Man did these folks save my bacon last minute. I had my move planned with someone buying a large portion of my stuff and yesterday he still had not planned for anyone to come move it out. I told him I would help but the chance was slim someone could help on this short of notice. Well, Jersey at On the Go Moving and Storage to the rescue! She told me she had a spot open on Friday ( today) I felt so relieved and was then worried about getting over charged, nope, not here. The three guys she sent were outstanding, careful and considerate. Even helped me move a heavy box to my own car. Could not recommend them more. Just fantastic!! Thank you team at On the Go Moving and Storage!!

I'm a realtor, so when it came to having to move myself and my family - I was very selective about who to work with for our move. On the Go was super responsive from the first point of communication. They were on the ball throughout the whole transaction with communication. The team of three that moved us today was professional, friendly and so helpful. I was impressed with how quick, efficient and careful they were. And kind! Because moving is hard! They even moved a couch up five flights of stairs when it wouldn't fit in the elevator! The guys did a great job packing the pods and in a short amount of time. The quality of work was exceptional. The price was not as reasonable. I found another company to do the off-loading and they were super exceptional. I hope they can get to a fair pricing for future prospects.

Due to COVID, I had to request the company pack all my stuff and move to their storage since I was out of my apartment for extended time. I really had no ideas how that would go and sort of prepared to see a lot of damages or missing stuff when I unpack. To my great surprise, all my furnitures were well wrapped and stay intact. Even my favorite maginets in fridge are all packed carefully in a separate bag!!! I didn't see any damages nor missed items after almost two years when I was ready to retrieve my stuff from their storage. The re-delivery team was also amazing. They were punctual, friendly, and very professional. They finished the job within timeline which was a huge benefit. I really appreciate all the moving assistance from the company!

We were extremely happy with our experience with On The Go Moving and Storage. They were very responsive and explained the pricing structure clearly and completely. No sneaky hidden fees at all, nice! They also confirmed the appointment the day before. The team showed up right on time and were very helpful and polite. The full apartment was loaded quickly and safely. The person moving was older and was treated with a great deal of respect even though she was quite nervous about this move. There were stairs and narrow doorways to contend with at the new place, but they took it all in stride and got everything inside in record time. We will use them again. I highly recommend their service for stress free moving!

We weren't fully packed when they arrived, but they were helpful and patient, taking things that were packed and throwing other things in boxes until we were done. They took apart and reassembled all of our furniture, and moved all of our sensitive electronics without damage. Overall great experience.

The men with three boys came and helped us deliver our furniture and boxes. It was our first time using the service for moving and our fist move in 20 years. We appreciated the help and extra strength to get all of the items into our new home. The price was expensive as it was around $1,700 for 5 or 6 hours but it did include a car and the men power. I had an awesome experience with my movers from On The Go. Xavier, TJ and Naj arrived promptly on schedule, and they worked as an incredibly professional and efficient team to disassemble my furniture and move all my items (from a 3-story townhome) out of the residence and into my new place within 3.5 hours (including travel time). About 1 hour of this time was spent waiting for me to arrive and complete setup at the new location, so it would have been even quicker if I had completed the necessary work beforehand. In addition to being incredibly speedy and careful in handling my items, they were helpful, friendly, and had a great attitude on the job. Experiencing how reliable these movers are greatly reduced the stress of my move. I also had a very small window to move over the weekend and they did not have any extra charges for primetime/peak hour moves which is a huge plus. Absolutely recommend for anyone needing professional, fast and affordable moving services!

They Make Moving Painless ! Moving is a pain. This company made it painless. I originally reserved a truck through U Haul and hired separate labor help for the move, but the moving labor didn't follow through and I was worried moving day would arrive and I'd be stuck without help.So I looked for a full service mover. I am really glad I found this company. For about the same cost as the U Haul + labor, On The Go Moving took care of everything. Scott the manager squeezed me in at the last minute. I didn't have to hassle with picking up the rental truck and driving through the narrow Seattle streets then struggle to find parking. They took care of all that! The movers Lonnie and Mike were awesome. They worked hard and never stopped. They had all kinds of dollies etc. that meant they could minimize the number of trips it took to load/unload the truck and finish the job quickly. Honestly why would anyone move any other way. On The Go Moving really is a great value and takes care of all the logistics. I highly recommend.

We used On-The-Go this March and were really happy with our experience. We found the quote to be competitive and the company had good recommendations from co-workers. We selected two movers and a 26' truck to move a two bedroom apartment. The original estimate was around 6.5 hours, but the group got it all done in 4.5. The crew (Lonnie & Johnnie) were very nice and they worked quickly and treated everything with care. We will look to use On-The-Go again if the opportunity comes up.

Very easy to work with. I was moving into a brand new apartment complex in Redmond and there was the date delay in the construction and on-the-go worked with me to reschedule without penalty. I requested I asked for August 27th and without hesitation was able to get that date and all details about the move. I communicated a couple of times to be sure I had done my part and to verify materials they would provide. Always courteous and detailed answers to my questions. Day of move I received the call a few hours before we were scheduled confirming move that day and I received a call a little bit later saying they could come early andasked would that work for me.That was perfect. The 2 movers were Lonnie and Tony. They were very friendly responsive and offered great advice to make the move efficient as I finished my packing and stayed out of their way. When we got to the Redmond apartment I had a delay due to technical difficulties with online lease signing. Lonnie saw the problem and didn't want to be standing around while I paid them and finished off the lease. He intervened with the facility leasing agent asked if they could go ahead and offload my belongings and stage it outside in the hall of my apartment. That worked well. On-site leasing agent was so impressed with Lonnie and Tony in a few days he needed a quick move out of an apartment made a call to On The Go movers that evening and was able to schedule immediately. He was very pleased with this moving company and is keeping Lonnie and Tony's name handy for On The Go Movers. This is the second time I've used this company was very pleased with both. They're hard workers they work within that time requested and are very supportive in the little areas of stress. I highly recommend this coming company from start to finish. Overall, it's a nice experience. The movers show up at the time we appointed. When they left, they gave me a call so I knew the time when they started the journey. I scheduled 4 movers but 3 showed up together. Since I did a good preparation, there is no need for #4 so he never showed up. The charge is based on 3 movers then. Moving is quite smooth. Took couple of hours loaded everything to truck and took another couple of hours to unload. Movers helped me put the box and furniture to the right place and they are kindly helped me to reassembled some furniture. Really appreciated. The reason I left 4 stars rather than 5 stars is because an issue I found when I tried to sleep on my kind size bed first night after move. My bed had some wood with some stub sitting in the middle to support. The stubs need to be correctly placed so the mattress and my body can get correctly supported. However, the movers did not put the stubs back to the right place and they did not tell me that they did not put them back. I laid my body on the bed and felt too soft. At that time I checked the bottom of bed I found stubs are not correctly put in the place. It's quite dangerous. I have to pull mattress and box out and put stubs in the right places. My suggestion is that if the movers cannot put the parts back (they disassembled it, I did not do it), please at least let me know. Don't be silently leave them on the ground. Other than this issue, everything goes well and I like the service I got. Thanks!

He helpfully explained that their location was in Redmond and that I might be better off finding a closer mover to avoid paying for drive time. He even recommended a couple local movers I should try. Justin and Xavier were FABULOUS with the load of our stuff. They were quick and polite. The unload was also good, but the three guys (different guys) were not quite as good as the loaders. (We had a 2 day move out/in) The unloaders left with 2 table tops but did bring them immediately when I realized they were missing, did not put everything back together (doors to a cabinet were left off ), left furniture wraps on all the tv's and the dining table and left 2 stacks of storage bins full of my inventory outside in the driveway instead of putting them in the garage when everything else was finished moving in. I would still recommend AND use this moving company again. the challenges were very minor and the move overall was great. An added bonus was that is came in at the low side of the estimated move quote. Scott was great to chat with on the phone. Very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely love to work with Justin and Xavier again!!!!

I have used On The Go Moving 3 times now and the movers have always been very kind and professional. They are also very careful with fragile items and offer to bubble wrap anything that might not already be prepared to go. Their prices have gone up a little due to adding an additional person to their 2 bedroom package, but it's still below or at the going rate of most moving companies.

My husband and I did some research and I received some great feedback from a few movers in the area. However, we decided to go with On The Go Moving (OTGM) due to the SIGNIFICANT price difference. We had some reservations about whether service and quality would be deterred by prioritizing price, but had an excellent experience. OTGM was quick to respond and updated us regularly up until the move day. Sam and Joe Barrington gave us a call that they were on their way providing us with an ETA and showed up on time. The elevators weren't available until two hours after the start of our move, but they were able to manage to do everything quickly and with a sense of humor. We packed most of our items before they arrived and they moved the heavy furniture (e.g. couch, entertainment system, shelves, desks, bed, mattress) without scratching up our old place, new place, or damaging the items in between. That was one of our biggest concerns as whether we could trust someone else to actually care about our belongings. They also made makeshift carts to quickly move lots of smaller items and boxes and were able to finish everything within the expected amount of time. I will keep OTGM in mind for friends who are considering movers and will keep them in mind for future moves. Excellent service, very respectful and humorous movers, and price was on point! Highly recommend!
