew of 3 showed up within window in a 26' truck. They found good parking and handled my sloped driveway well. They kept the entire move under 6 hours (including their break) and even got all my potted plants. They were careful with my items, came prepared with extra boxes, tape, and wrap. Everyone was polite too. I paid cash and received a 5% discount which halved taxes. I would highly recommend this moving company. Their service was worth every penny.

They moved me from Greenwood to the Central District in less than 2.5 hours which was amazing and I was happy with the cost. It was below what they initially quoted. We were very happy with our experience! This was our first big move but they really took the stress out of it. Arrived on time and finished before time! We were moving out stuff into a storage unit and had booked a backup smaller unit because we had so much stuff! These guys worked the stuff like puzzle pieces and made it all fit!! I cannot speak highly enough of the crew we had moving us. Ahmad, Tynch, and Wilson are the hardest working moving crew I have ever seen! They were constantly going, they wrapped all of our furniture so well and with such care. We’ve never had a moving crew wrap things so well. Nothing was scratched or dented or broken. They packed the moving truck so expertly. We could not believe all that was able to fit in the truck. They were kind, respectful, courteous, and so efficient. The company itself was so easy to work with. I was able to get a hold of someone the first time I reached out. I spoke with a person, they gave me a quote over the phone, they followed up with an email confirmation. I replied to the email with several questions, and they promptly replied with responses. They sent follow-up emails and text messages in preparation for the move. Including things we could do to prepare and be ready for the moving crew to make the moving day easier. Overall incredibly professional, reliable, timely, I would recommend this company and this moving crew to everyone!

The movers Rick and Erhan were professional, efficient, and had great communication! They arrived on time and were able to move all of my belongings from my one bedroom apartment to my new place speedily. They did a great job of packing up my kitchen and disassembling and reassembling my bed frame. Everything was handled with care and after moving my belongings to my destination, they were sure to ask me how I wanted everything arranged. Great experience with Two Men and a Moving Van. We used their moving and self-storage while we looked for a new house. Super clear communication before, during, and after the process. Their teams took great care of our things and house (carefully wrapped each piece before moving, put down floor protection, etc.) Worked hard, moved quickly, and we're super friendly. While the original arrival window was supposed to be in the morning and the group instead arrived in the mid-afternoon, the experience was wonderful. The team of four was efficient, careful and very good at what they were doing. We did not have a wholly complex move, but had some heavy furniture a bed frame that had to be taken apart and then installed at the new house as well as nearly 100 boxes. The move was close in town but took all afternoon--however the team stayed until the end and was diligent in the first and the last box/piece of furniture as well as hauling away the debris. Would totally recommend.

I had an okay experience with them. The movers showed up on time and were able to transport my furniture to my new address without breaking or damaging any of my belongings which was nice. I was a bit disappointed once they arrived at the new property. Once entering they asked me if I had any shoe covers which was odd - shouldn't those be standard for any moving company...? It's a nearly empty house at that point - I didn't have much of anything, let alone shoe covers. They also only had one tarp to throw over the first staircase of my new home. I have a good amount of cleaning work ahead of myself now since the carpets got very wet and muddy. Also, there was one piece of bedroom furniture that they insisted wouldn't fit upstairs. I helped out by taking out some of it apart and asked if we could try again, but they weren't interested. I had to call in a couple of buddies the next day to help me move it up because it absolutely did fit. Overall, not a horrible experience considering what could go wrong in moving, but definitely room for improvement. If you are moving to a carpeted place make sure you have appropriate protection before choosing them.

Had a great moving experience with Two Men and a Moving Van. Ahmad, Askar, and Ahmet were very professional, fast, friendly, and easy to work with. They handled the move, with a stop to a storage unit in between, very efficiently and with special care all within 4 hours. They took the time to double wrap some of my furniture to ensure it would get to the new place without any damages. They did a great job disassembling and assembling the furniture. Very happy with this company and the three movers they sent. Would recommend and use this company again.

I had Luis, Angel and Marcel complete our move today. We moved from an 2nd floor apartment to a 1 floor home - what I consider heavy furniture. They wrapped and took things apart quickly, loading efficiently into the van. At the other end, they were all so curious asking where we wanted each piece and made sure they took all the packaging. Great moving company! They had the best price of all the places I checked, they scheduled me for the move date I wanted even though it meant the movers would need to come in the evening, and everything went perfectly. Our move was within the same building, so nothing needed to be packed as much as just moved upstairs. These folks were amazing! We had a lot of stuff to move a very short distance, and I'm afraid we were not terribly well organized for the movers. They worked fast, schlepping up and down stairs to get stuff out of our old house, constantly in motion. They wrapped everything that needed wrapping to protect it, and handled everything gently. They even managed to rearrange the truck at the very end to squeeze in a giant potted plant that we could not have moved ourselves. We're not planning on moving again ever, but if we had to, we would definitely use Two Men and Moving Van!

Frankie and the two Angels worked so hard and I was amazed how they fit everything into a truck I wasn’t sure was big enough. They did it with room to spare. Wonderful service!! I filled out an online forum, and within a few minutes I was on the phone and planning my move, they walked me through what i would need and explained costs ect to me.. Very helpful and friendly..I received several text reminders about the move date and time so I could be better prepared. I moved in April and the movers for extremely efficient. Despite unexpected problems with the elevators they did not complain and were able to complete the move in a reasonable amount of time. The reason for leaving a 3 star review is because they did not assemble my bed properly. At the time they did ask me to check it I did not realize it but the headboard is extremely shaky and it makes a creaking sound when I sleep on it. Despite following up with them and being promised that they would fix it I have received no further communication. Would recommend them for moving but make sure the assembly is done properly before they leave.

So I only needed to move one block from a 1 bedroom apartment to my condo. I have used this company before. This time was horrible. I had boxed everything but my clothes that were hanging. My wall paintings and clocks. They shrink wrapped all the boxes I already sealed with tape. They then did not take any of my wall paintings or clocks. They moves like a sloth. It was ridiculous and I should not have left them alone while I went back and forth to my new place. It took them 7 HOURS to move my stuff. And in that 1 block drive they broke my $700 TV. Ridiculous. I have contacted management, so I wouldn’t have leave this review. But I’ve been ignored. I paid over $1700 + a tip that should have take 4 hours total. Do not use this company. I never will again. 8/22/2022 Following my concerns. The business replaced my TV and refunded some of my moving costs. I appreciated they went the extra steps to remedy my issues. Jkl

Movers were great, packed everything carefully, asked where to put put each item and transported everything with no issue. Good and careful guys. However, the company wasn't that great. First, they shifted appointment a day before scheduled, because one of movers got ill (everything happens, it's ok). But then, in hour before scheduled time, when we already packed everything and were ready to move - another attempt to re-schedule to the next day.

I had a bad experience with a different company 2 days prior that showed up just to pack and then move the next day and they didn’t want to do the job because of the amount of stuff on the third floor. Two men and a moving Van showed up and didn’t hesitate got to work and 2 hours later they said they could finish packing us and move our stuff all that day! Great experience, great crew.

No damage to my furniture or to either apartment. They wrapped all the furniture and protected the hardwood floors with carpet. I would recommend this team and this company.

This company has really good follow up, good communication and were timely. The workers that came were very hard workers and used a great deal of care handling our belongings. The only thing that didn't work out was that they couldn't fit all our things into their truck and I had to ask a friend to borrow a trailer to go back and pick up the last load. I would say this was more of a problem for the person who estimated the job or maybe the truck itself could have been packed a little tighter. The fellows did offer to go back and pick up what was left but I knew they had another job to get to so I offered to get it myself. Overall we were happy with the guys doing the moving and the company in general.

Loved the endurance and hard work for their house cleaning service. Moving out of a 3 bedroom apartment. Had a terrible tenant in one of my guest rooms and I traveled a lot (for 1 to months at a time). Tenant destroyed the place! I deep cleaned most of the place myself just 3 days prior to Belina with 2 Men & a Cleaning Service, enough to comfortably endure my packing (as soon as tenant vacated) But that just wasn't enough. It still required much effort. Thank you Belina for helping ensure I am not charged for all that nastiness when I depart tomorrow! Huge stress relief! Great customer service too! Under stove and fridge were terrible too, she made this place look just like when I moved in!

I booked this company a week before my move, and they were responsive and helped setup a convenient time. On the day of the move, movers arrived in the provided time window. The closest elevator in our building broke down and the movers had to take everything through another elevator which had quite a bit of walk. However, throughout the move they were professional and worked efficiently without complaints. They arrived at the move-in house and were very quick. No damages or scratches were seen. FYI, I've never hired movers before. Usually bribe my friends to help with beer and pizza. These folks are For Real! Really happy with their work, speed and pro attitude. Pros: Quick to respond Easy to get reserves Fast Careful Pretty damn efficient. Movers: (Tom and Will) - respectful and blazin' fast (even wrapped furniture and hooked up with wardrobe boxes, which would've been garbage bags if it were done by me) $ was more than fair for the work Cons: Seriously...none. Made a believer out of me on hiring pros. If you need moving and a pandemic quarantines your would be help, hire these dudes. Actually ditch your friends, you'll thank this crew more.

Initially, I got a lower rate from another moving company and decided that I wasn't going to use Two Men And A Moving Van. Ron from the company took the time to ask me what the rate was, which showed me they cared to know how their rates and business measure up to competitors. Once I experienced a lack of professionalism and communication from the other competitor, I went back to Two Men And A Moving Van and hired them for the job. The team did not disappoint. They showed up on time, gave me heads up, quickly and promptly finished everything in a much quicker time than originally estimated. The guys that showed up were respectful, courteous, and very skillful at packing the POD top to bottom! They took a tour of the house with me, made notes of details I was telling them, and did exactly as asked. I had items that I needed to be packed last so that I can easily access my storage POD and grab things that I needed first. They did exactly that. Great job!

We had a great experience with a 3-man crew from Seattle. Their lift gate broke and this caused an arrival delay in the morning, but they were at our apartment quickly after it was fixed and still got the job done by the evening. Top-notch efficiency and timeliness; they were able to get our apartment wrapped and ready for transport in a couple hours, despite challenges. Specifically: our 3rd floor apartment was situated at the end of a ~400ft hallway that also necessitated a 60ft walk across an exposed exterior skybridge to get to the elevators, not to mention a couple tight hallway turns. The team didn't damage a single piece of furniture, and set up a great system whereby one person was in the apartment, wrapping furniture, while two others were continually transporting items to the truck. Things moved quickly! At the new home, they were able to situate the truck so that the lift gate literally landed on the top front step into the home. Even though it was getting late and they were working ~1hr past expected stopping time (due to the morning delay + traffic), the team was still careful with everything. Highly recommended!

My house has narrow doorways and stairwells that make it very tricky to maneuver larger items. The movers did an admirable job moving a very heavy digital piano (175 lb) as well as a heavy dresser up a tight stairwell into our converted attic second level. I found the price to be reasonable based on past moving experience, and they came in at the lower end of their quote range. I was impressed with the service they performed and would recommend them.

I've learned the hard way to always select movers by word of mouth. If you are moving or moving anything that you can't move alone, call Two Men and a Movibg Van. Ahmad and Rick moved some big things between houses in West Seattle and did the job perfectly. Pricing was transparent and fair. Scheduling was easy and accomodating. Both Ahmad and Rick were highly professional. Ahmad made sure that the start and end time were perfectly accurate (he even gave me the benefit of rounding by 15 min to the earlier time). Both were skilled, kind, and ridiculously strong. They wrapped furniture with great care. They carefully maneuvered around tight corners; even helped move some clutter in their path with kindness. They were gentle and careful with new hardwood floors; also communicative - clarifying and being transparent (ensuring that I understood a small charge for additional boxes). They made certain that a pet cat was secured before opening doors. Rick moved an item that I'd erroneously had them move back to its place. They did all the things that make moving go well. I will certainly use this service again and highly recommend them.

Broken Boundaries

We were moving from our 3rd floor apartment to a 3 story house and I just knew I didn't want to deal with all those stairs. We called around to a few different places and ultimately decided on Two Men and a moving van due to value and genuine vide that they sincerely cared about our needs and budget not just our $. We unfortunately had to reschedule due to the recent snow storm but they were very open and responsive and ultimately made the reschedule process painless. We were not 100% ready and frankly I was feeling super over whelmed just me with 5 movers, me trying to prep things and keep up. However they came prepared and asked if I minded if they helped pack. They were supper efficient and had great hustle. I was worried when paying hourly they might milk the clock but nope. Did they pack perfectly or the way I would have, no but that's to be expected. They filled a 26ft truck to the brim and helped pack all in less than 7.5 hours. There was only very minor damage on a few items or walls but honestly if I'd ofdone it myself probably would have been more so I'm not upset. It was very reasonable in price for the amount of time and work. I'd do it again and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone on a budget.

They called to offer compensation for my damages but never received the money and have not heard from them since! Terrible experience! They quoted me at $1800 for our 1500 square foot house plus patio and garage. They didn’t even move half of my house and charged me $2100 and said they could come back tomorrow for another 8 hours! I wasn’t about to pay them another 2k after I caught all three of them on their phones all the time. They ruined a dresser and left dings all the way up my stairs at my new house.

They are punctual, professional, and exhibit great care to both the staff and the house. Very respectful and courteous. During the first move, our house has 2 floors, so a lot of lifting. We also have stuff already in the garage that needed to be moved to the 2rd-floor. A lot of work and no complaints! We'll be using them next time for sure.

I wish I had the option to give them more than 5 stars! This entire team was awesome from start to finish and I seriously cannot say enough good things about them. The closing date on our new house kept moving and so I was having trouble booking a moving company because I was trying to do so on short notice and that’s almost always a bad idea. I was nearly in tears because every moving company I checked with was unable to help. Then Elena from TMAAMV reached out and said they had availability and to call or text. I took a chance and text. It was after hours and she stuck with me to answer my questions and to help with the booking. She was available bright and early the next day to answer questions too. Day of the move, a team of three, Maha, Toby and James arrived to find a POD in my driveway courtesy of the soon to be new owners. (Who should not have done this without prior authorization, btw, because it wasn’t their house yet) They did not bat an eye when they had to park on the street and move everything several feet further. They were great communicators, asked questions when needed and took great care with our belongings. The truck was filled and ready to go and we got word there was a hold up in getting access to the new house. The team waited patiently for the situation to be resolved (which ended up being the next day and was handled beautifully by their boss, Oscar). They were truly professional and courteous the whole time. Every stage of this transaction was a true pleasure. My husband and I are so grateful things turned out the way they did and we happened upon “Two Men and a Moving Truck”. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your moving needs.
